Abstract

Implementation of early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) is the act of giving breast milk to babies within one hour after birth. In postpartum mothers, there are various factors that influence the implementation of IMD, such as the level of knowledge, education and support from the surrounding environment. A deeper understanding of these factors is essential to improve IMD implementation and promote optimal breastfeeding practices. To map evidence related to factors that influence the implementation of IMD in postpartum mothers. This type of research,  namely  Scoping Review, refers to the steps  of  Arksey  and  O'maley,  the framework  used is PEOS, the articles selected are articles from 2019 to 2023, articles in English and Indonesian and articles that focus on the  factors  that  influence  implementation  Early initiation of breastfeeding, in selecting articles using the Prisma Flow Chart Checklist, data  sources from journals were  accessed via the Pubmed, Wiley, and Google Scholar databases with the keywords (influencing factors) AND (early initiation of breastfeeding) which resulted  in  295  journals,  after  going through several stage  obtained  5 journals.  This research carried out a Critichal Appraisal according to the design in the research journal, namely cross-sectional Critical Appraisal. Based on 295 selected journals, only 5 articles were reviewed based on the inclusion criteria, Early Breastfeeding Initiation Has Various Factors that Influence the Success of Early Breastfeeding Initiation, namely Knowledge, Education, Attitude and Family Support. It is expected that this scope review will include further tracing of accessible databases to support this.

Abstract

This article discusses about the implementation of the independent learning curriculum (MBKM) in facing disruption era and society 5.0 at MAS KMI Padang Panjang. The industrial revolution 4.0 caused changes in every single live quickly. The existension of humans is replaced by technology. Society 5.0 is coming as an answer to these challenges. Society 5.0 means that the concept of a human based on technology. Indonesia also tries to create superior human who are ready to go to international scale. MBKM was born as the government's effort to create human beings with superior quality and ready to balance the developments. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. The data collection instruments are observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and data verification. As for testing the validity of the data is using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study describe how the implementation of independent learning in MAS KMI Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang. MAS KMI Padang Panjang applied individual project-based learning, integration projects and independent curriculum projects, a form of assessment that is not only focus on kognitive aspects but also in affective, aesthetic, physical and social which is contained in 29 indicators of the Quba curriculum, called domain circle, the majoring system is carried out in class XI, a mini thesis munaqasyah session in 3 languages by class XII students, as well as an increase in student HOTS.Keywords: MBKM, Disruption, Society 5.0, MAS KMI Padang Panjang

Abstract

Diniyyah Puteri College as one of the oldest Islamic boarding schools for women, which was established in 1923, has been able to maintain its existence in the midst of the existence of new pesantren with their respective characteristics. This study examines improving the quality of female diniyyah education from early childhood to higher education. Research data obtained through in-depth interviews, active participation, and documentation. This study found that the Diniyyah Puteri College applied the concept of TQM (Plan, Do, Study, Act) in improving the quality of education. The main goal of all levels of education at the Diniyyah Puteri College is the achievement of the vision of the Diniyyah Puteri College, which is to become a center for modern Islamic education based on the Qur'an and Sunnah that produces works on the world stage.
