Abstract

This research aims at describing the influence of American Dream on Willy Loman’s characterization as a husband, father, and a salesman. The research applied a library research to collect information about the Death of a Salesman,  American Dream  and the author,  Arthur  Miller In doing the analysis, the writer  used the structural  method  and sociological  approach. The data were analyzed the characterization  of  Willy  Loman  by using structural  approach,  the  writer continued  her  analysis  to  find out the influence of American Dream on Willy Loman’s  characterizations  by using sociological  approach. The result of the research shows that Willy Loman’s characterizations are influenced   by his ambition to pursue his American Dream. Willy  Loman’s  dream  for  being  successful salesman and  as  a  father  makes  him  disappointed  after  he  knows  that  he  is  fired from  Howard’s  Company  and  when  he  realizes  that  Biff  in 34 years   old   does  not has  a proper  job  with  a big  salary.  The realities make Willy Loman   feels that he has failure in his life

Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas tentang Peran guru Pkn dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap lingkungan pada kelas III SDN 1 Momalia. Tujuan dari penelitin ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang proses kesadaran siswa peduli lingkungan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran guru pkn dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan hidup siswa kelas III SDN 1 Momalia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, peran guru sangat mempengaruhi sikap peduli siswa terhadap lingkungannya yaitu: siswa menjadi lebih hemat akan sumber daya yang ada, seperti lebih hemat dalam menggunakan air, mencegah pencemaran udara dengan menanam pohon di sekitar sekolah dan rumah, mencegah pencemaran air dengan tidak membuang sampah di sungai, mencegah pencemaran tanah dengan membuang sampah pada tempatnya, dan yang terahir adalah hemat energi melalui pemanfaatan listrik dengan sewajarnya yaitu mematikan lampu di siang hari, dan tidak menonton televisi hingga larut malam. Serta hemat dalam penggunaan kertas.

Abstract

One of the problems of education in Indonesia is that the curriculum has never been established, even though it has changed the curriculum too much. This research discusses the development of the 2013 curriculum in Madrasah Aliyah with a focus on analyzing the substance of the latest curriculum, namely KMA No. 183 and 184 of 2019 in Arabic subjects. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis model. The results of this study contribute in the form of understanding and opening the horizons of thinking of teachers that this new curriculum is no longer a rigid curriculum, therefore teachers as curriculum users must be innovative and flexible

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide clarification regarding productive ways to study PAI course content by investigating different teaching styles. This study will employ a qualitative research technique. Research methodologies utilized in this study included investigating current events in their natural environments, especially in cases where the boundaries between the events and their surroundings were blurry. Data reduction, data display, and withdrawal are three essential steps in the data analysis process. To sum up. With the hope that PAI educators would be better equipped to create their own curricular materials in the future, this session will concentrate on the steps involved in making a lesson plan. The use of educator-created resources can boost educators' self-assurance when leading learning activities. As a result, they are more equipped to teach their students the skills and information necessary to develop science and technology in the classroom. The success of the pupils' learning is dependent on how well the learning activities have been going. Analysis, design, development, assessment, and revision are the five main stages in the process of making educational materials.

Abstract

This article examines three questions: How is the development of the SKI curriculum of KMA No. 183 Madrasah 2019, How is the Implementation of SKI subject curriculum development based on KMA No. 184 of 2019 in Madrasah and how are the results of the development and implementation of SKI subjects KMA No. 183 and 184 MTs Ma'Arif NU in 2019 in Toruakat. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses observation, observation, and documentation. Primary and secondary data are the data sources used in the research. Reduction, submission, and verification are the data collection methods used. The results show that real activities or other activities involved in the learning process, such as practical exercises, are a real form of how the curriculum can be applied. This is in line with the statement of the principal of MTs Ma'Arif NU Toruakat, which is located in the Bolaang Mongondow region, especially Dumoga or Toruakat. The purpose of the development and implementation of the 2019 PAI curriculum and KMA Arabic No. 183 is to gradually train students to understand the principles of Islam relating to aqidah morals, sharia, and the development of Islamic culture, so that students can fulfill their religious obligations properly whether to Allah SWT, humans, or the universe. The Madrasah Curriculum Implementation Guidelines, stipulated in KMA 184, were issued in 2019 with the aim of encouraging and establishing rules for innovation in the implementation of the madrasah curriculum and providing a legal umbrella to develop the uniqueness of madrasahs, strengthen character, fight educational corruption, and develop religious moderation in madrasahs.

Abstract

This research is a type of field qualitative research and uses descriptive analysis methods. The data obtained from this research are KMA documents, interviews, and excerpts from various relevant literary sources, especially those related to the issues raised. The data collection technique is in the form of literature review which is carried out in the following way: reading various literature and providing assistance with quotations related to Al-Qur'an Hadith Subject Curriculum Development in Madrasas Based on KMA no 183 and 184. Analysis and description are analysis techniques used on data related to Al-Qur'an Subject Curriculum Development an Hadith at the madrasa. This study aims to provide an explanation regarding the Development of the Al-Qur'an Hadith Subject Curriculum at m. Decree of the Minister of Religion (KMA) number 183 concerning Islamic and Arabic religious education curricula and KMA number 184 of 2019 concerning guidelines for implementing curriculum in madrasas to improve and become a legal umbrella in developing the distinctiveness of madrasas, developing character strengthening, anti-corruption education and developing religious moderation at the madrasah.

Abstract

The curriculum is a crucial element in enhancing the quality of education. The curriculum is a cohesive structure consisting of interconnected components that mutually reinforce one other. The curriculum comprises objectives, instructional materials, procedures, and evaluation. Within this system, the curriculum will progress towards an educational objective by collaborative efforts among all of its sub-systems. In the event that one of the curriculum variables malfunctions, the curriculum system will operate at a suboptimal level. Furthermore, the execution of the curriculum necessitated meticulous planning and organization of all its components. Curriculum development aligns the existing curriculum with desired educational objectives, drawing from external and internal influences, in order to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the future. The purpose of this study is to explain the process of developing the curriculum for the Aqidah Akhlak subject, as outlined in the Minister of Religion's Decree (KMA) number 183. This decree pertains to the curriculum for Islamic religious education and Arabic, while KMA number 184 of 2019 provides guidelines for curriculum implementation in madrasas. The aim is to create an innovative curriculum that is legally supported and serves as a framework for development. The features of madrasas include the cultivation of character, the promotion of moral fortitude, the provision of anti-corruption instruction, and the fostering of religious moderation.

Abstract

Abstrak - Musyawarah sebagai Bentuk Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana DesaTujuan Utama – Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mendapatkan persepsi yang komprehensif tentang bagaimana musyawarah berkontribusi dalam akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa.Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus heuristik. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah beberapa orang dari pemerintah, pengelola dana desa, dan masyarakat.Temuan Utama - Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa musyawarah memiliki peranan yang penting dalam mendorong akuntabilitas. Melalui musyawarah, masyarakat turut serta secara aktif dalam menentukan bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan dialokasikan. Selain itu, musyawarah juga sebagai bentuk akuntabilitas terhadap pengelolaan keuangan.Implikasi Teori dan Kebijakan – Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi mekanisme partisipatif berbasis budaya lokal dapat memperkuat legitimasi organisasi. Dalam sudut pandang praktis, musyawarah dapat diterapkan sebagai kebijakan untuk mendukung pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih akuntabel dan berkelanjutan.Kebaruan Penelitian – Penelitian ini menyoroti peran musyawarah sebagai bentuk akuntabilitas dana desa untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Abstract - Deliberation as a Form of Village Fund Management AccountabilityMain Purpose - This research seeks to understand how deliberation contributes to accountability in village fund management.Method - This research uses the heuristic case study method. The informants in this study were several people from the government, village fund managers, and the community.Main Findings - The research shows that deliberation is vital in promoting accountability. Through deliberation, the community actively determines how financial management is allocated. In addition, deliberation is also a form of accountability for financial management.Theory and Practical Implications - This research shows that integrating local culture-based participatory mechanisms can strengthen organizational legitimacy. From a practical standpoint, deliberation can be applied as a policy to support more accountable and sustainable financial management.Novelty - This research highlights the role of deliberation as a form of accountability of village funds for community welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak kebijakan moneter terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dengan fokus pada perbandingan antara negara berkembang dan negara maju. Kebijakan moneter merupakan instrumen penting yang digunakan oleh pemerintah untuk mengatur aktivitas ekonomi melalui pengendalian suplai uang, suku bunga, dan kebijakan terkait lainnya. Analisis perbandingan antara negara berkembang dan negara maju memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang bagaimana kebijakan moneter memengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam konteks yang berbeda. Studi ini akan menggunakan pendekatan empiris dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder dari negara berkembang dan negara maju selama periode tertentu. Data ekonomi makro seperti pertumbuhan GDP, inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, dan kebijakan moneter akan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik yang sesuai. Hasil analisis akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang efektivitas kebijakan moneter dalam merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi, serta perbedaan dan kesamaan antara negara berkembang dan negara maju dalam merespons kebijakan tersebut. Diharapkan temuan dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan kepada pembuat kebijakan tentang bagaimana mereka dapat merancang dan menerapkan kebijakan moneter yang lebih efektif untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, baik di negara berkembang maupun negara maju. Kesimpulan dari analisis perbandingan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi literatur ekonomi serta memberikan arahan kebijakan yang lebih baik dalam merespons dinamika ekonomi global yang terus berubah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperluas pemahaman tentang hubungan antara kebijakan moneter dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, serta memberikan landasan bagi penelitian lebih lanjut dalam bidang ini. Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja organisasi merupakan fokus utama bagi perusahaan dalam industri manufaktur yang berupaya mempertahankan daya saingnya di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi, dengan mengambil perspektif dari industri manufaktur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei terhadap karyawan dan manajer di beberapa perusahaan manufaktur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dalam industri manufaktur. Pelatihan yang berkualitas tinggi memberikan kesempatan bagi karyawan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mereka, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan meningkatkan inovasi produk. Selain itu, pengembangan karyawan dalam bentuk program pembinaan dan mentoring juga terbukti berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja, Meskipun demikian, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi program pelatihan dan pengembangan termasuk alokasi sumber daya yang cukup, evaluasi efektivitas program secara berkala, dan integrasi kebijakan pengembangan karyawan dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan investasi dan perhatian yang diberikan oleh manajemen terhadap pengembangan karyawan diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dalam industri manufaktur, Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi perusahaan manufaktur dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan yang efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja organisasi mereka di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat.
