Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Price dan Legal Awareness terhadap minat beli buku bajakan di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo. Topik ini dipilih karena adanya isu pembajakan dalam lingkup akademik dan industri penerbitan di Indonesia. Mahasiswa dengan segala kebutuhan literaturnya adalah kelompok yang rentan terlibat dalam pembelian buku bajakan, terutama dengan semakin majunya e-commerce sebagai transaksi jual beli yang memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengakses buku bajakan secara online. Hal ini dapat menjadi ancaman bagi penulis dan penerbit dengan hilangnya royalti dari hak cipta dan kekayaan intelektual yang berakibat pada kerugian ekonomi dan berkurangnya reputasi dari penjualan buku bajakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik cross-sectional dan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa software SPSS versi 16.0 dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Legal Awareness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, sementara Perceived Price tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan kesadaran hukum dan edukasi hak cipta di kalangan mahasiswa untuk mengurangi praktik pembajakan. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan sampel dan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi perilaku pembelian buku bajakan. Kata kunci—Persepsi Harga, Kesadaran Hukum, Minat Beli, Buku Bajakan Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Perceived Price and Legal Awareness on purchase intention of pirated books among students of the Economics Faculty of Nahdlatul Ulama University Sidoarjo. This topic was chosen because of the issue of piracy in the academic and publishing industry in Indonesia. Students with all their literature needs are a vulnerable group involved in purchasing pirated books, especially with the advancement of e-commerce as a buying and selling transaction that makes it easier for students to access pirated books online. This can be a threat to authors and publishers with the loss of royalties from copyright and intellectual property which results in economic losses and reduced reputation from selling pirated books. The research method used in this study is quantitative with cross-sectional techniques and multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 16.0 with a sample of 60 students of the Economics Faculty of Nahdlatul Ulama University Sidoarjo. The results showed that Legal Awareness has a significant effect on purchase intention, while Perceived Price does not show a significant effect partially. The implication of this research is the need to increase legal awareness and copyright education among students to reduce piracy practices. Future research is recommended to expand the scope of the sample and take the following factors. Keywords—Perceived Price, Legal Awareness, Purchase Intention, Pirated Books

Abstract

This research analyses the relationship between a person's job fit, innovative work behaviour, and individual performance in a toxic workplace environment. In addition, this research was conducted to test whether the workplace environment can moderate this relationship. The method used is the structural equation model. The sample determination uses a purposive sampling technique, and are 80 respondents in a toxic workplace environment. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via the WhatsApp application. The results of this study indicate that people's job suitability has no significant effect on individual performance, and innovative work behaviour has a significant effect on individual performance. Meanwhile, the workplace environment as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between a Person's job fit and Employee Innovative Work Behavior on individual performance (Toxic workplace environment as moderation).
