Abstract

Kontrak jual beli adalah suatu bentuk dari perjanjian timbal balik yang pengaturannya terdapat dalam Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata . Wanprestasi sering kali terjadi dalam kontrak perjanjian jual beli, yaitu situasi saat salah satu pihak lalai dalam pemenuhan kewajiban yang disepakati dalam perjanjian. Wanprestasi dapat memicu terjadinya perselisihan karena kelalaian salah satu pihak mengakibatkan terjadinya kerugian berupa material dan juga immaterial terhadap pihak yang lainnya. Hal ini menunjukan pentingnya penerapan asas-asas dasar dalam perjanjian terutama asas itikad baik dalam penyusunan dan pelaksanaan kontrak jual beli. Jurnal ini membahas mengenai isu terkait wanprestasi yang berfokus pada dampak dari terjadinya wanprestasi, bagaimana suatu akibat hukum lahir karena terjadinya wanprestasi serta bagaimana tanggung jawab bagi pihak yang telah lalai dalam pemenuhan prestasinya hingga menyebabkan kerugian bagi pihak lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of management support and work-life balance on employee loyalty in a heavy equipment rental company in Cikarang. In the context of increasingly competitive industrial competition, employee loyalty is an important element in improving organizational performance and reducing turnover. This study use quantitative approach. The results of the study indicate that management support that includes effective communication, performance rewards, and structured career development has a positive impact on employee loyalty. In addition, a good work-life balance helps employees cope with work pressure and maintain a balance between personal life and work, which ultimately increases employee engagement with the company. Analysis using the SmartPLS method confirms the validity and high reliability of the research model. These findings provide practical implications for companies to design policies that support employee welfare, such as work flexibility and managerial training, in order to increase loyalty and business sustainability.

Abstract

This study was conducted in the household tofu production industry located in Kp. Cijambe, RT/RW 011/005, Desa Sukadami, Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi. Its objectives were to enhance productivity and hygiene standards in the tofu production process and to provide better understanding of business management to tofu artisans. The approach involved direct mentoring through training in the implementation of hygienic standard operating procedures (SOP), the use of personal protective equipment, and the optimization of production processes by reorganizing equipment layout and improving raw material efficiency. The findings demonstrated a 30% increase in productivity and significant improvements in hygiene standards within the production area through consistent sanitation of equipment and the work environment. This implementation proved that focused training and structured business management can enhance the quality of tofu production. Continued training and independent business management are recommended to sustain the achieved production standards.
