Abstract

Sawitan Village is an area that is included in the industrial village category because the majority of its residents work as business managers. Situated in an area that passes through the Borobudur tourism route, Sawitan Village has a strategic location and encourages its residents to work as business people. Based on data collection, there are 113 MSMEs in Sawitan Village with the majority of business types being the culinary sector, reaching 48%. Other types of businesses include non-food production, grocery stores, fashion, livestock, agribusiness and services. The large number of MSMEs can be a regional potential in improving the level of community welfare. However, there are still many MSME players who do not understand the aspects that can support their business. This is evidenced by the low level of understanding of digitalization, namely 48%, completeness of business legality only reaching 5%, and understanding of financial literacy only reaching 18%. The aim of community service carried out by the Alma Ata University KKN-T team is to increase the understanding and motivation of MSME actors in developing MSME potential through the digitalization of MSMEs, complete business legality, and good financial management. The method used in implementing this activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The results of community service show that the enthusiasm of MSME players has increased by 75% to implement digital marketing and complete business licensing.

Abstract

This paper explains how changing Islam, previously the religion of the people of South Sulawesi, became the state religion (Gowa-Tallok Kingdom). Placing the right context in institutionalizing Islam in the Gowa-Tallok Kingdom can explain how Islamization in South Sulawesi took place until 1611. The historical method is used, which focuses on the causal aspects of the events being studied. The causal aspect of events is based on the narrative contained in the sources and references referred to as a marker of library research. This paper explains that the conversion of Islam in South Sulawesi society occurred long before Islam became the state religion. Adaptively, the people of South Sulawesi have been exposed to Islam through a network of Muslim traders and muballigh for 125 years. The people of South Sulawesi had been familiar with the teachings of Islam, subject to external pressures that favored the conversion of local religions to Islam. When Islam was institutionalized as the state religion, it took only 7 (seven) years to convert the people of South Sulawesi to Islam. By 1611, South Sulawesi had been Islamized, except for the mountainous areas in the north.

Abstract

Anxiety is a condition in which an individual experiences a concern about something that is not certain to happen, even some people experiencing anxiety but do not understand the specific cause of the anxiety source they feel. Anxiety problems, which are common in people, can be treated non-pharmacologically with deep muscle relaxation techniques, which do not require guided imagination or cause side effects in patients undergoing progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The objective of this study is to identify how progressive muscle relaxation techniques affected the anxiety levels of hypertension patients at the Kedaung Wetan Public Health Center. The study was conducted to determine if there was a difference in the level of anxiety experienced by hypertensive patients before and after receiving progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The design in this study employed a quasi-experimental pre-post-test with a control group with a progressive muscle relaxation therapy intervention. Result: there is a significant relationship between the period of occurrence of hypertension with anxiety experienced by respondents. Anxiety in hypertensive patients is more prevalent in those who are unfamiliar with hypertension. Thus, anxiety can arise from a sense of concern and fear of more serious complications which occur from the hypertension they are experiencing. The experimental group who received treatment in the form of progressive muscle relaxation therapy had a lower level of anxiety than the control group at the Kedaung Wetan Public Health Center in Tangerang City, with a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

Environmental pollution-based diseases, nationally like ISPA, malnutrition, diarrhea and thypus are still high. These diseases can be transmitted through disposal of local households and farms that are naturally disposed of (traditionally) unhealthy, such as open dumping, irrigation and dumping in wells. (parit). To control parasites such as helminths and their vectors, health technology is needed, especially for the use of domestic garbage and local cattle debris feces for composting. In addition to serving for the fertilization of crops, the production of composting also added economic value to farmers' incomes and improved public health, as well as the reduction of germs and parasite diseases. The production of composting of household garbage and livestock food residues can be accelerated using cabbage mud and cattle feces. The use of crab mud can accelerate such composting processes, because in cabbag mud contains microbiological Bacilus sp. aerobic/ anaerobic cutting agents. Adding cattle dirt to the composting process can be useful in accelerating the biodegradation process of household garbage. This ability is due to microorganisms such as protozoa, function, Streptococcus sp. and cellulolithic bacteria, which produce cellulose that can break down (biodegradate) the whole substance in household garbage. The purpose of dedication to the community is to expect the cadres and the community to use the mud and feces of cattle to make compost fertilizer. Research methods use Observational and Socialization to the variables studied. The result of dedication to this community is increasing knowledge about cabbage and cow dirt to accelerate composting on household garbage as well as obtaining compost fertilizer for the community.

Abstract

Background: hypertension is a disorder of the blood vessels that has become a problem in both developed and developing countries, clients with hypertension can cause anxiety (anxiety). One of the interventions to reduce anxiety levels is the five finger hypnotic therapy technique. Purpose : determine the effect of five finger hypnosis on anxiety (anxiety) at Nelasari Health Center, Tangerang City, Banten. Methodology : uses a quasi-experimental design (pseudo-experiment) with a pre-test post-test equivalent control group design approach. Results : showed that there was a change (decrease) in the mean anxiety score between the intervention group, namely (7.19), when compared to the control group, namely (1.52). Based on the results of the Normality test, it was found that the change in anxiety scores in each group was not normally distributed (p = 0.000 or p <α), so the test used was the Mann-Whitney Non-Parametric Test and obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <α) which means there is a difference statistically significant from the magnitude of the change (decrease) in the average anxiety score between the two groups, it can be interpreted that in the intervention treatment group the influence of five finger hypnosis was very dominant in reducing anxiety compared to the control group in the Neglasari Health Center area. Conclusion : Five-finger hypnosis has a significant effect on reducing anxiety in hypertensive clients. Suggestions, it is hoped that the five finger hypnotic therapeutic intervention will be an alternative intervention that can be applied in nursing services.

Abstract

This study examines the role of learning motivation and social interaction in enhancing eighth-grade students' Arabic language acquisition, with a focus on speaking skills. The purpose of this research is to explore how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation impact students' persistence, practice enthusiasm, and confidence in using Arabic in everyday contexts. Additionally, the study investigates how social interaction within the classroom influences language learning, particularly through communication dynamics. A learning management perspective is used to assess how classroom organization, activity planning, teaching strategies, and the use of time and media affect language acquisition. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys, interviews, and classroom observations. The findings reveal that intrinsic motivation, such as curiosity and personal satisfaction, as well as extrinsic factors, like recognition and social support, significantly enhance Arabic language acquisition. Furthermore, social interaction through activities like role-play and group discussions fosters authentic practice and reduces anxiety. The study concludes that combining motivation, social interaction, and effective learning management leads to improved oral communication skills, promoting more natural, argumentative, and emotionally engaging speech.
