Abstract

The use of an internet network in an organization cannot be divorced from the numerous types of challenges that occur inside it, particularly those connected to network service quality., In addition, the high demand for service users has become a severe issue where people believe that the network needs to be optimally utilized. This research examined the connection between ISP service quality and B2B customer loyalty to business Internet services. This work employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square methodology for SEM data analysis (PLS-SEM). The research revealed a favourable and statistically significant correlation between BP trust and BP loyalty. Because BP believes in the quality and service of ISP providers, they are typically loyal to BP. In addition, NQ and SP have a sizeable direct association with client loyalty. Moreover, this research showed that QSTS had a good and substantial effect on BP's level of trust. Meanwhile, CSTS, NQ, and SP have a favourable and significant impact on BP value.

Abstract

Welding atau pengelasan adalah salah satu kegiatan utama di perusahaan galangan kapal. Perusahaan menetapkan standar zero defect pada produk pengeasannya, tetapi di lapangan masih terjadi defect. Mitigasi risiko penting dilakukan untuk mereduksi risiko yang harus dihadapi, hal tersebut sebagai dasar penulis melakukan penelitian untuk memberikan usulan tindakan korektif sebagai mitigasi risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode six sigma yang di integrasikan dengan metode FMEA pada tahap improve. Pemilihan metode ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui performa pengelasan berdasar nilai DPMO dan level sigma, selanjutnya dilakukan pengidentifikasian faktor defect, pengintegrasian FMEA pada Six sigma dapat meningkatkan reliabilitas dan akurasi dalam penentuan prioritas perbaikan. Berdasar pada pengolahan data, porosity merupakan CTQ yang memiliki persentase terbesar yaitu 46% dan nilai DPMO sebesar 35714,28 serta level sigma sebesar 3,3. Pada perangkingan RPN pada FMEA diketahui environment memiliki nilai tertinggi sebesar 54,756 sehingga diprioritaskan untuk mitigasinya dengan usulan tindakan penggunaan penghalang angin, mengatur sirkulasi untuk mengurangi kelembaban, meng - oven elektroda sebelum digunakan, mengatur area kerja sesuai postur.

Abstract

Tofu Experimental Design Using the TAGUCHI Method Approach at the JB Tofu FactoryAbstractHome industry Tahu JB is a small and medium enterprise (UKM) which operates in the food production sector. An emphasis on quality, efficiency, and technology is critical to maintaining a competitive advantage. The JB Tofu Factory in Jombang is facing production challenges which result in imperfect tofu, which poses a risk to the sustainability of its business. This research aims to optimize the tofu production process in Tahu JB Jombang using the Taguchi approach. The main problem addressed is the occurrence of defective products that threaten business continuity. Taguchi's method, which uses tools such as SNR, Orthogonal Arrays (especially L8( 23 )), ANOVA, and F tests, has proven effective inidentifying key factors such as soybean soaking time, soybean grinding,and starch deposition time. know that it affects product quality. With 3 factors 2 levels, the research results show that soybean milling makes a significant contribution to tofu texture, with a contribution of 37.13% to SNR and 51.61% to average product quality. The results of this research are the soaking time for soybeans level 2 (4 hours), grinding level 1 (1x), sedimentation of tofu essence level 1 (20 minutes) and it is hoped that this can improve the quality of tofu products and operational efficiency at the JB Tofu factory as a whole.

Abstract

Gema Frozen is a company that sells and distributes frozen food products such as sausages, nuggets, corned beef and many other products. Every month, sales of Gema Frozen frozen food products continue to experience a significant increase in the market. This phenomenon causes the company to face demand overload caused by the increase in sales, to anticipate the occurrence of overload, forecasting is needed. By using Lee's fuzzy time series method, the purpose of this study is to analyze product sales forecasting and sales forecasting accuracy. This method is derived from time series analysis that utilizes fuzzy logic and uses fuzzy sets as the basis for its calculations. The results of forecasting analysis using this method resulted in an average difference between sales data and forecasting data of 3.65. This method's forecasting accuracy level is calculated, and the result is an MAE of 55.856. The MSE is 6029.641. -9.97% MPE and 33.78% MAPE values. The Lee approach performs well in predicting, according to the computation of forecasting accuracy.

Abstract

PT CJ Feed and Care Indonesia (Jombang Factory) is a company operating in the animal feed industry. Improper production planning causes problems in managing raw materials, and often the stock of raw materials for production is overstocked, resulting in warehouse rental costs. In the period January 2024 to April 2024, 30,545 tons of raw materials were recorded in the rental warehouse, and storage rental costs amounted to 675 million. The purpose of this research is to determine the production volume of XYZ Broiler products based on past sales estimates. And to plan raw material supplies for the production of XYZ Broiler products using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) technique. Based on sales data, the Decomposition method is the best forecasting method because it has the lowest MAPE, MAD and MSD values. Therefore, we can conclude that sales for the last 4 months, namely January to April 2024, were 4,498, 4,303, 5,582 and 3,884 tons. The final process for obtaining data on raw material requirements is creating an MRP report using the EOQ technique. With this MRP method, the company can provide raw materials according to sales demand so that it does not need to rent an external warehouse to store excess raw materials and can save 675 million from the cost of renting an external warehouse for 4 months and Rp. 381,812,500,000 from the cost of purchasing Soya Bean M eal (SBM) materials. overstock.

Abstract

The community service program (PKM) was carried out at UD. Asafa Jamur Tiram which is a business group that produces fresh mushrooms and provides baglog growing media. Based on the results of discussions with partners, there are problems faced related to the goods information system which has been recorded manually. Business development demands that information is faster and more precise so that an efficient planning system is needed in managing and recording inventory of materials, stock of goods, finished products and information on the entry and exit of goods. Therefore, in the community service program, a web-based goods information system has been introduced which allows a centralized database and can be accessed anywhere. The implementation of PKM is carried out by first coordinating with partners to find the problems faced then planning the PKM activity program. Furthermore, compiling a guide to mentoring material, then implementing mentoring activities, and evaluating the results of the implementation of mentoring. As a result of this mentoring program, the partners were satisfied and the application of the web application could improve the management of goods and sales due to the sharing of inventory information from the central management to the lower level.

Abstract

Reading metrology tools, especially virnier calipers or vernier measuring tools, in the world of education, especially vocational schools, is still experiencing problems and only reads in mm (metric), not yet reading in inches. Some things institutions need to do are bring in technicians/practitioners or tutors to train students and teaching staff, but they are constrained by a large amount of funding. Finally, this obstacle was tried to be overcome by collaborating between SMK 10 November and the UNHASY Faculty of Engineering, especially industrial engineering. In industrial engineering, UNHASY also has industrial metrology equipment and professional technicians to carry out service activities entitled "Implementation of Industrial Metrology Readings Using Inches" . This training is very important and is needed by students to prepare for entering the world of work. And able to be competent in the world of work

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah adalah permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat pedesaan maupun perkotaaan. Sampah bisa menyebabkan banjir, rusaknya lingkungan dan sumber penyakit. Secara alami sampah dapat terurai, namun jika jumlahnyanya banyak, maka proses penguraiannya juga perlu waktu yang lama. Untuk mengatasi masalah sampah ini diperlukan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah. Salah satu solusinya adalah dengan teknologi pengolahan sampah yang sederhana untuk skala rumah tangga, seperti pembuatan kompos dan biopori. Melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilakukan sosialisasi kepada Masyarakat Desa Karang Tengah Kecamatan Kandangan Kabupaten Kediri, dipilih lokasi ini karena  masayarakat di desa ini sebagian besar bertani dan bercocok tanam. Mereka membuang sampah dedaunan di pekarangan kemudian membakarnya. Sampah sisa rumah tangga hanya diberikan hewan peliharaan saja, dan sampah dari botol-botol bekas cukup diloakkan saja sehingga mempunyai nilai jual yang rendah. Pelatihan diberikan kepada masyarakat Desa Karang Tengah agar masyarakat mengerti tentang pentingnya memilah sampah, menangani sampah, memanfaatkan sampah, dan menerapkannya. Tetapi peran individu dalam mengatasi masalah sampah sangat penting, setiap orang harus memulai dari diri sendiri, keluarga, kemudian masyarakat sehingga semua lapisan masyarakat memiliki rasa peduli terhadap sampah dan lingkungannya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diketahui bahwa separoh lebih masyarakat Desa Karang Tengah menyatakan puas terhadap program-program dari Tim PkM, yang berarti program-program PkM berjalan dengan baik, sehingga bisa diterapkan di desa desa yang lain di seluruh pelosok negeri.

Abstract

Masalah sampah rumah tangga masih menjadi isu lingkungan yang patut diperhatikan. Salah satu solusi sederhana dan ramah lingkungan adalah penerapan teknologi biopori mini dalam pot. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat pemahaman warga terhadap teknologi tersebut setelah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mengamati perubahan pengetahuan warga, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar warga mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan menunjukkan minat tinggi dalam menerapkan biopori mini dalam pot. Sebagai luaran kegiatan, disusun modul pembuatan biopori mini dalam pot yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan praktik mandiri maupun pelatihan lanjutan. Diperlukan edukasi lanjutan dan kolaborasi komunitas untuk memperluas dampaknya.

Abstract

Partner companies from various snack food manufacturers during the company’s production process faced problems in the form of high levels of packaging damage, which reached 11,01% exceeding the tolerance limit, this condition has an impact on increasing production cocsts and complaints from consumers. This study aims to identify and reduce the main causes od packaging damage by implementing Quality Control Circle (QCC) and Quality Loss Function (QLF). QCC is used to find the root casuse of the problem with the PDCA stages through tools such as check sheet, pareto diagrams, histograms, fishbone diagrams, stratification, and control charts. While QLF is used to calculate economic losses due to quality that deviates from standarts. The results of the study showed that the most common types of packaging defects were folding packaging, snap packaging, and slip packaging. The main causeative factors include operator negligence, unstable machine settings, materials that do not meet specifications. Recommendations for continuous imptovment include operator training, standardization of SOPs between shifts, machine calibration, and strict supervision of packaging materials.
