Abstract

This research aims to analyze the dropshipping system in the context of Islamic law, focusing on the challenges of uncertainty or gharar in the transaction and its conformity with the principles of muamalah. The main objective is to evaluate how sharia principles are applied in the practice of dropshipping, especially in the context of the Muslim family economy in Indonesia. The research methodology involved analyzing documents and literature related to Islamic law, muamalah, and electronic commerce. The results show that while dropshipping offers flexibility and economic opportunities for the Muslim community, there are important issues related to the fulfillment of sharia transaction requirements. These issues include uncertainty in the ownership of goods at the time of the contract and the need for transparency in the transaction. The study identified that the application of Shariah principles such as fairness, transparency, and responsibility can overcome these challenges. The conclusion of this study asserts that while dropshipping systems enable new business opportunities, a deeper understanding of Shariah principles is required to ensure fair and ethical trading practices. It suggests the need for a more integrated approach between technological developments and sharia values in online business. Recommendations are provided for Muslim business actors and policy makers to promote trade practices that comply with Islamic law, integrating business innovation with sharia rules and values.

Abstract

This research aims to understand teaching strategies for Arabic language skills using al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik volumes 1 and 2. This book helps students gradually master four language skills: istima' (listening), kalam (speaking), qira'ah (reading), and kitabah (writing). The research adopts a qualitative approach with a literature study, utilizing books and journals as data sources analyzed descriptively.The findings indicate that this teaching strategy is effective when applied consistently. The material in al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik focuses on mastering language skills intensively, supported by digital audio and 16 face-to-face sessions per skill, each lasting 100 minutes (equivalent to 2 credits per week). Through this method, educators can enhance students' understanding and proficiency in Arabic optimally. The book’s strength lies in its systematic structure and practice-based learning approach, making it a valuable resource for teaching Arabic language skills.Keywords: Strategy, Skills, Arabic, Kitab al-Arabiyah.Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami strategi pengajaran keterampilan bahasa Arab menggunakan kitab al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik jilid 1 dan 2. Kitab ini membantu peserta didik menguasai empat keterampilan bahasa: istima' (menyimak), kalam (berbicara), qira'ah (membaca), dan kitabah (menulis) secara bertahap. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan studi pustaka, menggunakan buku dan jurnal sebagai sumber data yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengajaran berbasis kitab ini efektif jika diterapkan secara konsisten. Materi dalam al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik berfokus pada penguasaan keterampilan bahasa secara intensif, didukung oleh audio digital dan 16 kali tatap muka per keterampilan dengan durasi 100 menit (setara 2 SKS/minggu). Dengan metode ini, pendidik dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan bahasa Arab peserta didik secara optimal. Keunggulan kitab ini terletak pada struktur pembelajarannya yang sistematis dan berbasis praktik langsung.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Keterampilan, Bahasa Arab,  Kitab al-Arabiyah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses Implementasi Metode Tikrar Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Dasar Bagi Santri Tpa Ar-Rahman  Manggarupi Kab. Gowa serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskrptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan guru Bahasa Arab dan peserta didik Santri Tpa Ar-Rahman  Manggarupi Kab. Gowa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tpa Ar-Rahman  Manggarupi Kab. Gowa telah menerapkan penerapan Metode Tikrar Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Dasar Bagi Santri Tpa Ar-Rahman  Manggarupi Kab. Gowa yang telah dimodifikasi menyesuaikan kemampuan siswa. Penerapan metode Metode Tikrar Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Dasar Bagi Santri Tpa Ar-Rahman  Manggarupi Kab. Gowa dengan peningkatan skor evaluasi secara konsisten yang dilakukan oleh guru bahasa Arab menggunakan lembar evaluasi setiap akhir bulan. Faktor pendukung meliputi motivasi dan minat belajar siswa yang tinggi ke pelajaran bahasa Arab, kompetensi guru serta manajemen kelas yang baik, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan heterogenitas siswa. Penerapan Metode Tikrar Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Dasar Bagi Santri Tpa Ar-Rahman  Manggarupi Kab. Gowaperlu dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan komunikatif untuk mendukung keterampilan berbahasa secara menyeluruh.
