Abstract

The main aim of this research is to understand and analyze in depth how students from the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science Study Program (Ilha) play an active role in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation through social media. This research problem focuses on the important role of the younger generation, especially Ilha Study Program students, in facing the challenges of radicalism and intolerance which are often spread through social media. This research tries to answer the question of how Ilha Study Program students can become agents of change in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation in the digital space. Qualitative research method with field research type, conducting in-depth interviews with Ilha Study Program students to dig deeper into the i, challenges, strategies, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors they face in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation.    The results of this research can provide a comprehensive picture of the role of Ilha Study Program students in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation on social media. identify strategies used by Ilha Study Program students, such as creating creative content, online discussions, social media campaigns, and collaboration with other parties. The challenges faced are lack of good understanding or just following trends, and manipulation of information or hoax news. The supporting and inhibiting factors for Ilha Study Program students in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation are the influence of peers, being quick and interactive, while the inhibiting factors are a lack of increasing understanding or reducing negative content on social media

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership of the principal of SD Negeri 4 Bamba. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which provides an overview of the phenomena or factors of the problem under study according to existing facts. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth informant interviews and documentation to collect data informants in this study amounted to 7 people. The theory used is the theory of Harsey and Blanchard in Wahyudi, where there are four aspects used, namely Instructive, Consultative, Participative, and Delegative. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Principal's Leadership at State Elementary School 4 Bamba, Panau Village,Tawaeli Sub- District, Palu City. District has not been said to be effective, due to the obstacles faced, namely directing the implementation of tasks in the teaching and learning process, giving encouragement or motivation to subordinates, making decisions together with subordinates, and ineffective delegation of tasks that affect teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze the application of feedback to foster student learning focus in Islamic Religious Education learning. This research uses qualitative methods, namely field research in elementary schools in Sleman. Data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews. The research results show that implementing effective feedback in Islamic Religious Education learning can help increase students’ learning focus. This can be seen from the increase in student participation in learning, their enthusiasm in completing assignments, and their understanding of the lesson material. The conclusion of implementing effective feedback in Islamic Religious Education learning in elementary schools can help increase student focus and achieve learning goals. The implication is that teachers need to understand the importance of implementing effective feedback in Islamic Religious Education learning. Teachers need to create a safe and comfortable learning atmosphere for students to receive feedback. And it is necessary to involve students in the process of providing feedback.   Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan umpan balik untuk menumbuhkan fokus belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian lapangan di sekolah dasar di Sleman. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan feedback yang efektif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat membantu meningkatkan fokus belajar siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran, antusiasme mereka dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan pemahaman mereka terhadap materi pelajaran. Kesimpulan penerapan feedback yang efektif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah dasar dapat membantu meningkatkan fokus siswa dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Implikasinya, guru perlu memahami pentingnya penerapan feedback yang efektif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Guru perlu menciptakan suasana belajar yang aman dan nyaman agar siswa dapat menerima umpan balik. Dan perlu melibatkan siswa dalam proses pemberian umpan balik. Abstract

This article purpose to explain the findings of the Democratic Leadership Typology of School Principals in Building a Culture of Teacher Integrity in Educational Institutions. Syaefudin's research shows that the development of a culture of school integrity is caused by the typology of democratic leadership. The principal as the main leader has the responsibility to create a school environment that is transparent, fair and honest. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The sources used in this research were school principals and teachers. The findings of this research are that this type of democratic leadership can build a culture of teacher integrity because with this type of leadership, integrity in teachers continues to be instilled in teachers by educational institutions to achieve and familiarize students with efforts to practice these values. contained in integrity. The implications of the results of this research show that schools have their own variations and uniqueness in each school, so that school culture refers to every school member being able to work together and uphold the beliefs, values ​​and assumptions they believe in. The principal's leadership type and secondary school culture are able to provide enthusiasm for teachers so that they can increase teacher integrity. The type of school principal leadership that applies a democratic type tends to make teachers feel valued and cared for by often by often asking for teachers' opinions or even involving teachers. in determining school policy.
