Abstract

The HOTS-based inquiry training model is a learning approach designed to develop higher-order thinking skills, such as analysis, evaluation, and creation, through the process of exploration and problem-solving. The purpose of this study is to find out the practical picture of the HOTS-based inquiry training model. This type of research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. The implementation of the trial was carried out in three stages, namely small, limited, and field trials. The data collection technique is carried out by: (1) observing lecturers carrying out training using a HOTS-based inquiry training model on electrical expertise competencies; (2) ask for a response or response from lecturers after using the HOTS-based inquiry training model. The results of this study were obtained: (1) The implementation of the training model during the implementation of small group, limited group, and field trials show that observers consistently give assessments in the very practical category; (2) Products have good validity, reliability, objectivity, and practicality, with the best test results seen on the field scale.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of teachers’ education, teachers’ training experience, teachers’ teaching motivation, and teaching attitudes on teachers’ performance both independently and collectively at SMKN (public vcational schools) in Wajo regency. This study employed an ex-post facto research method in teacher performance variable. The total population were 85 people and the research samples were 68 people who were obtained by employing Proportional Random Sampling. Data collection employed documentation and questionnaires. The prerequisite tests employed normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis tests employed simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression. The results of the study reveal that: (1) there is an influence of teacher education level on teachers’ performance at SMKN in Wajo regency. The test result shows that the sig. of 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 68.6%, (2) there is an influence of teachers’ training experience on teachers’ performance at SMKN in Wajo Regency. The result indicates that the sig. 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 86.4%, (3) there is an influence of teachers’ teaching motivation on teachers’ performance at SMKN in Wajo regency. The result indicates that sig. 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 64.9%, (4) there is an influence of teachers’ teaching attitudes on teachers’ performance at SMKN in Wajo regency. The result indicates that sig. 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 67.9%, and (5) there is an influence of education level, training experience, teaching motivation, and teaching attitudes of teachers collectively on the teachers’ performance at SMKN in Wajo regency. These results show the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 91.5%, so the research hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of practicality of the information technology-based entrepreneurship learning model in supporting the independent campus learning program. This research uses the process of 4D model development stages with an experiential learning based blended learning approach by adapting the 4D development model which consists of several stages including: (1). Define, (2). Design, (3). Development, dan (4). Dessiminate. The assessment of the practicality of media experts on the use of media obtained an average score of 84.07% with a very practical category and the implementation of the learning model obtained an average score of 85.20% with a very practical category. The implementation of the learning model by students gave a positive response with an average of 81.45% and a lecturer response with an average of 82.80%. Based on expert agreement, student and lecturer responses, the learning model of information technology-based entrepreneurship courses is declared feasible and practical to implement.

Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu Program dari Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang berupa asistensi mengajar untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa dalam membantu proses pembelajaran di Sekolah di berbagai Desa/Kota, salah satunya adalah SMKN 9 MAKASSAR Jl. Salodong Kecamatan Biringkanaya, Kota Makassar, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Program Kerja Pelatihan Microsoft office yang dilakukan di SMKN 9 MAKASSAR ini adalah salah satu program kerja dari kegiatan mahasiswa kampus mengajar angkatan 8 untuk memingkatkan adaptasi teknologi bagi siswa di sekolah. Di era digital ini menuntut tenaga kerja yang memiliki kemampuan teknologi informasi, termasuk penguasaan aplikasi perkantoran seperti Microsoft Office. Pelatihan Microsoft Office bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menjadi langkah strategi dalam membangun kompetensi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan Microsoft Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint sebagai alat produktivitas yang esensial. Metode pelatihan meliputi teori dasar, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi proyek. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu memahami dan menerapkan fungsi dasar ketiga aplikasi tersebut, seperti membuat dokumen formal, mengolah data sederhana, dan menyusun presentasi profesional. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga mempersiapkan siswa untuk bersaing di dunia kerja yang semakin berbasis teknologi. Dari hasil kegiatan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan Microsoft Office memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam mendukung kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Program serupa direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan guna memastikan siswa memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi.
