Abstract

Toko Alat Olah Raga mengalami penurunan penjualan jersey olahraga antara bulan November 2022 hingga Januari 2023. Untuk mengetahui akar permasalahannya, dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode SEM PLS, yaitu teknik analisis multivariat yang menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan penjualan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas, harga, dan desain mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar -0,154 dan T-statistik sebesar 1,726, harga memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0,871 dan T-statistik sebesar 21,308, serta desain memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0,173 dan T-statistik sebesar 1,674. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi toko untuk fokus pada faktor-faktor ini untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan penjualan

Abstract

This study aims to explore the three-pillar paradigm in Islamic education management, encompassing the strategic role of the kiai (Islamic scholar-leader), curriculum alignment, and active community involvement. These three components constitute fundamental pillars in the governance of Islamic educational institutions, particularly in pesantren and community-based madrasahs. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection methods including field observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the kiai functions not only as a spiritual leader but also as a managerial and visionary figure who determines institutional direction, policies, and foundational educational values. The curriculum is designed to be contextual and flexible, adapting to contemporary developments while maintaining its rootedness in Islamic scholarly traditions. Meanwhile, the community plays a significant supporting role, contributing to moral, social, and material aspects. These three actors engage in synergistic interactions that reinforce the sustainability and relevance of the Islamic education management system. The study concludes that collaboration among these key actors is a fundamental prerequisite for developing a participatory, value-based, and contextually grounded model of educational management.

Abstract

Heart failure in Indonesia is a problem that causes a lot of pain and death. Heart failure sufferers often experience a decrease in their ability to function and experience shortness of breath (dyspnea) during activity or at rest. Activity patterns in heart failure sufferers are very limited, activity patterns will change, especially if the patient experiences severe breathing difficulties. This condition causes heart failure patients to experience a decrease in their ability to carry out daily activities. The healing process for heart failure patients needs to be carried out comprehensively and involve family members. The aim of this community service program is to increase family support in caring for the daily activities of heart failure patients during rehabilitation. The method used in this activity is direct health education to family members of heart failure patients. The result of this awareness program is to help families get complete information about the importance of family support in the daily care of heart failure patients to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.

Abstract

Abstract: Khulu' divorce (cerai gugat) is a form of divorce initiated by the wife based on grounds stipulated in Indonesian legal provisions, including Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975, and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). One of the recognized reasons, as stated in Article 116 letter (f) of the KHI, is the continuous conflict and disputes between husband and wife with no hope of reconciliation. This study aims to analyze the decision of the Religious Court of Jember in Case Number 5577/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Jr regarding a khul? divorce from the perspective of the four Sunni schools of Islamic jurisprudence (madzhab al-arba‘ah). The research employs a normative-juridical approach using descriptive-qualitative analysis of court decisions and classical fiqh arguments. The findings reveal that the judge's legal reasoning in granting the divorce is valid under Indonesian positive law and aligns with Islamic legal principles. The decision was rendered in absentia (verstek) and resulted in the pronouncement of one irrevocable minor divorce (?al?q b??in sughr?). The study concludes that the ruling does not contradict the doctrines of the four madhhabs and upholds the protection of women's rights within the religious court system.
