Abstract

Background: Stunting is a condition of failure to grow in toddlers due to chronic malnutrition, repeated infections, and inadequate parenting in the first 1000 days of life. The prevalence of nutritional status toddler in Brotonegaran Village is 5.08% and one of the efforts to prevent stunting with food security. This service activity is carried out in synergy with the government to support the PKK, namely health. The purpose of this activity is to empower PKK cadres through counseling and training, as well as mentoring with Gerakan Sayang Ibu. Method: The activity partner is the PKK cadre group of Brotonegaran Village. The number of participants was 25 people. The methods used are counseling, training, and mentoring. Results: 25 PKK cadres were participating in a series of empowerment activities, including an FGD with the theme of empowering PKK in raising laying hens to suppress stunting which was attended by the village head and representatives of the local health center. The first counselor is about improving the quality of free-range chicken production and assistance in raising free-range chickens, the second counselor is about nutritional needs in the first 1000 days of life. Asih Asuh distributes free-range chicken eggs as a high-protein food to meet the needs of stunting-prone risk groups.  Conclusion: The empowerment of PKK cadres through FGD activities, training counseling, and foster care for the distribution of free-range chicken eggs, increased by 30% related to the knowledge, experience, and concern of PKK cadres as family companions in the community.

Abstract

Greenhouse sebagai rumah tanaman yang berbentuk bangunan seperti rumah tertutup memiliki fungsi sebagai wadah tumbuh tanaman yang dapat menyesuaikan kebutuhan lingkungan tanaman. Budidaya anggur dalam greenhouse bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses budidaya anggur dengan memaksimalkan pertumbuhan tanaman sehingga bisa meningkatkan hasil produksi buah anggur. Budidaya anggur dalam greenhouse membutuhkan perawatan yang intensif, sementara keberadaan greenhouse di sekitar permukiman warga menyebabkan berkurangnya intensitas cahaya yang masuk, yang berpotensi menghambat pertumbuhan optimal tanaman serta memicu kemunculan jamur yang dapat mengganggu perkembangan tanaman. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan mitra dalam melaksanakan budidaya anggur dalam greenhouse. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu koordinasi dengan pemilik Ijo Garden, praktik membuat pupuk dan insektisida organik, pembuatan flyer dan video prosedur pembuatan pupuk dan insektisida organik untuk anggur serta tahapan perawatan budidaya anggur dalam greenhouse. Kata kunci: Anggur, budidaya, ramah lingkungan. ABSTRACT A greenhouse is a plant house in the form of a closed building that functions as a container for growing plants that can adjust to the environmental needs of the plants. Grape cultivation in greenhouses aims to enhance the grape cultivation process by maximizing plant growth, thereby increasing grape fruit production. Grape cultivation in greenhouses requires intensive care, while the presence of greenhouses near residential areas reduces the intensity of incoming light, which may hinder optimal plant growth and trigger the emergence of fungi that can disrupt plant development. This community service activity aims to enhance partners' skills in conducting grape cultivation in greenhouses. The implementation of this community service activity involves several stages: coordination with the owner of Ijo Garden, practical training in making organic fertilizers and pesticides, creating flyers and videos on the procedures for making organic fertilizers and pesticides for grapes, and the stages of grape cultivation maintenance in greenhouses.
