Abstract

Dampak dari Adanya revolusi industri 4.0 menyisakan permasalahan yang cukup mendasar antara lain yaitu keberadaan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM), dimana UKM di Indonesia masih sangat tertinggal dan potensi sumber daya alam yang masih kurang dioptimalkan. Komoditas paling banyak dijumpai di daerah pedesaan yaitu jantung pisang dan daun kelor. Oleh karena itu, inovasi olahan produk makanan sangat diperlukan, salah satunya pengolahan jantung pisang dan kelor menjadi abon sayur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan home industry abon sayur ditinjau dari aspek respon pasar dan kinerja produk. Berdasarkan hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa respon terhadap bonsay sangat baik yaitu 45% menyatakan sangat puas, dan hanya 11% menyatakan kurang puas. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier. Analisis regresi meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan uji determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan nilai cronbach’s alpha 0,917 (reliabel) dan valid (skor item 0,5-0,9), pearson correlation 0,742 (hubungan yang signifikan antar variabel) dan nilai koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,707 (kinerja berpengaruh 70,7% terhadap respon pasar).

Abstract

AbstrakSebuah usaha haruslah memiliki perencanaan dan strategi yang matang. Strategi yang tepat tentu mempunyai pengaruh yang besar dalam perkembangan usaha itu sendiri. Penelitian ini mencoba meneliti tentang strategi pengembangan usaha sayuran organik di POMOSDA dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa berdasarkan posisi pada matriks IE, kelompok tani berada pada kuadran V. Inti strategi yang dapat diterapkan kelompok tani Gapoktan Japo adalah strategi Hold and maintain (Mempertahankan dan Memelihara), melalui strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Hasil analisis SWOT didapatkan a) S-O yaitu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap konsumen serta memperluas distribusi dan pemasaran. b) W-O yaitu mengusahakan sertifikasi produk serta meningkatkan pengarsipan data dan memanfaatkan peluang. c) S-T yaitu mempertahankan dan memelihara daerah pemasaran yang sudah ada. d) W-T yaitu menjalin kerjasama (net working) dengan perusahaan-perusahaan untuk mencari dan mendapatkan informasi pasar pertanian organik.Kata kunci : Strategi pengembangan, IFE, EFE, analisis SWOTAbstractA business should have a mature planning and strategy. The right strategy certainly has a great influence in the development of the business itself. This research tried to examine the strategy of developing organic vegetable business in POMOSDA using SWOT analysis. The result of the research is based on the position in IE matrix, farmer group is in quadrant V. The core of strategy that can be applied by farmer group Gapoktan Japo is strategy of hold and maintain (Keeping and Maintain), through strategy of market penetration and product development. The results of SWOT analysis obtained a) S-O is maintain and improve service to consumers and expand distribution and marketing. b) W-O is a ensuring product certification and improving data archiving and exploiting opportunities. c) S-T is keeping and maintaining existing marketing areas. d) W-T is establishing cooperation (net working) with companies to look forword and obtain information market organic farming.Keywords: Development strategy, IFE, EFE, SWOT analysis

Abstract

Abstrak Trowulan merupakan suatu kawasan wisata cagar budaya yang sangat terkenal di kota Mojokerto dan ditetapkan sebagai Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional yang kental dengan unsur budaya dan sejarah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi wisata dan cagar budaya yang ada di kawasan Trowulansebagai sarana edukasi. Penelitian ini mengambil objek cagar budaya yang ada di kawasan Trowulan antaralain Gapura Bajang Ratu, Petirtaan Tikus, Candi Brahu dan Pusat Informasi Majapahit. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif serta teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Hasil penelitian ditunjukkan dengan bukti mayoritas pengunjungyang berstatuskan pelajar adalah 52,5%, respon pengunjung terkait persepsi daya tarik lingkungan wisataadalah 62,1% sangat menarik, dan persepsi terhadap aksesibilitas wisata pengunjung merespon 76,4%mendukung kondisi tersebut. Pengunjung menyatakan puas terhadap fasilitas dan aktifitas di objek wisata. Halini membuktikan, bahwa kawasan objek wisata cagar budaya Trowulan dapat digunakan untuk liburan dansarana edukasi. Kata kunci: eksplorasi, cagar budaya, edukasi Abstract Trowulan is a very popular cultural heritage area in Mojokerto city and designated as a National Tourism Strategic Area which is thick with cultural and historical elements. The purpose of this study to explorethe tourism and cultural heritage potency in Trowulan area as education facility. The object of this research isthe existing cultural heritage in the Trowulan area including Bajang Ratu Gate, Petirtaan Tikus, Brahu Templeand Majapahit Information Center. This study used descriptive research with a qualitative approach andsampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicated that the majority ofvisitors who are student-certified were 52.5%, the response of visitors related to the perception of theattractiveness of the tourist environment was 62.1% very interesting, and the perception of tourist accessibilityto visitors responds 76.4% supported this condition. Visitors expressed satisfaction with the facilities andactivities in the tourism object. This proved that the Trowulan cultural heritage area can be used for holidaysand educational facility. Abstract

Pengembangan UMKM diperlukan, dengan cara penentuan strategi rantai pasok kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan strategi rantai pasok UMKM yang kompetitif, dengan menganalisis kebaikan hasil prediksi, kemudian mengidentifikasi strategi kompetitif dari aspek fasilitas, inventori, transportasi (logistical drivers) dan dari aspek informasi, sourcing, pricing (crossfunctional drivers). Selanjutnya menganalis pengaruh tiap aspek tersebut terhadap strategi rantai pasok UMKM kompetitif. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif analitik, dengan data penelitian hasil survei dengan teknik purpose sampling, dan obyek studi kasus UMKM di Kabupaten Jombang Jawa Timur. Metode analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian, bahwa kebaikan hasil prediksi berdasarkan evaluasi nilai R2 dan Q2 merupakan prediksi yang baik dan relevan untuk memprediksi. Selanjutnya hasil identifikasi strategi rantai pasok kompetitif dari aspek fasilitas, inventori, transportasi (logistical drivers) diketahui sekitar 30% sampai 40% UMKM yang memiliki arah strategi kompetitif. Kemudian dari aspek informasi, sourcing, pricing (crossfunctional drivers) diketahui sekitar 27%-33% UMKM dengan arah strategi kompetitif. Hasil analisis pengaruh aspek logistical-crossfunctional terhadap strategi rantai pasok UMKM yang kompetitif, disimpulkan semua aspek signifikan berpengaruh. Besarnya koefisien pengaruh terurut dari faktor fasilitas, sourcing, informasi, transportasi, inventori, dan pricing. Implementasi penelitian, dengan mengetahui jumlah UMKM belum kompetitif untuk selanjutnya agar dikembangkan, melalui penerapan prioritas urutan logistical-crossfunctional drivers. Abstract[Determining Competitive MSMEs Supply Chain Strategies Based on Logistical-Crossfunctional Drivers: A Case Study of MSMEs in Jombang Regency-East Java] The development of MSMEs are needed, by establishing a competitive supply chain strategy. This study aims to determine a competitive MSMEs supply chain strategy, by analyzing the goodness of the prediction, then identifying competitive strategies from the aspects of facilities, inventory, transportation (logistical drivers) and from the aspects of information, sourcing, pricing (cross-functional drivers). Furthermore, analyzing the influence of each of these aspects on the supply chain strategy of competitive MSMEs. The research design used a quantitative analytic design, with research data from the survey results using purposive sampling technique, and the object of the MSMEs case study in Jombang Regency, East Java. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study, that the goodness of the prediction results based on evaluating the values of R2 and Q2is a good prediction and relevant to predict. Furthermore, the results of the identification of competitive supply chain strategies from the aspects of facilities, inventory, transportation (logistical drivers) are known that about 30% to 40% of MSMEs have a competitive strategy direction. Then from the aspect of information, sourcing, pricing (crossfunctional drivers), are known that about 27% -33% of MSMEs with a competitive strategy  direction.  Based on the analysis of the influence of each aspect of the supply chain strategy of competitive MSMEs, it is concluded that all aspects of logistical-cross-functional drivers are significant. The magnitude of the ordered influence coefficient is from the facilities, sourcing, information, transportation, inventory, and pricing. Abstract

Pelayanan adalah suatu aktivitas atau serangkaian aktivitas yang bersifat tidak kasat mata (tidak dapat diraba) yang terjadi sebagai akibat adanya interaksi antara konsumen dengan karyawan atau hal-hal lain yang disediakan oleh perusahaan pemberi pelayanan yang dimaksudkan untuk memecahkan permasalahan konsumen atau pelanggan.Oleh karena itu pada setiap perusahaan jasa harus mampu memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan dimensi yang ada yaitu Responsivines, Reliability, Tangibles, Assurance, Emphaty. Dari kelima dimensi tersebut peneliti akan mencoba meneliti dengan metode Service Of Quality yang mana peneliti ini dapat mengetahui seberapa besar kepuasan pelanggan pada pelayanan pembayaran syahriah di SMA POMOSDA. Dalam penelitian ini populasi sejumlah 94 santri kelas 12 peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 75 santri untuk mewakili dalam pengisian kuisioner yang telas disediakan. Data yang sudah peneliti ambil kemudian diolah menggunakan metode SERVQUAL (Service Of Quality). Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap responden sejumlah 75 santri maka didapatkan data primer sebagai bahan analisis. Dari hasil analisis tersebut menjadikan bahwasannya variabel bebas yaitu responsiviness, tangibles, reliability, assurance, emphaty berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan santri terhadap pelayanan pembayaran syahriah. Dari hasil pembahasan didapatkan beberapa gap terbesar. Prioritas perbaikan pelayanan pada pembayaran syahriah di SMA POMOSDA terdapat pada dimensi reliability dengan nilai gap -0,79.

Abstract

TPKU PP.Tebuireng's business is engaged in school uniforms. The results of previous research, it was found that there were seven Critical to Quality (CTQ). The seven CTQs are button attachment, accessories installation, untidy stitching, loose overlock, uniform stain, slanted pocket, and sloping belt. Based on these findings, the objective of the activity is transforming knowledge to develop the quality of school uniform using the six sigma method. The six sigma method is improving quality, aiming 3-4 defects per million products or services. The results of the service activities have been delivery of material and the application of the six sigma method. The six sigma method stages include define, measure, analyze, improve, control. The results of the define application by check sheet, identified seven CTQs. The application of measure is 2.95 sigma level, is equivalent to 74,830 defective in a million productions. The analyze application with pareto and causal diagram shows two types of CTQ. That have dominant causes of defects, namely untidy seams and uniform stains. The implementation of improve is based on the analyze stage results. Implementation of control by means of documentation, disseminate all relevant sections. As a step to improve the performance of the next process.

Abstract

Abstract: Local wisdom can support in overcoming various problems that exist in the community. Local wisdom which is part of cultural heritage has the potential to be used as a development resource, especially in rural areas. In this community service activity, the focus is on local wisdom in Wonosalam, Jombang. The government of Jombang Regency also encourages the development of rural tourism in which Wonosalam is the pre-eminent area. The sustainability of tourist villages is always being developed so that it is necessary to add value/character (value co-creation) to tourist villages in the Wonosalam area. Batik which is the heritage of the Indonesian nation and the heritage of Humanity for Oral and Intangible Culture (Masterpice of the Oral and Intangible Herritage of Umanity) has value and has been recognized internationally. Based on direct observations of the movement of tourists in Wonosalam, an important conclusion can be drawn, namely the need to collaborate on the development of typical Jombang batik as local wisdom that is able to provide value to support the competitiveness of tourist villages in Wonosalam. The process of hand-drawn batik as a service as a possible creative part will continue to grow. To achieve this, we first examine the batik in Jombang. Then analyze the Jombang batik motif, where the arimbi batik motif is the superior motif. Our service approach is adopted from Participatory Action Research with the perspective of preserving culture and local wisdom. Tourist village visitors can enjoy the batik process, especially the Jombang batik motif/arimbi motif as a value co-creationKeywords: Batik, Local_Wisdom, EmpowermentAbstrak: Kearifan lokal membantu kita mengatasi berbagai masalah yang sebenarnya ada di masyarakat kita. Kearifan lokal sebagai bagian dari warisan budaya dapat dugunakan sebagai salah satu sumber pembangunan terutama di daerah pedesaan. Pada program pengabdian ini berfokus pada kearifan lokal Wonosaram. Pemerintah Kabupaten Jombang juga sedang menggalakkan pengembangan desa wisata, dimana Wonosalam merupakan salah satu daerah unggulannya. Keberlanjutan desa wisata terus dikembangkan, dan perlu adanya nilai tambah desa wisata yang ada di wilayah Wonosalam. Batik, warisan nasional Indonesia dan warisan budaya takbenda lisan umat manusia (masterpiece of oral intangible heritage of human), bernilai dan diakui secara internasional. Pengamatan terhadap pergerakan wisatawan di Wonosaram dapat menghasilkan kesimpulan penting, kita perlu bekerjasama dalam pengembangan batik khas Jombang sebagai kearifan lokal yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah untuk menjadikan desa wisata Wonosalam lebih berdaya saing. Proses batik tulis tangan sebagai layanan bagian kreatif dapat dikembangkan. Untuk mencapainya pertama-tama kami mengkaji batik yang ada di Jombang. Kemudian menganalisis motif batik Jombang, dimana batik motif arimbi sebagai motif unggulan.. Pendekatan layanan kami didasarkan pada penelitian tindakan partisipatif dalam hal melestarikan budaya dan kearifan masyarakat. Abstract

UKM 99 is a company that produces snacks made from nature, after the COVID-19 pandemic in the industrial world, both in services and manufacturing, there have been many changes. Each company develops each other to dominate the market. In terms of customer satisfaction and the quality of the products produced, the company makes improvements to the quality that has been applied. In UKM 99 which the author studied there were many problems with the quality of production, namely product defects, including: charred, thickness of chips, frying errors. The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of product defects in banana chips produced by UKM 99. Six sigma is a method of quality control and improvement. By using the six sigma method, it can be seen how the quality of banana chips produced by UKM 99. The six sigma approach in this study can be said that there are three causes of the highest product failure, namely: banana chips by 35.85%, thickness and frying techniques each percentage namely 33.96% and 30.19%

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) dominate the business world in Indonesia with a high Gross Domestic Product contribution. However, SMEs are unable to compete with large industries due to uncompetitive supply chains. The logistical-crossfunctional aspect of drivers is an aspect driving a competitive supply chain. This study aims to examine the effect of logistical-crossfunctional drivers on the competitive strategy of the supply chain for SMEs in Indonesia. The case study was conducted in SMEs scattered in East Java, Indonesia. The data analysis method used PLS-SEM. The results showed that the logistical-crossfunctional aspects of SME drivers have a significant effect on the supply chain competitive strategy. The implications of the research results are used to develop supply chain strategies for SMEs with a priority scale of logistical-crossfunctional drivers such as 1) facilities; 2) sourcing; 3) information; 4) transportation; 5) inventory; and 6) pricing.
