Abstract

Muh 4 Yogyakarta Middle School is still record the borrowing and returning of books in its library manually. This school haven’t yet store book data in a system causes many errors in data collection, one of which is data redundancy. Recording of borrowing and returning each book is still done manually, so the librarian must always check repeatedly. The aim of this research is to design and build a web-based library information system to overcome existing problems. This research uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) development method. In design process this system uses class diagrams, use case diagrams and activity diagrams as well as applying programs using the CodeIgniter Framework and database storage in MySQL. The result of this research is a web-based library information system that can overcome problems in borrowing and returning books. System testing was carried out twice, namely using alpha and beta tests. Test results show that all features can be built and work well. Beta testing of 80% shows users strongly agree that this system is worth using

Abstract

This study uses the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with the AlexNet model to classify eye diseases based on medical images. The dataset includes labeled images of three types of eye diseases: cataract, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy. The experimental results show that the model achieved an accuracy of 75.18%, which indicates that CNN with the AlexNet architecture can classify eye diseases quite well. This research shows that deep learning can be used to help doctors or health professionals in diagnosing eye diseases through automatic image analysis. Although the accuracy still needs to be improved, this study can serve as a reference for developing an automated diagnostic system in the future. Further research is expected to increase accuracy, expand the dataset, and apply other deep learning techniques to improve the performance of eye disease detection.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk menjawab kebutuhan peningkatan literasi teknologi pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama, khususnya terkait pemahaman dasar mengenai perangkat mikrokontroler. Jumlah peserta pada kegiatan ini berjumlah 120 peserta (20 siswa per kelas) untuk enam kelas. Siswa kelas tujuh di SMP Al-Muslim Sidoarjo masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengakses pembelajaran teknologi yang aplikatif, sehingga diperlukan suatu program yang mampu memperkenalkan konsep komputasi dasar secara menarik dan mudah dipahami. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman awal tentang penggunaan Arduino melalui pendekatan praktik langsung. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi pengantar, demonstrasi penggunaan perangkat, pendampingan praktik, serta pengamatan terhadap respons dan keterlibatan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu memahami prinsip dasar kerja Arduino, mengoperasikan komponen sederhana, dan menunjukkan peningkatan minat terhadap teknologi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pendekatan praktik langsung efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep komputasi dasar dan mendorong motivasi belajar teknologi di tingkat sekolah menengah pertama.

Abstract

Program pengenalan pemrograman bagi siswa usia dini masih terbatas di wilayah non perkotaan, termasuk di lingkungan sekolah sekitar kawasan pegunungan Sukapura. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan siswa memiliki pemahaman yang rendah terhadap literasi digital dasar serta belum terpapar pada konsep pemrograman. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memperkenalkan logika komputasi dan pemrograman dasar kepada siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Sukapura yang berjumlah 120 peserta melalui program Code for Kids. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi awal, penyusunan materi pembelajaran, pelatihan interaktif menggunakan perangkat lunak pemrograman visual, dan evaluasi sederhana terhadap pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu memahami konsep dasar pemrograman melalui praktik langsung dan bimbingan terstruktur. Peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan minat dan keterlibatan selama proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pengenalan pemrograman dengan pendekatan interaktif dapat meningkatkan pemahaman awal dan minat siswa terhadap teknologi, serta memberikan kontribusi positif bagi penguatan literasi digital di daerah non perkotaan.

Abstract

  The tuition payment system is an essential component of school financial administration that supports educational operations. However, many schools still rely on manual or semi-digital payment processes, which often result in delayed transaction recording, data entry errors, and limited transparency in financial reporting. This study aims to develop a web-based online tuition payment application to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of school financial management. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. System development was conducted using the Agile method, allowing the application to be refined iteratively according to user needs. The system was implemented using PHP and MySQL and includes features such as student data management, tuition billing generation, payment recording, digital receipt generation, and real-time financial reporting. The results indicate that the developed system enhances administrative efficiency, reduces recording errors, and improves the timeliness and transparency of financial reports. Furthermore, the implementation of this system supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education by strengthening governance and sustainability in educational services.

Abstract

Tren busana Lebaran di Indonesia menunjukkan pola musiman yang kuat dan berulang setiap tahun, sehingga prediksi yang akurat menjadi penting bagi perencanaan produksi dan strategi bisnis industri fesyen. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja metode Prophet dan Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) dalam memprediksi tren busana Lebaran tahun 2026 menggunakan data Google Trends periode 2018–2025. Model dilatih menggunakan data hingga Desember 2024 dan dievaluasi pada periode pengujian tahun 2025 menggunakan metrik Mean Absolute Error (MAE) dan Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa LSTM memiliki akurasi numerik yang lebih baik, sedangkan Prophet lebih konsisten dalam menangkap pola musiman tahunan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan metode prediksi perlu disesuaikan dengan tujuan analisis. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data pada industri fesyen serta selaras dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8 terkait pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
