Abstract

This research was conducted in Banjarmasin City against the backdrop of the large number of election violations and the large number of polling stations that must be monitored in the 2019 elections in Banjarmasin City. KAMMI as an election monitor involves itself in this supervision so that the election runs in accordance with the principles of the election. Election monitors can detect potential violations, provide confidence to the public regarding the validity of the results, and encourage accountability of election organizers. The existence of election monitors is also a form of social control that helps strengthen the foundations of democracy and increase active citizen participation in elections. This study aims to determine the role of the Indonesian Muslim Student Action Unit (KAMMI) as an election monitor in improving the integrity of supervision in the 2019 elections in Banjarmasin City, then to find out how the obstacles were faced. The type of research used is field research, by examining the circumstances and phenomena more clearly about the situation that occurs in the field. The research approach is a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data sources are informants totaling 9 people and documentation. Analysis of the results of this study was carried out by analyzing the data collected and presented in the form of descriptive descriptions. Then the researcher makes a conclusion and recommendation on the research results. The results showed that KAMMI played an adequate role as an extension of Bawaslu in monitoring the 2019 elections in Banjarmasin City. KAMMI carries out its duties according to the rules and code of ethics, is neutral, provides education to the public, and supports the participation of persons with disabilities. KAMMI faces obstacles in monitoring the 2019 elections in Banjarmasin City, including limited number of members, unstructured programs, and limited funds. Other internal factors include the focus of monitoring only on election day. External constraints include a lack of cooperation with Bawaslu Banjarmasin City, a lack of coordination between South Kalimantan Province Bawaslu and Banjarmasin City Bawaslu, and an unstructured coordination schedule. Despite the obstacles, KAMMI managed to improve the integrity of election monitoring. KAMMI's involvement as a political monitor can be a motivation for other institutions, although improvements are needed to overcome obstacles in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the subsidized fertilizer program in Gapoktan Gurun Raya, Nagari Gurun, Harau District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The focus of the study is the effectiveness of the program based on the principle of 6 Tepat (Quantity, Place, Price, Time, Type, and Quality). The method used is a qualitative approach with primary data collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and structured questionnaires to 40 farmers who are members of 4 farmer groups in Gapoktan Gurun Raya. Secondary data was obtained from the Gapoktan archives and other related sources. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the subsidized fertilizer program in Gapoktan Gurun Raya as a whole is quite effective with an average satisfaction of above 60% in almost all indicators. However, the "Right Place" indicator showed the lowest result (62.5%) which indicates limited accessibility of fertilizer distribution for farmers. In addition, the "Right Time" aspect also still needs to be improved to avoid delays in distribution that can disrupt farmers' planting schedules. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve coordination between distributors and farmer groups, add distribution points that are easier to reach, and conduct regular evaluations of farmers' fertilizer needs. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the implementation of fertilizer subsidy policies in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

. Bionas drinks are a new product on the market so it is important to identify consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted to analyze the demographic characteristics of consumers of Bionas products and the influence of consumer satisfaction factors in consuming Bionas probiotic drinks. This research was conducted from February to March 2024 using quantitative data from 105 respondents taken by purposive sampling. Respondents were selected from consumers who had consumed Bionas drinks. Data was obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression. The results of consumer demographic research state that women (63%), aged 17–27 years (59%), and most are students (49%). Most consumers have an income of less than IDR 1,000,000 per month (72%). Statistical analysis shows that the relationship between the independent and dependent variabels is very strong (R = 92.3%). R2 of 84.4% of the variation in consumer satisfaction can be explained by these variabels, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. The F test shows that overall the independent variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The t test results stated that product innovation, product quality and promotion had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while product design and price had no significant effect.

Abstract

Politani Mart atau PoliMar sebuah badan usaha yang berada didalam kampus Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Payakumbuh, dimana usaha ini berdiri karena usaha patungan beberapa organisasi kemahasiswaan dan Entrepreneurship Training Unit  (ETU). Perjalanan usaha ini memerlukan perencanaan dan strategi pengembangan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi alternatif yang sesuai dengan kondisi internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mai sampai Septermber 2023, dengan menggunakan  127 responden, dengan analisis yang digunakan adalah Matrik EFI, Matrik EFE, Matrik IE, Matrik SWOT dan Matrik QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PoliMart perlu melakukan perubahan-perubahan yang sifatnya mampu untuk mencapai tingakat keuntungan yang lebih baik, dimana rekomendasi dari matrik QSPM manajemen PoliMart melakukan: 1). Mempertahankan jumlah produk yang ditawarkan, 2). Membuat lini usaha baru dan 3). Bermitra dengan ormawa yang mampu menyediakan produk baru.

Abstract

Lareh Sago Halaban Regency, precisely in Nagari Halaban, is one of the areas with the highest pineapple production in Limapuluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra Province. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge, experience and motivation on the productivity of Pineapple Farmers in Nagari Halaban simultaneously and partially. The data collection method in this research was to use saturated sampling or census where the entire population, namely 30 pineapple farmers, were sampled using interviews and questionnaires. Data was obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression. Statistical analysis shows that the relationship between the independent and dependent variables is quite strong (R = 76.9%). Adjusted R Square is 54.5% of the variation in the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, while the remaining 45.5% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. Based on the F test, the independent variables (knowledge, experience and motivation) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (farmer productivity). The F test shows that overall the independent variables have a significant effect on farmer productivity. The results of the t test state that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on farmer productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity, social media, and e-commerce on the success of the Mahkota Ayam business in Payakumbuh. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, it involves Mahkota Ayam customer respondents. Data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test each variable’s influence on business success. The results show that creativity has a positive and significant effect on Mahkota Ayam's success, as seen in increased product and service innovation that boosts customer satisfaction and loyalty. Although Mahkota Ayam uses social media as a promotional tool, this variable does not significantly affect success due to inconsistent content, low interaction, and lack of an effective digital communication strategy. Meanwhile, the e-commerce variable, especially via GoFood, has a positive and significant impact by enhancing accessibility, service speed, and convenience leading to customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, creativity, social media, and e-commerce contribute significantly to business success, with creativity and e-commerce as dominant factors. Based on these findings, Mahkota Ayam should strengthen social media management through consistent, attractive content strategies. It is also expected to keep innovating in products and services to maintain business uniqueness and optimize e-commerce use as the main transaction and market expansion channel, ensuring sustainability in increasingly competitive digital markets.
