Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hambatan komunikasi yang terjadi di ruang kearsipan Sekretariat DPRD Sumsel dan dampaknya terhadap efektivitas kinerja pegawai. Alasan di balik masalah ini adalah pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif dalam pengelolaan arsip, dan gangguan terhadap komunikasi tersebut dapat berdampak negatif pada kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan riset metode ilmiah Observasi. Observasi adalah teknik pengamatan secara langsung ditempat penelitian. Melalui observasi, peneliti dapat memahami secara langsung konteks dan dinamika komunikasi karyawan yang sulit diukur dengan metode kuantitatif. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data, mengetahui kondisi yang terjadi, atau membuktikan kebenaran desain penelitian yang memungkinkan pengumpulan data kualitatif komprehensif. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan utama dalam berkomunikasi adalah faktor fisik seperti keterbatasan ruang dan masalah teknis alat komunikasi. Gangguan ini menyebabkan berkurangnya penyesuaian dan produktivitas karyawan. Meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja memerlukan peningkatan infrastruktur komunikasi dan pelatihan karyawan terkait.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing communication strategy implemented by Almaz Fried Chicken Kenten Branch in attracting Muslim consumers in Palembang City, particularly in the context of rising consumer awareness regarding global issues such as the boycott of pro-Israeli products and the growing demand for halal local products. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of promotional materials and social media content used by Almaz Fried Chicken. The findings reveal that Almaz Fried Chicken applies an integrated marketing communication strategy rooted in Islamic values. This includes the delivery of messages emphasizing halal certification, Islamic ethics in service, religious-themed interior visuals, and the use of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to communicate promotions and social concern. Furthermore, Almaz strengthens its relationship with the local Muslim community through loyalty programs, social collaborations, and a 5% revenue donation to Palestine. This approach fosters emotional engagement and enhances consumer loyalty. The study concludes that a marketing communication strategy designed with consideration of religious values and social issues can serve as a strong differentiating factor in building trust among Muslim consumers. Marketing communication thus functions not only as a promotional tool but also as a means to reinforce brand identity and social contribution within the Muslim community

Abstract

The research method chosen is a qualitative research method using observational scientific research methods. Observation is a direct observation technique at the research site. Through observation, researchers can directly understand the context and dynamics of employee communication which is difficult to measure using quantitative methods. Observations are carried out to collect data, determine the conditions that occur, or prove the correctness of the research design which allows comprehensive qualitative data collection. Research shows that the main obstacles to communication are physical factors such as limited space and technical problems with communication tools. This disruption causes reduced employee adjustment and productivity. Improving performance efficiency requires improving communication infrastructure and related employee training.
