Abstract

Identifikasi morfologi merupakan salah satu identifikasi yang paling mudah dan cepat, dalam mengetahui tingkat kekerabatan antar kutivar padi lokal. Semakin banyak persamaan ciri/karakter yang dimiliki maka semakin dekat hubungan kekerabatan, sebaliknya semakin banyak perbedaan yang dimiliki maka semakin jauh kekerabatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaman padi local yang ada di Kalimantan Utara untuk dikembangan sebagai pemuliaan tanaman, untuk mengetahui hubungan kekerabatan antar kultivar padi lokal berdasarkan karakterisasi gabah dan morfologi. Penelitian dilakukan dua tahap yaitu tahap pertama dilakukan metode survey yaitu melakukan identifikasi morfologi secara langsung dilapangan, tahap ke dua menganalisis data deskriptif diubah kedalam data biner program SPSS 21 dengan melakukan pengelompokan (cluster) berdasarkan tingkat kemiripan. Hasil Penelitian yang telah dilakukan dari 85 kultivar padi lokal Berdasarkan analisis morfologi tanaman dan karakter gabah membentuk 4 cluster yaitu cluster I terdapat 62 kultivar, cluster II ada 18 kultivar, cluster III terdapat 4 kultivar dan cluster IV ada 1 kultivar, dengan tingkat kemiripan berkisar antara 0,1 hingga 0,90 %.

Abstract

The Humans as social beings have the authority and freedom to do what they want. Humans also try to provide creativity and innovation according to their abilities. It is hoped that this will benefit the local community. Humans are born as leaders to manage everything that is good and right on earth. The right to freedom in regulating must also be in accordance with the portion so that it does not deviate far from the ideals or goals. Besides that, guidance is one of the initial gates for humans to always be grateful and accept what God has given. This is because guidance is a guide for mankind which is expected to be accepted by humans sincerely and without coercion. The research method used was library research (literary study). The data sources were taken by the author from books, journals, scriptures, and other relevant references. Human freedom and guidance are an inseparable unit. Both are linked in daily actions day. Human freedom is inseparable from the guidance of Allah SWT. there are two things that are very important and useful, namely the value of humanism and the value of qonaah.

Abstract

Bitter melon (Momordica charantia L.) fruit has been empirically used as an antibacterial and reported to have activity against acne-causing bacteria. This study aimed to formulate bitter melon ethanol extract in a spray gel preparation and test its activity against Staphylococcus epidermidis as one of the acne-causing bacteria. Pare fruit extract concentrations of 0.5%, 1%, and 2.5% are formulated into spray gel preparations with additional ingredients, Carbopol 940 0.1%, triethanolamine 0.5%, propylene glycol 15%, DMDM Hydantoin 0.6% and aquadest. The characterization of the physical properties of the spray gel preparation included organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, viscosity, and dry time test. The results showed that the spray gel preparation of ethanol extract of Pare fruit had a liquid texture, brownish-yellow colour, and distinctive odour and was homogeneous. The spray gel preparation also meets pH, viscosity and dry time requirements. The antibacterial activity of spray gel preparations resulted in a diameter response of potent and robust inhibition.

Abstract

This article discusses about the implementation of the independent learning curriculum (MBKM) in facing disruption era and society 5.0 at MAS KMI Padang Panjang. The industrial revolution 4.0 caused changes in every single live quickly. The existension of humans is replaced by technology. Society 5.0 is coming as an answer to these challenges. Society 5.0 means that the concept of a human based on technology. Indonesia also tries to create superior human who are ready to go to international scale. MBKM was born as the government's effort to create human beings with superior quality and ready to balance the developments. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. The data collection instruments are observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and data verification. As for testing the validity of the data is using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study describe how the implementation of independent learning in MAS KMI Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang. MAS KMI Padang Panjang applied individual project-based learning, integration projects and independent curriculum projects, a form of assessment that is not only focus on kognitive aspects but also in affective, aesthetic, physical and social which is contained in 29 indicators of the Quba curriculum, called domain circle, the majoring system is carried out in class XI, a mini thesis munaqasyah session in 3 languages by class XII students, as well as an increase in student HOTS.Keywords: MBKM, Disruption, Society 5.0, MAS KMI Padang Panjang

Abstract

The background to this research is the need for appropriate strategies in the learning process for Fiqh 2 courses. In this research, it is hoped that the results of this research can be used as parameters in implementing a strategy that is still relevant in the current context, especially in the Fiqh 2 courses at college. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Yogyakarta. This research is aimed only at 3rd semester students because they receive the Jurisprudence 2 course load with a weight of 4 credits for one semester in college. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data analysis is carried out by processing various information that has become research data and then drawing conclusions. Data validity was checked through triangulation including sources and techniques. The results of this research show that 2nd semester fiqh lectures can be followed well by 3rd semester students through the strategies implemented by the lecturer.

Abstract

Islamic Religious College (PTKI) is a preventive medium in realizing a religious moderation program in which this program is presently carrying an inclusive mission to eradicate the chain of extremism in various lines of religious life. The mainstreaming of religious moderation continues to develop, as evidenced by the incessant movement of universities to implement it. Likewise, IAIN Kerinci, a campus with Islamic nuances in Jambi Province, has also become a pioneer of religious moderation. Various activities that carry the spirit of religious moderation that are often carried out in the Islamic Religious Education department at IAIN Kerinci are a form of real contribution that has been carried out. This study aims to see how far the PAI majors of IAIN Kerinci are in implementing religious moderation programs in the academic community. For this reason, in finding answers, researchers use the field research method, namely field research, to obtain data and information. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the PAI department initiated a religious moderation program that started from the literacy ground and then began to touch on various academic activities.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology requires humans to have higher order thinking skills. Education in general places more emphasis on the cognitive domain, HOTS is a thinking ability that not only remembers but is also expected to be able to develop ideas. The purpose of this descriptive study was to find out about the ability of PAI students to complete and compose HOTS questions, as well as the factors that influence students' ability to solve HOTS questions on PAI material. Qualitative research methods are strengthened by simple quantitative data. The descriptive form in this study is a case study. The population in this study were 34 students of Islamic Religious Education semester IV class B FTIK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The data collection method uses questionnaires, HOTS questions, draft questions and interviews. While the analysis technique uses inductive techniques. The results of this study indicate that students' ability to solve HOTS questions tends to have sufficient ability and is still low in solving questions in the cognitive domains C5 and C6. Then the factors that affect students' ability to work on HOTS questions include, students are not used to working on HOTS type questions, and the lack of practice on HOTS-oriented questions. In compiling HOTS questions, as many as 50% of students were able to make good questions in accordance with the HOTS questions preparation standards.

Abstract

The number of general subjects that have not been touched by religious values is the center of the researcher's attention. If you open the book of legislation, you will find the purpose of education to become a citizen who believes and is devoted to God Almighty. This paper aims to find out how the integration of Islamic education values in learning English which is a general subject. This research is a field research with qualitative method. Data collection is done through three ways, namely observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis stage also uses three ways, namely the description or orientation stage, the reduction stage, and the selection stage. The respondents of this research are lecturers who teach English courses and fourth semester students in the Islamic Education Study Program (PAI) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The results showed that English learning which is a general course can be integrated in Islamic education values. This can be shown among others: Learning objectives of English courses have integration in Islamic values, the material given by lecturers to students is still related to Islamic education although not in a complex manner, the learning process always begins and ends with prayer, lecturers use active and cooperative learning methods to students, the learning process with discipline, the use of polite clothing during learning, and students have mutual respect when lecturers and friends speak.

Abstract

Purpose – Given the various challenges faced by teachers in making PTK reports, this study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Cluster-Mentoring-based mentor program in supporting the sustainability of competency programs for Islamic Education teachers at the Junior High School level in Sleman District. Design/methods/approach – This case study evaluated the implementation of a Cluster-Mentoring-supported PTK training program among Islamic education teachers from 14 secondary schools participating in the PTK and Mendeley training using observations, online interviews, and documentation for data collection, by applying purposive sampling techniques. Findings – This study aims to improve the understanding of Islamic Education teachers in Sleman District about PTK preparation for junior high school, using Zoom meeting-based online training and Cluster-Mentoring methods and practices. The training was practical, with 63% of teachers having no difficulty finding research problems, 57% having no difficulty creating background problems, and 70% finding Mendeley app training easy to understand. After Mendeley’s training, 87.5% of trainees were able to use the app to create writing references. Cluster-Mentoring Grouping also helped participants understand the material better. Research implications/limitations – This study only focuses on variables related to PTK training programs, specifically the Cluster-Mentoring model and training outcomes. The study did not analyze other variables, such as teacher obstacles and attitudes. Originality/value – This study aims at providing an overview of competency development programs through PTK training assistance and delays using the Cluster-Mentoring method for Islamic Education teachers in Secondary Schools in Sleman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Solvency Ratio Analysis to Assess Financial Performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka Regency. This study uses a Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. In collecting data, researchers use data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the solvency ratio formula. The results of the study show that the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Kolaka Branch from 2021 to 2023 based on the Debt to Asset Ratio is in a fairly healthy condition. Because, based on the standard ratio value, it is stated <40%, which is considered fairly healthy. The financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk from 2021 to 2023 based on the Debt to Equity Ratio is in a very unhealthy condition. Because, based on the standard ratio value, it is stated <200%, which is considered very unhealthy.
