Abstract

This study attempts to develop research instruments the psychomotor lab work chemical the electrolyte solution and nonelectrolyte. On the feasibility and knows, the assessed by an observer. Model 4D stage used to define, design, development, and disseminate. This research is bounded reached the stage of development. Feasibility an instrument used in research of chief consisting of seven aspects with the each every aspect which is language 89,14 %, construction 89,71 %, 86,43 % matter, objectifies 86,67 %, systematic 84,29 %, practical 92,17 %, and funding of the 85,71 %. The technique of data analysis includes data processing and instrument reliability assessment by the observer. The results of this research and development show that assessment instrument was developed to have a reliability of 0.89 and meet excellent quality based on an assessment of observer with the percentage of 87.73%. Thus, psychomotor aspects of assessment instruments are viable and can be used as one of the assessment tools in chemical teaching material on activities of the electrolyte solution and nonelectrolyte. Abstract

Anxiety is a condition in which an individual experiences a concern about something that is not certain to happen, even some people experiencing anxiety but do not understand the specific cause of the anxiety source they feel. Anxiety problems, which are common in people, can be treated non-pharmacologically with deep muscle relaxation techniques, which do not require guided imagination or cause side effects in patients undergoing progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The objective of this study is to identify how progressive muscle relaxation techniques affected the anxiety levels of hypertension patients at the Kedaung Wetan Public Health Center. The study was conducted to determine if there was a difference in the level of anxiety experienced by hypertensive patients before and after receiving progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The design in this study employed a quasi-experimental pre-post-test with a control group with a progressive muscle relaxation therapy intervention. Result: there is a significant relationship between the period of occurrence of hypertension with anxiety experienced by respondents. Anxiety in hypertensive patients is more prevalent in those who are unfamiliar with hypertension. Thus, anxiety can arise from a sense of concern and fear of more serious complications which occur from the hypertension they are experiencing. The experimental group who received treatment in the form of progressive muscle relaxation therapy had a lower level of anxiety than the control group at the Kedaung Wetan Public Health Center in Tangerang City, with a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study investigates EFL students’ perceptions, motivation, and perceived learning effects of using Zep Quiz, a game-based learning application, in English classrooms. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Data was collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 82 students and semi-structured interviews with 10 participants. Questionnaire data were analyzed descriptively using interval score interpretation to identify overall trends, while interview data were analyzed thematically to enrich and validate the questionnaire findings. The results indicate that students perceive Zep Quiz as an engaging and interactive learning tool that enhances classroom atmosphere, increases participation, and supports material review. The findings also reveal that Zep Quiz positively influences students’ motivation, focus, and enthusiasm for learning English. However, several challenges were identified, including technical issues, limited explanation of answers, and time pressure that may shift attention from understanding to speed. The main contribution of this study is to emphasize that the effectiveness of game-based learning tools depends not only on their features but also on their integration into instruction. The findings suggest that Zep Quiz is most effective when used as a supplementary learning tool accompanied by teacher guidance, explanation, and reflective discussion in EFL classrooms.
