Abstract

Employee performance is important for the company, employee performance needs to be assessed to achieve one of the management goals. Employee performance appraisal at PT Gajah Mitra Paragon requires development so that the results of the assessment are quickly accepted by management as decision makers, when the results are received early, the determination of employees to get rewards when the results of the assessment are good, and receive an evaluation or transfer because the results of the assessment are not good. The application of a Decision Support System in evaluating employee performance uses the Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) logic which is an analytical method used in handling qualitative and quantitative criteria in Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). The results of the analysis state that an application is needed for evaluating employee performance by determining criteria, weights and inputting computerized assessments with faster results or outputs. After the implementation, it can be concluded that this employee performance appraisal application greatly facilitates the company in getting the results of the performance appraisal for employees, the company can know for sure the best employees as well as employees who must receive an evaluation because the results of the assessment are not satisfactory. Even with the Fuzzy-Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method, it can still be developed or replaced with other methods with the same goal. Abstract

Tomkids Children's Clothing Store Bandung is a store engaged in the sale of children's clothing in Cimenyan-Bandung Regency. So far, activities in the store can be said to be less than optimal, because the transaction process is still carried out conventionally or buyers come directly to the Tomkids Store. This makes it difficult for customers who live far from the Tomkids Store. Customers find it difficult to find out what information is still offered by the Tomkids Store, therefore a website design is needed that can help increase sales at the Tomkids Store. The method used in designing a website at Toko Tomkids is using the Lean UX model based on the website. From the analysis and design process, a UI/UX E-commerce application will be produced at Toko Tomkids which can help in the promotion and sales process, and make it easier for customers to make online children's clothing purchases. And the data analysis and processing techniques use a questionnaire by giving statements to respondents. To reach respondents, 40 people were selected, consisting of two groups, the first is 20 respondents who are lay with e-commerce and experienced in online shopping. Second, there are 20 respondents who have or have a trading business. The results of this study are in the form of a better and optimal User Interface and User Experience design for the e-commerce application at Toko Tomkids Baju Anak Bandung based on the website. The purpose of designing this application is to display the interface and experience pages so that it can provide information to customers, make orders and also be able to make purchases so that customers can make transactions online.

Abstract

The authenticity of a nation is identified through one of the most fundamental instruments. Its authentic form is stated in the form of a signature. This short stroke that symbolizes personal identity is a unique form that is unique and only owned by each citizen of the nation. Along with the development of the era, the affixing of signatures on a digital basis has become an obstacle, considering the differences in the platforms used, in other words, initially the affixing of signatures using manual-conventional methods must now switch to digital form. Along with this, this study aims to determine the implementation of digital signatures in electronic documents to guarantee authenticity, data integrity, and non-repudiation in electronic transactions. Through a cryptographic approach, especially asymmetric encryption and one-way hash functions such as SHA and MD5, digital signatures function as legal evidence to replace manual signatures in digital communication. The method used is qualitative-descriptive with a literature study approach and theoretical study. The results show that digital signatures are not only more secure than manual signatures, but also increase efficiency and legal certainty in digital documentation systems.

Abstract

The application of information systems has become a critical factor in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting effective decision-making in modern organizations. This study explores the role of information systems in improving corporate performance through a qualitative approach, utilizing a literature review and library research methods. By synthesizing insights from scholarly articles, case studies, and organizational reports, this research investigates how information systems streamline processes, optimize resource utilization, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. The findings reveal that information systems significantly contribute to automating repetitive tasks, reducing human error, and enhancing collaboration across departments. Additionally, these systems provide real-time analytics and comprehensive reports, enabling managers to make informed strategic decisions swiftly. The study also identifies challenges in information system implementation, including resistance to change, high costs, and the need for continuous training. Addressing these issues through proper planning, stakeholder engagement, and scalability considerations can maximize the benefits of information systems. This research highlights the transformative potential of information systems in corporate environments, providing valuable insights for practitioners and academics aiming to leverage technology for organizational success. Future studies are encouraged to focus on empirical validation and explore sector-specific applications of information systems to further enrich the discourse.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan hewan adalah suatu kegiatan untuk membantu para Pemelihara hewan Peternak agar tetap dalam kondisi yang sehat dan tidak terjangkit penyakit, Sistem yang berjalan di UPT Keswan, proses mengajuan layanan masih melalui Data Center kemudian data center menghubungi petugas sesuai wilayah via telepon/WhatsApp, kemudian petugas pergi kelokasi peternak lalu dilakukan pelayanan, setelah itu di buat pencatatan laporan pelayanan kesehatan hewan, setiap petugas menyerahkan copy struk bukti pelayanan setiap minggu kepada petugas administrasi yang selanjutnya petugas administrasi akan mencatat kembali dalam komputer dan mengarsipkannya. kemudian di serahkan ke kepala dinas sebulan sekali. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah Perangkat Lunak yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah petugas dalam membuat laporan layanana kesehatan hewan yang pergi ke lokasi. dan peternak bisa mengajukan layanana langgsung dan bisa memilih petugas sesuai wilayah
