Abstract

Kompleksitas pengelolaan keuangan lembaga pendidikan memunculkan kebutuhan akan model akuntansi yang lebih akurat dan responsif. Dalam konteks ini, model Activity-Based Costing (ABC) menawarkan pendekatan inovatif dalam mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis struktur biaya pendidikan. Melalui kajian literatur dan analisis data sekunder, studi mengeksplorasi keunggulan model ABC dibandingkan model akuntansi tradisional. Temuan mengungkapkan kemampuan ABC dalam menelusuri biaya berdasarkan aktivitas spesifik, menghasilkan pemetaan keuangan yang lebih presisi dan mengatasi distorsi biaya yang inherent dalam model konvensional. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan potensi signifikan ABC dalam meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan strategis, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan kelembagaan. Namun, keterbatasan data sekunder membatasi generalisasi temuan, yang mendorong perlunya penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan lebih komprehensif. The complexity of financial management of educational institutions raises the need for a more accurate and responsive accounting model. In this context, the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) model offers an innovative approach in identifying and analyzing the structure of education costs. Through literature review and secondary data analysis, the study explores the advantages of the ABC model over traditional accounting models. The findings reveal ABC's ability to trace costs based on specific activities, resulting in more precise financial mapping and overcoming cost distortions inherent in conventional models. The implications of the study show the significant potential of ABC in improving strategic decision-making, transparency, and accountability of institutional financial management. However, the limitations of secondary data limit the generalization of the findings, which encourages the need for further research with more comprehensive coverage.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk dari keberhasilan suatu lembaga terletak pada optimalisasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana berbasis teknologi yang mendukung proses operasional sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang efektif dan efisien dalam mengoptimalkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang berbasis teknologi di sekolah boarding school, khususnya di SMAIT Baitussalam Prambanan, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, adapun metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen sarana dan prasarana berbasis teknologi di SMAIT Baitussalam Prambanan, Yogyakarta melakukan perencanaan dengan mempertimbangkan perkembangan teknologi dengan menerapkan smart system dan smart card yang terintegrasi antara sistem manual dan digital. Optimalisasi penggunaan sarana dan prasarana berbasis teknologi dilakukan secara efektif melalui partisipasi kepala sekolah, guru, santri, dan staff. Dampak inovasi teknologi dalam mendukung efektivitas pengelolaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana adalah meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan transparasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah SDM di sekolah berbasis boarding school hendakanya mengatur manajemen yang baik untuk mengoptimalkan sarana dan prasarana berbasis teknologi sehingga sistem operasional di sekolah berjalan dengan optimal.

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the main problems that every country always faces. The high unemployment rate causes competition to find work to become greater, resulting in college graduates who are not yet working. The aim of this research is to overcome the problem of unemployment among fresh graduate students due to the lack of skills and employment opportunities appropriate to their major as well as the impact of Covid 19, the low skills and employment opportunities for fresh graduate students so that strategies are needed. The research method used is literature research, namely a technique for collecting data and information through various literature or references, which means collecting data by understanding theories from various relevant literature. Skilled and trained Human Resources (HR) organized in vocational villages are of course expected to be able to utilize natural resources and regional potential/advantages that are more economically valuable, competitive and provide maximum results and are able to open/create employment opportunities for themselves and others. other as an effort to eradicate educated unemployment. creating business opportunities and entrepreneurship for people who need jobs through the formation of business groups as an effort to eradicate educated unemployment through vocational village pilots with training based on regional advantages

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of collaborative leadership as a catalyst component in optimizing educational quality at Ngrandulor State Elementary School in Jombang. The research focuses on investigating the mechanisms of collaborative leadership in constructing synergy between stakeholders and the community and analyzing its implications for improving educational standards. The research methodology applied is a qualitative approach with systematic observation, in-depth interviews, and comprehensive documentary analysis. The data analysis process was carried out through the condensation model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Research findings indicate that implementing collaborative leadership contributes significantly to increasing the credibility of educational institutions from the community's perspective. This is manifested through a quantitative increase in students by 10% per year since 2021. This study's theoretical and practical implications affirm that collaborative leadership can be conceptualized as an efficient strategy for improving the quality of education. Its prerequisites are systemic support and active participation from all stakeholder elements. The research results provide a contemporary perspective on the complexity of implementing collaborative leadership models in the context of primary education institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of marketing strategies for educational services at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta to attract the interest of prospective new students and maintain the loyalty of existing students by optimizing the marketing mix 7P strategy. This research employed descriptive analytical qualitative research with observation, interviews, and documentation data collection techniques. It revealed that the comprehensive, innovative, and effective marketing mix (7P) was implemented at Muhammadiyah Senior High School 1 Yogyakarta. The school offered superior products, varied prices with scholarship schemes, strategic location, active multi-channel promotion, quality human resources through selective recruitment and competency development, complete facilities, and SNP standard learning process management. This strategy increased public interest by 25-30% (2019-2023) and maintained student loyalty. This research is limited due to exploring marketing strategies for educational services in one private high school in Yogyakarta. Generalizations of findings should be achieved by considering the unique characteristics of each educational institution. Comparative studies with similar educational institutions can be conducted for further research to identify and explore the impact of effective educational service marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the synergy between learning and the positive impact of K-Pop in increasing the interest and learning outcomes of Indonesian teenagers, as well as analyzing strategies to improve teenagers' learning motivation through K-Pop popular culture. This research is a qualitative case study type with primary data collected through interviews and questionnaires as well as secondary data from related literature. The analysis technique used is data condensation. previous research used a qualitative descriptive approach. K-Pop provides socialization and space for self-expression for teenagers and creates strong communities. Teenagers seek an outlet from pressure through K-Pop. Visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning methods integrated with religious understanding can maximize understanding, provide inspiration and motivation, and form a psychological approach to students' emotional and spiritual needs. This strategy can create a conducive learning environment to support student development. However, this research is limited to learning motivation strategies for teenage K-Pop fans, while the effectiveness of strategies on academic achievement results needs to be tested empirically through experimental studies.
