Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) implementation on the development of digital citizenship among university students. By leveraging AI, the learning process becomes more personalized, interactive, and inclusive, enhancing digital literacy and understanding of digital ethics, privacy, and data security. The methodology used is a literature review, collecting data from various scientific articles and journals. Findings show that AI increases student engagement and learning outcomes through instant feedback and adaptive material adjustments. Challenges such as technological dependence, which may weaken critical thinking, and limited access to technology and digital literacy were identified. Therefore, a holistic approach is needed, considering ethical aspects, infrastructure, and digital literacy. This study provides recommendations for educators and policymakers on effective AI implementation strategies.

Abstract

Child molestation remains a serious issue in Indonesia, requiring strong legal protection and effective prevention efforts. This study aims to analyze the legal framework for child protection, the implementation of legal protection for victims, prevention efforts, and challenges in law enforcement related to child molestation in Indonesia. Using a literature review method, this research examines various current literature sources. The results show that although Indonesia has a comprehensive legal framework, its implementation still faces challenges such as child-unfriendly judicial processes and limited resources. Prevention efforts involve comprehensive sexual education and active community participation. This study recommends strengthening legal sanctions, improving law enforcement capacity, developing child-friendly justice systems, and intensifying community education programs to enhance protection and prevention of child molestation in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) plays a crucial role in combating corruption in Indonesia. This institution was established to address various corruption cases involving public officials, with the aim of increasing transparency, accountability, and justice in government administration. However, KPK faces numerous challenges in carrying out its duties, such as revisions to laws that limit its authority and obstacles in coordination with other law enforcement agencies. The factors causing corruption in Indonesia are complex, including weak oversight, a permissive culture towards corruption, and lack of transparency in state budget management. KPK not only focuses on taking action against corruption perpetrators but also strives to recover state losses through asset confiscation mechanisms. Despite this, KPK's effectiveness in combating corruption is often hindered by both internal and external challenges. Therefore, it is important to continuously strengthen coordination among law enforcement agencies and encourage legal reforms to enhance this institution. With stronger commitment from all parties, corruption eradication in Indonesia can be more effective, leading to a clean government free from corruption practices.
