Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Alif Asgar Barbershop in South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research in this writing is associative while the type of data in this study is quantitative. The population is 10, 623 with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula and the sample in this study was 100 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (10. 765> 1. 661) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, the regression equation Ŷ = 7. 544 + 0. 426 X1, the correlation value is 0. 722 where the value is in the interval 0. 60 to 0. 799 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship level and a determination coefficient value of 52. 1%. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (8. 615> 1. 661), thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. The regression equation Ŷ = 13. 054 + 0. 411 X2, the correlation value is 0. 656 where the value is in the interval of 0. 60 - 0. 799 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship with a determination coefficient of 43. 1%. Service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained Fcount> Ftable or (80. 793> 3. 09), thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The regression equation Ŷ = 5. 513 + 0. 305X1 + 0. 231X2, the correlation value is 0. 785 where the value is in the interval of 0. 60 to 0. 799 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 61. 6% while the remaining 38. 4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Implementation of management and tahfiz al Qur'an methods at MA As Surkati and MAN Salatiga This research aims to find out how the management and methods of tahfiz al Qur'an are implemented at MA As Surkati and MAN Salatiga, the supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the similarities and differences between tahfiz al Qur'an in the two madrasas. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with a comparative study type of research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. Stages in data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of tahfiz al-Qur'an management at MA As Surkati and MAN Salatiga consists of four parts, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. The method used in tahfidz al-Qur'an is the takrir method at MAN Salatiga and takrir plus translation at MA As Surkati. Among the supporting factors for tahfiz al-Qur'an in both madrasas are intention and determination, intelligence and enthusiasm, discipline and consistency, persistent and patient teachers, a good environment, repeating, staying away from sin, motivation and guidance, rewards and punishments and prayer. The inhibiting factors include internal factors within students such as feeling lazy and bored, as well as external factors such as a poor environment. The similarities between the tahfiz al Qur'an program at MA As Surkati and MAN Salatiga are the target of memorizing 30 juz, student acceptance tests, free memorization methods, evaluation exams using the tasmi' method, giving rewards and punishments and involving parents in order to support students. The differences between the tahfiz programs in the two madrasas lie in the students participating in the program, the period of education, the existing tahfiz program model, evaluation, and the levels of rewards and punishments

Abstract

This study aims to explore teachers’ perceptions regarding the implementation of the Deep Learning curriculum at Al Madinah Elementary School, Bendar Juawana. Deep Learning emphasizes deep conceptual understanding as well as students’ critical and creative thinking skills. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and questionnaires involving Indonesian language teachers from grades one to six. The findings of the study indicate that most teachers have a positive view of the curriculum, considering it a progressive step toward improving the quality of education. However, challenges remain in areas such as teacher training, availability of resources, and institutional support, which need to be addressed. The study recommends strengthening teacher training programs and promoting collaboration among teachers to optimize the curriculum's implementation. These findings are expected to provide insights for policymakers and educational institutions in developing a more effective and relevant curriculum framework.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the utilization of Meta Business Suite as a promotional medium to increase customer visits and sales at Copas Suburban Dining Restaurant, Gading Serpong, Tangerang Regency. This research is motivated by the increasing competition in the culinary business and the important role of social media as an effective digital marketing tool. Meta Business Suite is used by the restaurant management to manage promotional content, schedule posts, manage advertisements, and analyze promotional performance through Instagram and Facebook platforms. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with management and marketing staff, documentation, and SWOT analysis. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The first study showed that the use of Meta Business Suite had a positive impact on increasing awareness, engagement, and promotional reach at Copas Suburban Dining Restaurant. The second study found that promotional effectiveness was not fully optimal due to obstacles such as changes in social media algorithms, limited advertising budgets, and increasingly fierce business competition. The third study concluded that Meta Business Suite plays a significant role as a digital promotional medium, but requires a planned strategy and ongoing evaluation to optimally increase visits and sales
