Abstract

In an ever-evolving digital age, technological transformation has become a key driver of change in the global economic landscape. This research investigates the linkage between economic growth and business strategy in the digital era, taking into account the impact of digital technology on various economic sectors. Through in-depth analysis, this article outlines fundamental changes in consumer behavior, production patterns, and business strategies that have emerged along with technological advancements. We highlight the importance of adaptation and innovation in the face of the challenges presented by the digital age, taking into account the use of data and analytics, digital transformation, and digital platform integration. This review provides valuable insights for business practitioners, policymakers, and academics to understand the complex dynamics involved in managing a business in an ever-changing digital age, as well as to design relevant and effective strategies in achieving long-term growth and success. Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi fenomena yang mendominasi praktik bisnis di era kontemporer, memberikan tantangan dan peluang yang signifikan bagi perusahaan di berbagai sektor. Artikel ini menginvestigasi dampak transformasi digital terhadap praktik bisnis, dengan fokus pada tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan serta peluang yang tersedia. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif, kami mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, termasuk studi literatur dan laporan penelitian, untuk mengidentifikasi tren, konsep, dan strategi utama yang terkait dengan transformasi digital dalam konteks bisnis. Analisis kami menyoroti bahwa meskipun transformasi digital menawarkan potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, inovasi produk, dan interaksi dengan pelanggan, perusahaan juga dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan yang signifikan, termasuk keamanan data, ketidakpastian peraturan, dan kesenjangan keterampilan digital. Namun, di tengah tantangan tersebut, terdapat pula peluang untuk mengembangkan strategi bisnis yang adaptif, meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan melalui platform digital, dan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan dan analitik data untuk menginformasikan pengambilan keputusan. Dengan memahami dan mengelola tantangan serta memanfaatkan peluang, perusahaan dapat memposisikan diri mereka untuk sukses dalam menghadapi transformasi digital yang sedang berlangsung di era kontemporer. Sebagai kesimpulan, artikel ini menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi bisnis, pembuat kebijakan, dan akademisi tentang strategi yang diperlukan untuk menavigasi kompleksitas bisnis di era transformasi digital. Abstract

This research explores the implementation of government policy principles in natural resource management in the archipelago, focusing on the fisheries industry in Indonesia. Through careful case studies, this research analyses how government policies are implemented in fisheries management practices in Indonesia, as well as their impact on the sustainability of marine resources and the well-being of local communities. The research methods used involve analysis of government policy documents, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and direct observation of fisheries management practices. Policy document analysis The government is carried out to understand in depth the existing policy framework and the principles mandated by the government in the management of fisheries resources. Interviews with stakeholders, such as government officials, fishermen, fisheries, and non-governmental organizations, were conducted to obtain diverse viewpoints on policy implementation and the challenges faced in practice. In addition, direct observations were made to explore a deeper understanding of fisheries management practices in the field. Through these direct observations, researchers can identify firsthand how policies are applied in daily practice and evaluate their effectiveness. The results show that despite efforts by the government to apply sustainability principles in fisheries policy, its implementation is often faced with various challenges. Complex regulatory issues, limited institutional capacity, and ineffective supervision are some of the many challenges faced in the implementation of fisheries management policies in Indonesia. These challenges affect the government's ability to effectively protect fisheries resources and ensure the well-being of fishing communities. Through this methodological approach, this study succeeded in providing a deeper understanding of the dynamics of government policy implementation in fisheries resource management in the archipelago, especially in Indonesia. This study has important implications for future policy development, especially in an effort to improve the effectiveness of fisheries resource management in the archipelago. From the results of the study, it was concluded that improving coordination between agencies is a key step to ensure harmony in fisheries policy implementation. In addition, institutional capacity building is a priority, including improving the skills and knowledge of personnel related to sustainable management of fisheries resources. Policy recommendations also emphasize the importance of actively involving communities in decision-making processes related to natural resource management. Public participation can enhance policy legitimacy and ensure that local interests and sustainability of fishery resources are well accommodated in decision-making processes. Thus, this research makes a valuable contribution in understanding the dynamics of government policy implementation in natural resource management in the archipelago, especially in the context of the fisheries industry in Indonesia. Through suggested policy recommendations, it is hoped that the management of fishery resources in the Nusantara region can be significantly improved, leading to better ecological, economic, and social sustainability. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between democratic leadership styles and employee performance through case studies in the work environment. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews and participatory observation in an organization. The collected data are analyzed descriptively and interpretively to describe and analyze the relationship between the democratic leadership style applied by organizational leaders and employee performance. The results showed that democratic leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance in the work environment. Democratic leadership that involves employee participation and collaboration in decision-making has a positive impact on employee motivation, creativity, and engagement in work. Employees feel more valued and have a sense of belonging to organizational goals, which ultimately drives better performance. In addition, the study also revealed that factors such as open communication, support in skills development, and appreciation for employee contributions are important elements in shaping the relationship between democratic leadership styles and employee performance. This leadership style allows for the creation of an inclusive and collaborative work environment, where employees feel empowered and directed towards achieving better results. The conclusion of this study is that democratic leadership style has an important role in improving employee performance in the work environment. Organizations and leaders need to understand that the application of democratic leadership principles can provide tangible benefits in creating a positive work culture and increasing employee productivity and satisfaction. This research provides deeper insights into how democratic leadership styles can be integrated in management practices to drive organizational growth and success.
