Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan perilaku yang memungkinkan manusia untuk menerima dan menyampaikan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Komunikasi interpersonal adalah salah satu bentuk komunikasi yang paling sering dilakukan karena sifatnya yang spontan dan umpan balik yang langsung diterima. Komunikasi interpersonal dapat dilakukan baik secara tatap muka maupun melalui media, dan keduanya sering kali tanpa sadar mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk di lingkungan kerja. Dalam konteks organisasi, seperti di tempat kerja, komunikasi interpersonal membutuhkan proses untuk mencapai kinerja yang diinginkan. Komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dapat menyampaikan informasi dengan cepat dan memberikan gagasan yang lebih jelas, yang sangat penting dalam lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan di Record Center Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang menjelaskan bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di unit tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, karena memungkinkan pertukaran informasi yang efektif, membangun hubungan kerja yang baik, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis. Melalui komunikasi yang baik, karyawan lebih mudah memahami tugas, menerima umpan balik, dan menyelesaikan konflik dengan cepat, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan motivasi, kolaborasi, serta produktivitas individu dan tim

Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing communication strategy implemented by Almaz Fried Chicken Kenten Branch in attracting Muslim consumers in Palembang City, particularly in the context of rising consumer awareness regarding global issues such as the boycott of pro-Israeli products and the growing demand for halal local products. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of promotional materials and social media content used by Almaz Fried Chicken. The findings reveal that Almaz Fried Chicken applies an integrated marketing communication strategy rooted in Islamic values. This includes the delivery of messages emphasizing halal certification, Islamic ethics in service, religious-themed interior visuals, and the use of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to communicate promotions and social concern. Furthermore, Almaz strengthens its relationship with the local Muslim community through loyalty programs, social collaborations, and a 5% revenue donation to Palestine. This approach fosters emotional engagement and enhances consumer loyalty. The study concludes that a marketing communication strategy designed with consideration of religious values and social issues can serve as a strong differentiating factor in building trust among Muslim consumers. Marketing communication thus functions not only as a promotional tool but also as a means to reinforce brand identity and social contribution within the Muslim community

Abstract

Communication is a behavior that allows humans to receive and convey information according to needs. Interpersonal communication is part of many of communication because of its spontaneous nature and immediate feedback. Interpersonal communication can be done both face-to-face and through the media, and both often unconsciously affect various aspects of life, including in a professional setting, Within the framework of an organization, such as in the workplace, interpersonal communication requires a process to achieve the desired performance. Effective interpersonal communication can convey information quickly and provide clearer ideas, which is very important in a work environment. This Research seeks to examine the impact of interpersonal communication on employee effectiveness at the Record Center of the South Sumatra Provincial Parliament Office. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, which explains The impact of interpersonal communication employee effectiveness in the unit. The outcome of the study show that interpersonal communication plays a crucial a role in improving work performance, as it allows for effective information exchange, builds good working relationships, and creates a harmonious work environment. Through good communication, employees can more easily understand tasks, receive feedback, and resolve conflicts quickly, which ultimately increases individual and team motivation, collaboration, and productivity.
