Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna framing yang terdapat dalam berita perundungan liputan6.com dan Inews.id. Dalam hal ini setiap media memiliki caranya sendiri untuk mengemas sebuah berita, sehingga penulis tertarik untuk melihat makna framing dari kedua media tersebut pada berita perundungan edisi oktober 2023.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang mempergunakan proses interpretasi selama proses pengamatan berlangsung, interpretasi dilakukan terhadap aspek kebahasaan yang termuat dalam berita. Subjek penelitian berupa artikel berita perundungan edisi oktober 2023 media liputan6.com dan inews.id. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini ditemukan adanya langkah framing yang digunakan oleh media inews.id dan liputan6.com pada berita perundungan edisi oktober 2023 yang tersaji secara kuat pada aspek retoris atau penekanan fakta dalam hal ini berita inews.id memakai kata yang merujuk pada pelaku dengan pencitraan yang cenderung negatif dengan pemakaian kata bringas sementara liputan6.com memakai kata yang merujuk pada kondisi korban perundungan seperti  kata sakit dan kondisi. Sehingga, selama proses pengamatan tidak terlihat liputan6.com menekankan fakta yang sehubungan dengan pelaku perundungan secara personal. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan Inews.id yang menghadirkan kata-kata yang menyerang pelaku perundungan secara personal seperti penggunaan kata bringas yang mengungkapkan pribadi pelaku yang brutal sehingga mendorong pembaca untuk berfokus terhadap kepribadian buruk pelaku perundungan.

Abstract

Background: Learning media is very important in improving the quality of the learning process in primary schools. In the learning process there are still many teachers who use conventional learning due to the lack of understanding and skills of teachers in using innovative learning media. This service aims to improve teachers' understanding of the benefits of learning media and the use of Card Match Circle (CMC) media for efforts to improve the quality of the learning process in elementary schools. Method: The service method used consists of four stages, namely sosialisation, training, technology application and evaluation and assistance. Results: The results of the service implementation show that there is an increase in teacher understanding of the use of CMC media with an N-Gain of 0.65 with a medium category and teacher understanding of the use of CMC media in learning with an N-Gain of 0.75 with a high category. CMC media can increase learning motivation and make it easier for students to receive learning materials. Conclusion: This service can be concluded that there is an increase in teacher understanding of CMC media and its use and CMC learning media is stated to improve the quality of the learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

The high divorce rate in Indonesia is a multidimensional phenomenon influenced by economic factors, prolonged conflict, unpreparedness of partners, domestic violence, weak understanding of marital values, and social and cultural changes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a juridical-normative framework, analyzing these factors through the perspective of Maqashid al-Syariah. The results of the analysis indicate that these factors have the potential to threaten the achievement of the main goals of marriage, namely creating sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah, as well as maintaining the five basic principles of sharia: religion (ḥifẓ al-dīn), soul (ḥifẓ al-nafs), reason (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), descendants (ḥifẓ al-nasl), and property (ḥifẓ al-māl). Divorce prevention requires a comprehensive approach that includes premarital education, internalization of marital values, strengthening communication, conflict management, and protecting the rights of family members. Divorce should be used as the ultimum remedium when all preventive efforts have failed, so that the principles of Maqashid remain protected and the goals of marriage can be achieved optimally.
