Abstract

Al-Qur'an is an Islamic holy book that was given to Nabi Muhammad by Allah as the primary guide for his life. When the Qur'an was reintroduced, the number of people who could read and write it was limited, and the medium of writing was also limited, so the Qur'an was only read by the people.. Then, when did the completion of the Qur'an and its publication become the Kitab that Muslims today use? The purpose of this research is to analyze the history of the Quran and its publication. The current study makes use of a quantitative methodology for research done in libraries as well as other types of quantitative research. Data for the study was compiled from books and journals related to the Qur'an. a data collection technique involving the collection of literature or raw materials related to research. The results of this study show that there are three periods in the history of the Qur'an, namely the periods of Rasulullah, Abu Bakr, and Utsman, during which improvements were made to make it easier for Muslims to read the Qur'an. Abstract

Islamic Education Management is a management set to develop Islamic education and part of the management regarding the use of all existing resources in Islamic educational institutions, so that the goals can be achieved effectively, efficiently and productively. This study used a qualitative approach with library research. This study uses the thematic method (maudu'iy), namely the collection of verses of the Koran which discuss the objectives of Islamic education management. Sources of research data were obtained from verses of the Koran, interpretations and hadiths as well as books and journals. Data collection techniques by collecting literature data or library materials that lead to discussion in research. Data analysis was carried out by content analysis, namely content analysis which contains conclusions based on valid data by considering the contents of the writing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the verses and interpretations regarding the objectives of Islamic education management. The conclusion from this study there are five objectives of Islamic education management, namely planning educational programs according to Islamic law, preparing educational facilities and infrastructure according to the guidance of the Koran and hadith, managing educational institutions so that educational goals are achieved according to Islamic law, controlling the educational process based on al- -Quran and Hadith, improve resources in Islamic educational institutions. Abstract

Private schools are schools founded by religious and non-religious organizations. The contribution of private schools to the nation and state is enormous. However, one of the problems faced by private schools is the lack of students’ registering interest. this paper aims to find out the strategy to increase students' registering interest in private schools. There are several strategies that can be carried out by private institutions to increase the interest of applicants, namely: 1) good branding management; 2) having a reliable marketing strategy; 3) improving school quality; and 4) providing discounts. Abstract

The system is a collection of objects that have relationships with each other. The components in this system must be integrated with each other. As a result, the most important factor in integrating existing components in a system is the relationship. The purpose of this study is to examine the system's classification and relationships as the core of the system. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research and is included in the qualitative research category. Sources of research data were obtained from related books and journals as well. Data collection techniques include collecting literature data or library materials related to the discussion in the research. The results of this study indicate that there are eight system classifications, and relationships are the core of the system. Keywords: System Classification, System Core Relations, Systems Approach

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of graduate marketing strategies at the As-Sunnah Islamic Religious College (STAI) Deli Serdang, using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that STAI As-Sunnah implemented an inclusive marketing strategy with a direct approach through social media and digital platforms, as well as an indirect approach through alumni networks, service programmes, and social programmes. STAI As-Sunnah graduates have high competitiveness, especially in syar'i science, Arabic language, and memorisation of the Koran, and are supported by strong Islamic values. STAI As-Sunnah's graduate marketing strategy includes recruitment and job placement, adjustments to the college curriculum, partnerships with related institutions, promotion through social media, and support from alumni and universities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan analisis komprehensif komunikasi organisasi: studi lapangan tentang jenis, prinsip, gaya, dan proses yang terjadi antara kepala madrasah dan guru-guru di MTsS Darussalam Dsa Durian, Kec. Sei Balai, Kab. Batu Bara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah1 kepala madarsah dan 15 guru-guru yang mengajar di MTsS Darussalam Desa Durian, Kec. Sei Balai, Kab.Batu Bara. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dan temuan akhir dari penelitian ini, peneliti menyimpulkan jenis komunikasi yang diterapkan Kepala Sekolah yaitu komunikasi atasan ke bawahan (downward communication) dan komunikasi bawahan ke atasan (upward communication). Adapun prinsip-prinsip komunikasi organisasi yang diterapkan kepala madarasah antara lain yaitu: memberi salam bila bertemu, berbicara dengan lemah lembut, perkataan yang baik dan nasehat yang penuh hikmah , menyebut hal-hal yang baik tentang komunikan, menyesuaikan bahasa dan isi pembicaraan dengan keadaan komunikan, berdiskusi dengan cara yang baik, dan lebih dahulu memberi teladan sebelum mengadakan komunikasi. Sedangkan gaya komunikasi organisasi yang diterapkan adalah gaya dominan (dominant style, gaya dramatis (dramatic style), gaya santai (relaxes style), Gaya atentif (attentive style), Gaya bersahabat (friendly style) dan gaya yang tepat (precise style). Proses komunikasi antara kepala madrasah dengan para guru di luar waktu kegiatan pembelajaran adalah secara informal, atau dengan kata lain dengan kekeluargaan. Sedangkan proses komunukasi antara kepala madrasah dengan guru saat pembelajaran berlangsung adalah secara formal.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know the self-concept profile and speaking skill proficiency and a relationship between both of them on the first-grade female students in secondary school at Imam Muslim Sei Rampah. The research methodology used is a quantitative correlational method using statistical data with the Spearman rank formula to obtain the research results. The result of this research is known the level of self-concept among the first-grade female students in secondary school at Imam Muslim Sei Rampah is classified as good, with a percentage of 43%, which means 13 students. The level of speaking skill proficiency among first-grade female students in secondary school at Imam Muslim Sei Rampah is classified as good, with a percentage of 50%, which means 15 students. There is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and speaking skill proficiency among the first-grade female students in secondary school at Imam Muslim Sei Rampah, with a correlation coefficient of 0.693, representing 69%, indicating a moderate and positive correlation. Key words: Self-Concept, Speaking Skill, Arabic Speaking Skills. مستخلص البحث: يهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة صورة مفهوم الذات وقدرة على مهارة الكلام وعلاقة بينهما لدى طالبات الصف الأول في المرحلة الثانوية بمعهد الإمام مسلم ساي رمباه. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج المنهج الكمي بالنوع العلاقي مع طريقة تحليل البيانات الإحصائية بالرمز علاقة (spearman rank) . ونتيجة البحث تدل على أن مفهوم الذات لطالبات الصف الأول في المرحلة الثانوية بمعهد الإمام مسلم ساي رمباه في صنف جيد بالنسبة 43% يعني 13 طالبة، وقدرة مهارة الكلام لديهم في صنف جيد بالنسبة 50% يعني 15 طالبة، وعلاقة بين مفهوم الذات ومهارة الكلام بقيمة معامل الارتباط 0,693 بالنسبة 69% والعلاقة معتدلة باتجاه إيجابي. الكلمات الأساسية : مفهوم الذات، مهارة الكلام، مهارة الكلام باللغة العربية.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic education planning is one of the important efforts in developing the education system at Al IQRA's Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) on Jalan PLTU No. 3 Belawan Sicanang. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Iqra' was founded on December 12, 1995 and has been around for about 28 years. The research method used in the Islamic Education Planning Implementation research (Principles, Objectives, Functions, Cycles, Models and Work as well as Planning Information) at MIS Al Iqra' Belawan is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research resulted that the implementation of Islamic education planning at MIS Al IQRA' Belawan has made a positive contribution in increasing the effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. However, there is still room for further development, such as increasing parental involvement, developing holistic Islamic-based assessments, and applying technology in Islamic learning. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang fungsi Al-Quran bagi manusia. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mewujudkan tujuan diturunkannya Al-Quran kepada manusia. Selain menjelaskan tentang fungsi Al-Quran dalam kehidupan, dalam artikel ini juga akan dijelaskan tentang nama lain Al-Quran dan sifat-sifat yang terkandung dalam Al-Quran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Al-quran adalah kalam Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala yang diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam melalui Malaikat Jibril dan yang membacanya merupakan ibadah. Sebagai kitab suci yang terakhir, Al-quran menjadi pelengkap, memiliki fungsi yang luas dan penyempurna dari kitab-kitab sebelumnya. Al-Quran berfungsi sebagai petunjuk dan pedoman bagi manusia sampai akhir zaman. Informasi terkait manusia sangat banyak disebutkan dalam Al-Quran, Al-Quran sebagai referensi dan pedoman yang dapat membimbing dan mengarahkan manusia kepada jalan yang benar.

Abstract

Betapa pentingnya untuk memahami dan memaknai  turunnya Alquran dengan sab'ah ahruf hingga tidak terjadinya kesalahpahaman dalam pemaknaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar meluruskan pemahaman manusia dalam memahami makna turunnya Alquran dengan sab’ah ahruf secara sempurna dan pemahaman yang luas, mengetahui sejarah munculnya sab’ah ahruf, hikmah-hikmah yang terkandung didalamnya dan sebab-sebab penetapan turunnya Alquran dengan sab’ah ahruf secara detail. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk kualitatif melalui penelitian yang dirujuk ke pada perpustakaan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan beberapa artikel-artikel dan buku-buku yang relevan dengan pembahasan ini yang dilakukan analisis ini melalui dalam maktabah. Maka hasil dari penelitian ini, memaparkan beberapa hal penting mengenai sab’ah ahruf, serta  mengajukan pendapat-pendapat terkait makna dan substansi sab'ah ahruf yang jarang sekali kita bahas terlebih lagi akan kerajihan pendapatnya
