Abstract

Inaccuracy in selecting the type of water resources structures as protection structures against wet hydrometric disasters means that the effects of the disaster are not reduced significantly. This situation gets worse if the placement of the protection structures is not correct. This research focuses on selecting the type and location of protection structures against wet hydrometric disasters in water resources engineering so that they work optimally. This optimization is carried out by maximizing the function of the structures as protector against hydrometric disasters, and minimizing new disasters that may arise due to the presence of these protection structures. The first stage is to identify the behavior and to predict the characteristics of water at location of the wet hydrometric disaster and its surroundings. This is done by analyzing video and aerial photos in several circumstances. The next stage is to select the appropriate type of protection structures. The final stage is to determine the location and dimensions of the protection structures with the consideration that new disasters that may arise due to the presence of the protection structures must be relatively small. Another consideration for determining the dimensions of a structure is the characteristics of the water. Determination of the location and dimensions of the protection structures are carried out using theoretical simulations. The results of research in the field show that protection structures work optimally and with relatively small dimensions and numbers, and is in accordance with theoretical estimates.

Abstract

Padang TV is one of the local televisions in West Sumatra that has been able to maintain its existence for more than fifteen years. Various challenges are faced by local television in facing competition with local television to national television. Various strategies are carried out to improve its existence, one of which is producing the Cerdas Qur'an program which is produced in the midst of the community. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the Cerdas Qur'an program in increasing the existence of Padang TV. The theory used in this research is the strategy of producing television programs, and strategies in attracting audiences in maintaining the existence of Padang TV. The research methodology used in this research is qualitative method and data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observations, and document studies. The results showed that the Cerdas Qur'an Program has a strong role in increasing the existence of Padang TV through several strategies, namely, strategies for producing television programs, strategies for attracting audiences, strategies for producing programs in the community, and utilizing internet media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari adanya beberapa fenomena penerapan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Kolaka Timur, yang selanjutnya dirumuskan menjadi isu-isu strategis dalam Renstra sebagai upaya memberi solusi terhadap permasalahan tata kelola TI yang belum terintegrasi, kurangnya singkronisasi dan koordinasi perangkat daerah dalam membangun jaringan terintegrasi, kualitas SDM bidang TIK yang masih rendah, serta sarana prasarana TI yang belum memadai. Penelitian ini tertuju agar pengevaluasian peran tata kelola TI dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi pemerintahan, dengan fokus pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Persandian dan Statistik (Diskominfosantik) Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dengan desain eksploratori sekuensial, penelitian ini menggabungkan analisis kualitatif dengan validasi kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis dengan Balanced Scorecard mengungkapkan bahwa target kinerja yang berorientasi pada pelanggan tidak terpenuhi. Mengacu pada tujuan layanan pelanggan COBIT 2019, studi ini memetakan tata kelola TI di empat domain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan domain APO02 (strategi terkelola) mencapai level 3, sedangkan APO03, BAI05, dan DSS06 mencapai level 2. rekomendasi berdasarkan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 diberikan. Rekomendasinya adalah peningkatan tata kelola dan manajemen teknologi informasi, memastikan semua proses berfungsi penuh dan selaras dengan tujuan organisasi, dan mengikuti pedoman COBIT 2019 untuk meningkatkan praktik tata kelola TI supaya mendukung pencapaian tujuan strategis. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial bagi narapidana narkotika dilembaga permasyarakatan khusus narkotika kelas III Sawahlunto. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan ilmu hukum khususnya yang berkaitan dengan mengkaji pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial bagi narapidana narkotika dilembaga permasyarakatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa memenuhi hukum-hukum baru terkait pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial bagi narapidana narkotika dilembaga permasyarakatan. Penelitian ini diharapakan dapat menjadi landasan bagi peneliti lain dimasa yang akan datang. Untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang lebih mendalam dan meyeluruh, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan empiris yang berguna memberikan data dan informasi mengenai pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial bagi narapidana narkotika dilembaga permasyarakatan khusus narkotika kelas III Sawahlunto. Kemudian data dianalisa secara sistematis sehingga memperoleh jawaban tentang pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial bagi narapidana narkotika dilembaga permasyarakatan khusus narkotika kelas III Sawahlunto Kata kunci: Narkotika, Rehabilitasi sosial, Lembaga permasyarakatan.
