Abstract

This study explored teacher management strategies for enhancing the competence of Hafizh Al-Qur'an in the digital era. This qualitative descriptive study collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were validated using triangulation techniques, including data triangulation, investigator triangulation, theory triangulation, and methodological triangulation. The findings of this study indicate an increase in the competence of Hafizh Al-Qur'an including higher motivation, improved reading and memorization quality, increased consistency and discipline, and deeper understanding and practice of the Al-Qur'an. This improvement is attributed to effective management practices through the Planning-Organizing-Actuating-Controlling approach. Planning includes identifying training needs, setting strategic goals, and planning digital technologies. Organizing includes resource allocation, team building, and the provision of facilities. Actuating includes teacher training, implementation of the Tahfizh method, and use of the online platform. Control includes periodic evaluation, feedback, and obstacle fixing. This study offers a foundation for future research to explore potential challenges and mitigation strategies for the potential negative impacts of using technology in learning and memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

As educational institutions worldwide face increasing pressure to deliver quality education amid limited budgets, infrastructure management and energy efficiency have become critical concerns. This study explores how the integration of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems can serve as a strategic tool to improve education financing efficiency, using Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School (SMP) Berbah in Indonesia as a case study. Employing a qualitative case study method, this research analyzes planning, implementation, and management processes of solar PV systems in the school’s infrastructure. Findings indicate that although the solar power plant has not yet reached optimal savings, its integration supports operational cost reductions, aligns with environmental goals, and enhances long-term financial planning. The study underscores the importance of infrastructure-based energy strategies and recommends wider adoption of solar PV in educational settings, complemented by audits, stakeholder partnerships, and curriculum integration on sustainability. Despite its local focus, the study highlights scalable practices for schools globally, while acknowledging limitations in generalizability and long-term performance tracking. Future research should examine broader contexts and policy variables to strengthen the evidence base for renewable energy in education.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the synergy between learning and the positive impact of K-Pop in increasing the interest and learning outcomes of Indonesian teenagers, as well as analyzing strategies to improve teenagers' learning motivation through K-Pop popular culture. This research is a qualitative case study type with primary data collected through interviews and questionnaires as well as secondary data from related literature. The analysis technique used is data condensation. previous research used a qualitative descriptive approach. K-Pop provides socialization and space for self-expression for teenagers and creates strong communities. Teenagers seek an outlet from pressure through K-Pop. Visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning methods integrated with religious understanding can maximize understanding, provide inspiration and motivation, and form a psychological approach to students' emotional and spiritual needs. This strategy can create a conducive learning environment to support student development. However, this research is limited to learning motivation strategies for teenage K-Pop fans, while the effectiveness of strategies on academic achievement results needs to be tested empirically through experimental studies.
