Abstract

Istilah-istilah yang digunakan dalam proses pewahyuan Al-Qur'an membedakannya satu sama lain. Salah satu perbedaannya adalah pada penamaan istilah Makkiyah dan Madaniyah. Di antara kedua jenis surat ini, terdapat banyak ciri yang membedakannya. Surat-surat yang diwahyukan kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam pada masa menjelang dan setelah hijrah, atau yang diturunkan di Mekkah atau Madinah, dikategorikan menggunakan istilah al-Makkiy dan al-Madaniy. Karena Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam sebelumnya tidak menggolongkan surat-surat sebagai Al-Makkiy atau Al-Madaniy, istilah ini menjadi terkenal setelah wafatnya. Madaniyah, Makkiyah. Pengertian ini penting bagi kajian Al-Qur'an dan ilmu tafsir, yaitu metode yang digunakan untuk menurunkan Al-Qur'an. untuk memastikan letak ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang diturunkan di Madinah atau Mekkah. Ayat-ayat Makkiyah merupakan sebutan lain untuk ayat-ayat yang diturunkan di Mekkah. Sementara itu, ayat-ayat yang disebut dengan ayat-ayat Madaniyah diturunkan di Madinah. Dengan pendekatan Kajian Ulumul Quran, materi ini disampaikan dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian dan kepustakaan. Hasil kajian ini menjelaskan: a) cara menerangkan ayat-ayat Makkiyah dan Madaniyyah; b) cara mengenali Makkiyah dan Madaniyah; c) seperti apakah Makkiyah dan Madaniyah itu; d) cara menjelaskan surah dan ayat Al-Qur'an; e) cara mengkategorikan Makkiyah dan Madaniyah; dan f) manfaat mengkaji Makkiyah dan Madaniyah.

Abstract

This study explores the management of Islamic education grounded in relevant Hadiths. As the second primary source of guidance for Muslims, the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) should be actively applied by believers. The research highlights key aspects of Islamic education management, examining how Hadiths provide a framework for effective implementation, organization, execution, and evaluation, along with fundamental principles in this field. Through qualitative methodology and literature review, the study identifies four core concepts of Islamic education management: planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating. Additionally, it outlines essential principles such as justice, sincerity, trustworthiness, honesty, and the promotion of good while preventing evil (*amar ma’ruf nahi munkar*). Practical applications include leadership, human resource management, learning management, and educational assessment—all supported by relevant Hadiths of the Prophet (ﷺ) to reinforce their validity and effectiveness.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online lending in Indonesia was examined by focusing on its compatibility and incompatibility with the principles of Islamic economic law. A normative and descriptive approach was applied by analyzing the regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the fatwas of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), and empirical data regarding the practices of legal and illegal online lending. It was identified that legal online lending has been regulated under official provisions, allowing legal protection to be provided for consumers, although elements of usury (riba), uncertainty (gharar), and data misuse were still found, which indicated that full compliance with sharia principles has not yet been achieved. Illegal online lending was declared to be in violation of both positive law and sharia principles, as it is operated without license, without supervision, and is characterized by excessive harms such as usurious interest, abusive debt collection, and moral as well as social losses. Based on the perspective of Islamic economic law, legal online lending was considered to have the potential to be directed towards sharia compliance if exploitative and unjust elements are eliminated, whereas illegal online lending was conclusively rejected since its harms were judged to outweigh any benefits.
