Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran inovasi dan diferensiasi layanan dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan jasa digital di pasar global. Dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada beberapa perusahaan jasa digital, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi inovasi dan diferensiasi diterapkan, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta dampaknya terhadap daya saing. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan survei, dengan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pada bisnis jasa tanihub. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi berbasis data dan adaptasi teknologi terbaru memungkinkan perusahaan menciptakan layanan yang lebih relevan dan kompetitif. Diferensiasi layanan, seperti pengalaman pengguna yang unik dan layanan pelanggan yang responsif, terbukti meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan membedakan perusahaan dari kompetitor. Meski demikian, keterbatasan sumber daya dan ekspektasi pelanggan yang berubah cepat menjadi tantangan dalam implementasi strategi ini. Secara keseluruhan, inovasi dan diferensiasi layanan memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap daya saing perusahaan di pasar global. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan jasa digital untuk menerapkan strategi adaptif yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The growth of Islamic banking tends to be slower when compared to national banking, which shows that there are still various challenges or obstacles that must be overcome by Islamic banking. Similarly, the great potential that should be owned to boost the development of Islamic banking. However, the reality is that until now, the growth rate of Islamic banking is still far behind that of conventional banks. The purpose of this study is to reveal the various obstacles faced by Islamic banking in Indonesia in its growth process. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, using data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The findings of this study show that the barriers to the growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia include the lack of human resources who understand Islamic banking well, the lack of socialization received by the public, the low literacy about Islamic banking among the public, the lack of enthusiasm and public trust in Islamic banking, and the delay in the existence of regulations that specifically regulate Islamic banking. This does not only apply to delays or barriers in the growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia, but also applies nationally.

Abstract

Business planning is a very important aspect for someone who is starting a business or entering the world of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is not enough just to have confidence, it requires business planning. Running a business, especially a new business, is impossible without a prior plan. Business planning is an important step before executing any business strategy. Companies created it to help them consider all the elements they need to make their business successful. The research used in this research is library research which contains theories related to the problem being studied. In this section, an evaluation of the ideas and concepts used is carried out based on accessible literature. This research discusses the definition and importance of entrepreneurship in the economy, the meaning and objectives of a business plan, the main components in a business plan, and business plans influencing strategic and operational decisions in business.
