Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai peran pendidik dalam manajemen peserta didik di SDN Kamal 01 Bangkalan, khususnya dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti PANJI (Pandai Mengaji), drumband, dan banjari. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengamati kontribusi pendidik dalam membimbing peserta didik untuk mengoptimalkan potensi mereka melalui pendekatan manajemen yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan yakni probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidik memegang peranan penting dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif di kelas, menyesuaikan metode pembelajaran dengan karakteristik peserta didik supaya mereka bersemangat saat mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang dilangsungkan, serta mendukung pengembangan minat dan bakat melalui program ekstrakurikuler yang diadakan. Program PANJI mendorong peserta didik untuk meningkatkan religiositas melalui hafalan Al-Qur'an dan doa-doa harian, sementara kegiatan drumband dan banjari memberikan ruang bagi pengembangan kreativitas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peran pendidik yang sabar dan telaten menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam manajemen peserta didik dan pengembangan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah.

Abstract

This This research was conducted at Elementary School Bulak Rukem I/258 Surabaya. The study examines the effectiveness of using the Nearpod application as a learning tool for the topic of plant parts in class IV-A, the improvement in pre-test and post-test results, and student responses. During the research, data was collected through pre-tests, post-tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The methods used were quantitative, including N-Gain tests, normality tests, and non-parametric Wilcoxon tests. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the Nearpod application is effective for teaching the topic of plant parts in science, as shown by the N-Gain test results of 0.3 ≤ 0.6866 ≤ 0.7. Subsequently, a normality test revealed that the data produced was not normal, indicated by the significance values of both the pre-test and post-test being < 0.05. Then, a non-parametric Wilcoxon test was conducted, yielding an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), indicating a significant difference in the data. The questionnaire results showed that 85% of students responded positively to the Nearpod application for the Science topic of plant parts.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a Student Worksheet (LKPD) for Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) based on the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model on the topic of minor injury management according to first aid principles for Grade IV-A students at Kamal 2 elementary school. The developed product was expected to be valid, effective, and attractive. This study was motivated by the limited use of teaching materials in PJOK learning in the classroom, and the learning process was still teacher-centered. This research employed the 4D development model, consisting of four stages: Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The research subjects were 27 Grade IV-A students of Kamal 2 elementary school. The results indicated that the STAD-based cooperative PJOK LKPD developed in this study was valid, effective, and attractive. The validity of the product was assessed by a teaching material expert, an instructional design expert, and a subject matter expert, yielding scores of 88.3% (very valid), 90% (very valid), and 95% (very valid), respectively. The effectiveness of the LKPD was evaluated through observations of teacher and student activities as well as students’ cognitive learning outcomes. The percentage of teacher activity observation reached 96.67%, categorized as “very effective,” while student activity observation achieved 90.5%, also categorized as “very effective.” The cognitive learning outcomes showed that 100% of the students achieved classical learning mastery, categorized as “mastery achieved.” The attractiveness of the LKPD, based on the teacher response questionnaire, obtained a score of 100% and was categorized as “very attractive,” while the student response questionnaire yielded a score of 97%, also categorized as “very attractive.” Keywords: LKPD, PJOK, STAD
