Abstract

Sorghum is one of the alternative food crop that can be developed as an effort for food diversify.One of the efforts that can be done for the development of sorghum is by using several genotypes and planting distance. This study aims to determine the growth and yield of several genotypes of sorghum at various planting distances. The research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Andalas University, Padang, from January to May 2022. This study used an experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consising of 2 factors. The first factor was the planting distance of the plants which consist of three levels, namely 70 cm x 10 cm, 70 cm x 20 cm and 70 cm x 30 cm. The second factor was the genotype which consist of three genotypes, namely genotype 76-1, genotype 103-1 and Bioguma5Agritan genotype. The data were analyzed by F test and if the calculated F value is greater than F table 5%, then it is continued with the Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that the genotypes produced the same growth and yield. Planting distance of 70 cm x 30 cm had the best effect on stem diameter, panicle lenght, panicle fresh weight, dry seed weight per panicle and 1000 seed weight.

Abstract

Energi hijau menjadi strategi dalam mengendalikan perubahan iklim secara global. Beberapa negera termasuk Indonesia telah mendorong pertumbuhan energi hijau dengan mengendalikan penggunaan energi fosil dengan tetap memperhatikan kebijakan pembangunan yang dapat memberikan multiplier effect terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kebijakan subsidi energi pada energi fosil dan elektrik yang diberikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed method), dengan teknik analisis regresi melalui Aplikasi STATA 18 dan focus group discussion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi pemerintah berkaitan dengan belanja subsidi energi, yaitu terjadinya penyaluran subsidi energi yang tidak tepat sasaran (inclusion error) yang menyebabkan penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui program subsidi energi belum sesuai harapan. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa solusi permasalah dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas kebijakan dan mulai memikirkan adanya opsi subsidi terhadap kendaraan listrik.

Abstract

Proses updating peta garis skala 1:1.000 membutuhkan data, misalnya citra satelit yang memiliki resolusi tinggi. Beberapa bahasan yang dikaji dalam proses updating peta menggunakan data dasar yang berupa citra satelit adalah metode koreksi geometrik dan ketelitian planimetris. Ketelitian planimetris citra satelit didapatkan dengan caramenghitung RMSEperbedaan pengukuran beberapa jarak hasil digitasi pada citra dengan beberapa jarak yang sama yang diukur di lapangan.Nilai RMSE tersebut akan dibandingkan dengan ketelitian planimetris peta skala 1:1.000 yang bernilai 0,3 mm pada skala peta (BPN, 1997).Koreksi geometrik metode polinomial orde-1 memiliki RMS sebesar 0,071, koreksi geometrik metode affine memiliki RMS sebesar 0,031.Sedangkan untuk koreksi geometrik metode konform menghasilkan nilai RMS sebesar 0.552.Untuk hasil analisa ketelitian planimetris citra didapatkan rata-rata RMSE sebesar 0,131 meter yang memenuhi nilai ketelitian planimetris peta skala 1:1.000 sebesar 0,3 meter.Uji statistik t-test berpasangan yang dilakukan pada sample pengukuran lapangan menunjukkan bahwa semua hasil pengukuran diterima dengan rentangx1 <= m <= x2dengan level of significance a sebesar 5%.
