Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi rasa jenuh yang dialami anak usia dini dalam pembelajaran. Pembelajaran kurang kreatif dan bervariasi, sehingga berpengaruh pada kecerdasan logika matematikanya. Tenaga pendidik harus memiliki inovasi dan kreatif membuat media belajar menyenangkan untuk menstimulus kecerdasan logika matematika anak. Maka, diperlukan media menyenangkan yang dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan logika matematika, yaitu menggunakan media papan flannel angka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah media papan flannel angka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan logika matematika anak kelompok B. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian lima peserta didik di TK Plus Al-Hikmah. Alat dan bahan penelitian yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan lembar ceklis. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan logika matematika anak dengan menggunakan media papan flannel angka dalam mengenal angka 1-20 cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat adanya peningkatan dari pertemuan ke-1 sampai ke-5 mengalami peningkatan dengan capaian perkembangan Berkembang Sesuai Harapan, sehingga anak dapat mengenal bentuk angka 1-20. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media papan flannel angka dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan logika matematika pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. The research was motivated by the boredom experienced by young children in learning. Learning is less creative and varied, affecting their mathematical logic intelligence. Educators must be innovative and creative in making learning media fun to stimulate children's mathematical logic intelligence. So, fun media is needed to increase mathematical logic intelligence, namely using number flannel board media. This research aimed to find out whether the number flannel board media could improve the mathematical logic skills of group B children. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method with five students at Kindergarten Plus Al-Hikmah as research subjects. The research tools and materials used were observations, interviews, documentation, and checklist sheets. Based on the research results, show that there is an increase in children's mathematical logic by using the number flannel board media in recognizing numbers 1-20 quite well. This can be seen as an improvement from the 1st to the 5th meeting with the development achievement Developing According to Expectations so that children can recognize the shape of the numbers 1-20. It can be concluded that number flannel board media can improve mathematical logic intelligence in children aged 5–6 years.

Abstract

Management of Facilities and Infrastructure Development for Educators and Education Personnel at MTsN 11 Majalengka. This study aims to comprehend and assess facilities and infrastructure management at MTsN 11 Majalengka. Although management has been performing well, several issues must be addressed. These issues include a need for more papers from the principal and a need for computer facility maintenance. The learning process needs to be improved as a result of this mismatch. The study employs a qualitative technique as well as a descriptive strategy. The principal, staff, and subject teachers' data and management of educational facilities and infrastructure can yield benefits. The facility and infrastructure management of MTsN 11 Majalengka has been working smoothly. However, there are still some issues that need to be improved

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality management of Islamic Homeschooling services at PKBM Ahsani, Bandung City. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was conducted through interviews with PKBM leaders, teachers, and staff, direct observation of the learning process, and study of documents related to policies and curriculum. Qualitative data analysis through thematic analysis was conducted. This research found that first, PKBM Ahsani Bandung which provided Islamic Homeschooling services, needed to pay attention to the learning outcomes implemented, and paid attention to the quality of human resources, especially in terms of character and high creative ability. Service quality management was mandatory for PKBM considering the high desire of parents to obtain a good educational environment for their children. Second, The Blended Learning Learning Model was the choice of PKBM Ahsani in providing Islamic Homeschooling services because it was considered effective for the implementation of Islamic Homeschooling student equality education programs. Islamic Homeschooling could develop their own curriculum and had flexibility in Islamic Homeschooling time management so that the vision of Islamic Homeschooling could be achieved.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of leadership in the Society 5.0 era. with the Multieduhealthtainment concept marked by the convergence between technology, education, health, and entertainment. Leadership has a crucial role to play in addressing the complex and diverse challenges of an increasingly connected society. This study uses a qualitative approach by combining literature reviews and case studies. The results of this study reveal that effective leadership in the Society 5.0 era with the Multieduhealthtainment conception involves the ability to manage change, facilitate collaboration, inspire innovation, and build strong relationships in complex and dynamic contexts.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum that provides flexibility to education units to develop learning according to the needs and characteristics of their students. One form of learning that can be developed in the Merdeka Curriculum is project-based learning (P5). P5 is learner-centered learning and focuses on developing the Pancasila learner profile. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum through P5 learning with the theme of democratic voice in class XII of SMK Bhakti Nusantara 666. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results showed that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum through P5 learning with the theme of democratic voices at SMK Bhakti Nusantara 666 went well. Learners can develop the profile of Pancasila students, especially the profile of Pancasila students as democratic citizens. Learners can understand the meaning of democracy and can practice democracy in everyday life. The implementation of Merdeka Curriculum through P5 learning with the theme of democratic voice with student council chair election activities can be an alternative to develop the profile of Pancasila learners in SMK. P5 learning can provide opportunities for students to develop critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, and communication skills.

Abstract

The application of differentiated learning is one of the efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving student learning outcomes caused by learning difficulties in Islamic Religious Education subjects that occur in class 4 SDN Cibadak in the 2022-2023 school year semester 1 material 3.13. This research procedure uses Classroom Action Research (PTK), namely planning, research implementation (Application of differentiated learning), evaluation and reflection. Data were obtained from evaluation and observation sheets, then the data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research on 30 students showed that classical completeness in cycle 1 was 70% or 21 students scored above the KKM of 70 and 9 students below the KKM or 30%. In cycle 2, the data obtained was 90% or 27 students who reached the KKM and only 10% or 3 students who had not reached the KKM. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of differentiated learning is strongly believed to be able to overcome student learning difficulties in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in grade 4 SDN Cibadak.

Abstract

In the context of Islamic Education, this model aims to create an interactive and responsive learning environment, emphasizing continuous evaluation to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the learning program. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative method to gain an in-depth understanding of the model's application. Data collection methods include documentation and interviews. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings revealed that the Hannafin and Peck model effectively enhanced the learning process in Islamic education by providing a structured framework for needs analysis, design, development, and implementation. The model's continuous evaluation allows for ongoing improvements, making the educational experience more interactive and engaging for students. This study concludes that the Hannafin and Peck Instructional Design Model greatly benefits Islamic Religious Education at Raudhatul Athfal. The model ensures that educational programs have met students' needs and promote a deep understanding of Islamic teachings. However, challenges such as resource limitations and resistance to change must be addressed. Future research should focus on integrating technology and creating adaptive evaluation methods to enhance the model's effectiveness in various educational contexts.
