Abstract

Pada akhir abad kedua hijriah, ketika dunia Islam diramaikan dengan golongan yang menolak sunnah, baik keseluruhan ataupun yang wahid saja, Imam Syafi’i tampil sebagai seorang yang membela dan mempertahankan khabar al-wahid. Adapun yang dimaksud dengan khabar al-wahid dalam kitab al-Risalah adalah khabar yang berasal dari seseorang kepada seseorang yang lain hingga berakhir kepada Nabi saw atau berakhir kepada selain Nabi saw. Meski memiliki istilah yang hampir sama, khabar al-wahid memiliki titik perbedaan dengan khabar al- ahad atau dalam kajian `ulumul hadis lebih dikenal dengan istilah hadis ahad. Titik perbedaan tersebut terletak pada jumlah periwayat yang dimaksud pada masing-masing istilah. Ahad diartikan dengan jumlah yang lebih dari tiga tetapi tidak sampai derajat mutawattir, sementara Imam Syafi`i mengartikan wahid hanya diriwayatkan oleh satu orang perawi. Walaupun demikian, keduanya mempunyai kesamaan bahwasanya khabarul wahid dan khabarul ahad tidaklah mencapai derajat mutawatir. Dalam kaitannya dengan penetapan khabar al-wahid sebagai hujjah, kriteria kehujjahan yang ditetapkan al-Syafi’ merupakan kriteria yang cukup ketat dan lengkap. Para ulama fikih dan hadis sebelumnya, hanya mensyaratkan perawi yang tsiqah dalam penerimaan khabar al-wahid tanpa ada syarat yang lain, sementara syarat yang ditetapkan oleh sl-Syafi’i ini tampaknya merupakan syarat digunakan oleh para ahli hadis dewasa ini dengan berbagai pengembangan.

Abstract

A series of unpleasant incidents emerged with religion as the reason. Such as the destruction of the Christian cemetery (Ngrukem) in Solo, the burning of the Ahmadiyah group's mosque in Sintang, and the expulsion of Catholic students who were praying in their boarding house. This article discusses efforts to minimize intolerant incidents, that one of which is carried out through the idea of ​​moderate Islam (wasathiyah). Researchers used a qualitative approach with literature study (library research) as the main method. As a result, the Islamic values ​​of washatiyyah are an implication of the teachings of "Rahmatan lil'alamin". Religious moderation (Islam washatiyyah) is the key to realizing a society that is not extreme in religion and is able to respect, understand and tolerate each other to create a peaceful and harmonious life between religious communities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Teaching and learning ethics include moral values, professionalism, responsibility and commitment in the educational process. The Field Study program is a learning method that allows students to learn directly in the field, applying the theory learned in class to real situations. This program provides a different learning experience and broadens students' horizons through direct interaction with the surrounding environment. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Informal research in this research is one of the field study students. The data collection techniques used by researchers are through observation, interviews and documentation. Apart from that, this research also uses data validity testing through source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results and discussion, (1), General description of teaching and learning ethics. (2), Implementation of teaching and learning ethics in the Field Study program. (3), Challenges faced in implementing teaching and learning ethics.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategies of Sufism Akhlak teachers in improving the self-control of class XI MAN PK MAN 1 Yogyakarta students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are 1) The self-control of class XI MAN PK students is that out of 24 students, 5 students have good self-control and 19 students have poor self-control. The behavior under control of students is being late for class, being lazy, lying, making fun of friends, forgetting to do assignments, being late in submitting assignments, cheating on exams, cheating on friends' assignments, leaving the dormitory without permission, smoking, skipping lessons in the dormitory, and not collecting cellphones when in dorm. 2) The Sufism Akhlak teacher's strategy in increasing students' self-control is using modified discussion learning strategies, giving rewards and punishments, helping to solve students' problems, applying the concepts of learning from experience, habituation, example, giving advice, warnings and warnings. 3) The results achieved by the Sufism Akhlak teacher in increasing students' self-control are that the majority of students have shown good behavior. 4) Supporting factors are the example of Sufism Morals teachers, a good madrasa governance system, and Sufism Morals teachers' learning strategies. The inhibiting factors are peers and less strict punishment.

Abstract

The main aim of this research is to understand and analyze in depth how students from the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science Study Program (Ilha) play an active role in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation through social media. This research problem focuses on the important role of the younger generation, especially Ilha Study Program students, in facing the challenges of radicalism and intolerance which are often spread through social media. This research tries to answer the question of how Ilha Study Program students can become agents of change in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation in the digital space. Qualitative research method with field research type, conducting in-depth interviews with Ilha Study Program students to dig deeper into the i, challenges, strategies, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors they face in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation.    The results of this research can provide a comprehensive picture of the role of Ilha Study Program students in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation on social media. identify strategies used by Ilha Study Program students, such as creating creative content, online discussions, social media campaigns, and collaboration with other parties. The challenges faced are lack of good understanding or just following trends, and manipulation of information or hoax news. The supporting and inhibiting factors for Ilha Study Program students in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation are the influence of peers, being quick and interactive, while the inhibiting factors are a lack of increasing understanding or reducing negative content on social media

Abstract

Permasalahan sosial yang kompleks dan kebutuhan akan pendekatan-pendekatan baru dalam menafsirkan Al-Qur’an mendorong hadirnya penafsiran berbasis ilmu sosial. Salah satu upaya tersebut dilakukan oleh M. Dawam Rahardjo, salah seorang sarjana ilmu sosial yang ikut tampil mewarnai dunia penafsiran Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat posisi penafsiran Dawam Rahardjo dalam kerangka integrasi ilmu Agus Purwanto. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian kepustakaan (library research) dengan model penelitian deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran Dawam Rahardjo dalam buku Ensiklopedi Al-Qur’an: Tafsir Sosial Berdasarkan Konsep-Konsep Kunci dalam beberapa tema sepuerti fitrah, khalifah dan adl dapat dikategorikan ke dalam pola Sains Islam karena menunjukkan upaya untuk menjadikan wahyu sebagai pusat nilai dan arah epistemik dalam membentuk ilmu pengetahuan. Tafsir yang dikembangkan bukan hanya menjelaskan teks, tetapi juga merumuskan paradigma ilmu sosial yang bersumber dari prinsip-prinsip Islam seperti tauhid, amanah, dan keadilan. Kontribusi ini menandai bahwa penafsiran Dawam tidak sekadar bersifat deskriptif, tetapi juga transformatif yakni berupaya membentuk struktur ilmu dan kehidupan masyarakat berdasarkan kerangka etis yang bersumber dari wahyu.

Abstract

This article is the result of a literature review on the book "al-Furqan" by Ahmad Hassan, focusing on how fundamentalist ideologies are transmitted through the method of legal ijtihad in his interpretation. The research explores two main aspects: first, how A. Hassan's fundamentalist ideology is transmitted through the method of legal ijtihad, and second, how A. Hassan's interpretation practices of legal verses are presented in the book. Using a qualitative method, the researcher collected and analyzed the book "al-Furqan" as the primary data source. Additionally, a review of related books, scholarly articles, and other literature was conducted as secondary data sources. The research findings indicate that A. Hassan, while leaning towards textual interpretation, does not deny contextual approaches in some cases, particularly concerning Islamic law. It is noteworthy that his arguments are often based on opinions from various legal schools (mazhab). He also integrates various approaches according to the context of Islamic law, demonstrating the dynamic and adaptive nature of his ijtihad. The legal ijtihad method developed by Hassan offers a flexible framework rooted in fundamental Islamic principles, allowing its application in various contexts and situations. The study provides insights into how A. Hassan's interpretative approach can enhance understanding of religious texts and their application in modern contexts, showcasing the diversity and richness of thought within the Islamic intellectual tradition.

Abstract

This research analyzes how Muhammadiyah ideology influences Buya Hamka's interpretation in his Tafsir Al-Azhar through Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). Using library research methodology with a qualitative approach, this study examines three selected Quranic verses: QS. Ali 'Imran :104 (structured da'wah), QS. Al-Baqarah :170 (rationalism and anti-taqlid), and QS. Al-Ma'un :1-7 (concrete social action). The findings reveal that Hamka consistently employs lexical choices and discourse strategies that reflect three dimensions of Muhammadiyah ideology: (1) structured organization, (2) rationalism, and (3) concrete social action. At the textual level, word choices such as "systematic," "organized," and "good management" demonstrate that da'wah is a collective project requiring organizational structure. At the discourse level, Hamka employs rhetorical strategies to provide Quranic legitimacy for Muhammadiyah's da'wah program. At the socio-cultural level, the tafsir functions as a medium for socializing organizational values to its readers. The three dimensions are integrated into a consistent narrative pattern: rational thinking structured organization concrete social action. This research contributes to understanding the role of tafsir as an arena where religious meaning is contested and reconstructed according to the contextual needs of modern Islamic movements. The research implications are relevant to tafsir studies, inter-Islamic tradition dialogue, and religious education in Indonesia.
