Abstract

Kemampuan melakukan sitasi adalah keterampilan yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa dalam menyusun karya ilmiah. Sitasi tidak hanya mencerminkan penghargaan terhadap karya ilmiah orang lain, tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan kredibilitas akademik dan menghindari plagiarisme. Akan tetapi, masih banyak mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan berbagai gaya sitasi, seperti APA, MLA, atau Chicago, serta perangkat lunak manajemen referensi seperti Mendeley. Masalah ini sering kali menghambat penulisan tugas akhir dan berdampak negatif pada reputasi akademik. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara Universitas Negeri Makassar mengadakan workshop sitasi penelitian berbasis aplikasi Mendeley. Workshop ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang konsep sitasi, serta melatih mereka menggunakan perangkat lunak referensi mendeley, dan mendorong mereka menghasilkan karya ilmiah berkualitas. Kegiatan ini menggunakan sesi ceramah untuk pengenalan teori dan sesi praktik untuk aplikasi langsung. Evaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta, dari rata-rata 20,5% sebelum pelatihan menjadi 79,5% setelahnya. Tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap pelatihan juga mencapai 96%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa workshop berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam penulisan akademik, mendukung integritas akademik, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan kualitas penelitian dan daya saing.

Abstract

This research was quasi-experimental which aims to know the influence of mix models learning (TGT-AIR) towards mathematics learning outcomes viewed from learning motivation. The population in this research was Eighth-grade students at one of Junior High School in Makassar. The sample consisted of two classes, namely class VIII-2 that gave treatment by using mix models learning (TGT-AIR), and class VIII-10 as a comparison class taught by using direct learning model selected by cluster random sampling technique. The variables in this research were learning models, learning motivation, and mathematics learning outcomes. The research instruments used were observation sheets, questionnaires about leaning motivation in mathematics, and mathematics learning outcomes tests. The data obtained were analyzed in descriptive and inferential through t-test for two independent samples. Based on the results of the t-test, it was found that: (a) there was a difference of mix models learning (TGT-AIR) and direct learning model on mathematics learning outcomes; (b) there was an effect of motivation on students' mathematics learning outcomes in the implementation of mix models learning (TGT-AIR); (c) there was no effect of motivation on students' mathematics learning outcomes in the implementation of direct learning model, (d) there was a difference of mix models learning (TGT-AIR) and direct learning model on mathematics learning outcomes for students who are highly motivated in learning; and (e) there was no difference of mix models learning (TGT-AIR) and direct learning model on mathematics learning outcomes for students who are low motivated in learning.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai etika sosial dan pergaulan sehat kepada siswa SMP Telkom Makassar. Berdasarkan observasi awal, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan seperti kesadaran terhadap tata krama, kurangnya empati dalam berinteraksi, serta terbentuknya kelompok pergaulan yang eksklusif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa metode, yaitu penyampaian materi, diskusi kelompok, simulasi peran (roleplay), dan refleksi bersama. Metode partisipatif ini dirancang agar siswa tidak hanya memahami secara teori, tetapi juga dapat menerapkannya secara langsung dalam situasi sosial sehari-hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi siswa untuk menjaga sikap, menghargai teman, dan membangun pergaulan yang inklusif. Sebagian besar siswa juga menyatakan mulai menyadari pentingnya etika dalam membangun relasi sosial yang sehat. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung program pembinaan karakter di sekolah. Diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat dilanjutkan secara berkala dan dikembangkan lebih luas melalui kerja sama antara sekolah dan perguruan tinggi. Abstract

Social media has emerged as a major channel for disseminating financial information, significantly influencing how investors and financial analysts make investment decisions. This study aims to identify and synthesize scientific findings on the impact of social media-based financial content on investment behavior through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 71 Scopus Q1-indexed articles published between 2015 and 2025. The analysis reveals that social media not only accelerates information flow but also shapes risk perceptions, triggers behavioral biases such as herding, overconfidence, and confirmation bias, and shifts informational authority from professional analysts to informal actors like finfluencers. While it offers opportunities for democratizing financial information and increasing retail investor engagement, it also raises serious concerns over content credibility, validity, and the gap in financial literacy. The study further highlights research gaps in areas such as analyst behavior, policy effectiveness, cross- country comparisons, and the application of technologies like natural language processing (NLP) in sentiment analysis. Theoretically, the findings extend behavioral finance and signaling theory into the digital context, while practical implications suggest the need for ethical, data-driven, and context-sensitive digital financial communication design. This review encourages future interdisciplinary research and evidence-based policy development in response to the growing complexity of today’s digital financial.

Abstract

The Effect of Quality and Service Features on Customer Satisfaction of the At-Tausil Application (Study on Barru District Customers). Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Department of Administrative Sciences. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Makassar State University. (Guided by Muhammad Guntur and Didin Halim). This study aims to find out how the effect of service quality and service features on customer satisfaction of the At-Tausil Application simultaneously and partially where at-Tausil Application users who are domiciled in Barru district are the object of their research. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data collection techniques used are through primary data collection (observations and questionnaires) and secondary data collection (literature and documentation review). The sample used was the sample formulated by Slovin, which was 97 respondents. The results of this study show that partially, service quality variables affect customer satisfaction, and service features have no effect on customer satisfaction of the At-Tausil Application. Meanwhile, simultaneously the quality and features of the service affect the customer satisfaction of the At-Tausil Application.
