Development of Geomath Media in Integrative Geometry Learning Dhujjah, Nurul Ilmi Badrud

Abstract

Learning media acts as a tool, stimulus, or trigger in conveying learning messages by teachers. The role of learning media for students is to help them understand the material easily, effectively, and efficiently. This research aims to: 1) Understand the development process and 2) Validate GeoMath learning media experts. This research is a type of research and development Research and Development (RnD). The research format uses before and after observations to find out student learning outcomes more comprehensively. The research subjects were 52 students of Class VIII MTsN 2 Malang City.The research results show that the GeoMath media development process uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) research procedure which ensures that each stage from needs analysis to final evaluation is carried out systematically and structured. Apart from that, overall the GeoMath application is suitable and valid for use as a learning support instrument. Validation for three aspects of learning media, namely media size, media skin design, and media content design, was considered quite good by the validator. Validation for three aspects of learning material, namely content quality, accuracy of coverage, and language, was assessed as very good by the validator. Validation for the integration aspect was assessed as very good and almost perfect by the validator. Validation for three practical aspects or usefulness of learning media, namely media quality, media appearance, and media content design, was assessed as very good and close to perfect by the validator.

Abstract

It is necessary to get used to the Arabic mufrodat which is carried out every morning before lessons start, because the Arabic language environment in elementary schools is a habit found in elementary schools and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In this research, the action method was used. This means that researchers conduct research reflectively and collectively in social environments to improve social thinking. The aim of this research is to increase thought and fairness in the actions of researchers in social education. The habit of Arabic mufrodat at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is the subject of this research. The research results show that mastery of the ability to speak and write Arabic, known as maharah kitabah, maharah istima', maharah qira'ah, and maharah kalam, is very important for learning to speak and use the language. Apart from that, mufrodat learning is also taught through singing because singing can create a fun and entertaining learning atmosphere. This allows students to easily receive and learn the teacher's lessons quickly. So that many schools or other communities outside Ngadireso Village see and admire the morning mufrodat habituation program and consider MI Miftahul Huda as language school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika berupa Busy Book Bang RuSiD (Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar) untuk peserta didik kelas VIII. Media pembelajaran ini diterapkan di SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad Malang. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ASSURE. Dalam penelitian ini augmentasi data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket penilaian. Hasil penilaian validasi media pembelajaran  sebesar 87%.  Penilaian oleh ahli materi pembelajaran memperoleh persentase sebesar 75,3%. Persentase penilaian oleh praktisi pembelajaran sebesar 93%, serta penilaian praktikalitas pada saat uji coba memperoleh persentase sebesar 92%. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media Busy Book Bang RuSiD (Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar) yang dikembangkan valid dan sudah praktis untuk digunakan oleh peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad Malang.
