Abstract

The implementation of community empowerment in improving economic prosperity in Pangarengan village is very unstable and has increased to the maximum. This can be seen from the community's response which is not economically sufficient in Pangarengan village... phenomena that occur in the field are: Lack of counseling or assistance from village officials due to inadequate technological infrastructure and the ability to make salt from traditional to modern methods, the low quality of the salt affects economic welfare of coastal communities. This research aims to Empower Salt Farmers in Improving Economic Welfare in Pangarengan Village, Pangarengan District, Sampang Regency. In this research, Empowerment theory is used according to Wilson (2013:40) with indicators: (1) Awakening (awareness) (2) Understanding (3) Harnessing (Utilization) (4) Using (Use of Skills). The type of research is a qualitative perspective, the data collection technique uses interview and documentation techniques, and the method for determining informants uses a purposive sampling technique of 5 people. Based on the results of this research, it is known that the Empowerment of Pangarengan Salt Farmers in Sampang Regency is said to be quite good. This can be seen from the results of interviews where the author obtained three indicators, namely: Awakening (awareness), Harnessing (Utilization), Using (Use of Skills). However, there are indicators that are still not good, namely: Understanding.

Abstract

AbstractQuality academic services create qualified students as well, so student satisfaction becomes the benchmark of a college in providing the best service. The academic services of the curriculum, lectures, and finances will work well if supported by good management as well. Madura University is a private higher education institution located on the island of Madura, precisely located in Pamekasan District. The education program at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences is designed to meet the needs of human resources that meet competencies in public administration skills, as well as having a high level of community and national insight. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach to a phenomenon conducted by an agency to its environment in an effort to produce the right service. The use of this method aims to determine the form of service provided by the Faculty of Administrative Sciences Madura University. Of the 5 indicators described, among others Tangibles (physical evidence), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty (empathy) explains that the quality of service at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences Madura University quite well, where the satisfaction of students Faculty of Administrative Sciences University of Madura explained that the problems experienced by students have been given prompt and appropriate solution by the staff of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences Madura University. Similarly, if students expect a certain level of service, then in fact students feel the service received in accordance with his expectations.Keywords: Service, Student

Abstract

In the context of Islamic Education, this model aims to create an interactive and responsive learning environment, emphasizing continuous evaluation to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the learning program. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative method to gain an in-depth understanding of the model's application. Data collection methods include documentation and interviews. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings revealed that the Hannafin and Peck model effectively enhanced the learning process in Islamic education by providing a structured framework for needs analysis, design, development, and implementation. The model's continuous evaluation allows for ongoing improvements, making the educational experience more interactive and engaging for students. This study concludes that the Hannafin and Peck Instructional Design Model greatly benefits Islamic Religious Education at Raudhatul Athfal. The model ensures that educational programs have met students' needs and promote a deep understanding of Islamic teachings. However, challenges such as resource limitations and resistance to change must be addressed. Future research should focus on integrating technology and creating adaptive evaluation methods to enhance the model's effectiveness in various educational contexts.

Abstract

Analisis SWOT dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari situasi yang ada. Analisis ini memisahkan permasalahan inti yang berasal dari internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan model desain pembelajaran Hannafin & Peck di RA Al Ihsan dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan utama di RA Al Ihsan. Analisis SWOT dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi institusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan RA Al Ihsan meliputi kepemimpinan kepala madrasah yang kuat, guru berpengalaman, dan struktur kurikulum inovatif. Namun, kelemahan utama adalah kurangnya penguasaan teknologi informasi di kalangan guru, yang menghambat efektivitas penerapan model desain pembelajaran. Peluang terletak pada adanya program pelatihan dan dukungan eksternal, sementara tantangan meliputi keterampilan teknologi yang kurang memadai yang berdampak pada variasi media pembelajaran. Keberhasilan penerapan model Hannafin & Peck bergantung pada peningkatan keterampilan teknologi informasi dan variasi media pembelajaran. Pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan serta dukungan pemangku kepentingan sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan efektivitas model pembelajaran ini.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini kurangnya ketepatan sasaran program bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) terhadap masyarakat desa bukek kecamatan tlanakan kabupaten pamekasan yang masih menjadi keluhan masyarakat dalam penyaluran bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahtraan masyarakat miskin hal ini juga dapat membantu kebutuhan pokok masyarakat yang membutuhkan sehingga dapat mengurangi sedikit beban masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap program BPNT dapat dikatakan baik, untuk ketepatan sasaran terhadap penerima bantuan program BPNT pembaharuan data dan verifikasi masyarakat miskin belum efisien, ketepatan waktu pencairan dana program BPNT kepada KPM sudah cukup baik sesuai dengan tahap penyaluran yang telah ditentukan, tujuan dari program BPNT adanya masyarakat yang berhak menerima manfaat bantuan namun belum menerima BPNT, perubahan nyata yang dialami oleh penerima BPNT telah dirasakan cukup baik penerima bantuan telah merasakan manfaat dari adanya program ini.
