Abstract

Material delivered was not innovative resulted in a loss of motivation and interest in learned students.  The used of interesting educational media such as stop motion animation videos, could complement the used of related technologies. The result of this studied was to describe production steps, examine product validation, assess readability, and assess student responses to stop motion animated videos used as global warming learned resources.  For the 35 seventh-grade students, the research was conducted on one of the MTs in Bandung Regency using an R&D (Research and Development) approach and a 3D model. The researched findings were presented as a description of the development stages, including the define, design, and develop phases involved in making stop motion animated video products (https://youtu.be/W7V3v1dP_5Y). Stop motion animated videos undergo expert validation, receiving scores of 83% from material experts, 78% from media experts, and 94% from subject teacher experts who were considered to had high validity. The readability of stop motion animation videos as teaching tools scored 90% in the easy-to-understand category, the quality of student responses scored 93% in the very positive category. Therefore, stop motion animation videos were appropriate have been used as a source of learned about global warming.

Abstract

This study will classify Twitter users' positive and negative opinions about the omnibus method using a frequency-inverse document frequency algorithm and a multi-layer perceptron method. The sentiment analysis process involves several stages, including B. Collecting and preprocessing data, calculating term weights using inverse term frequencies and document frequencies, and classifying data using multi-layer perceptrons. Additionally, the study visually represents Twitter's sentiment analysis results on the omnibus method. These visualizations include word cloud, top accounts, tweet frequency, hashtags, and sentiment. Three scenarios were considered to perform the classification experiments. Scenario 1 used 700 training data, scenario 2 used 800, and Scenario 3 used 900 training data. The findings show that the Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency algorithm and the multi-layer perceptron method are adequate for sentiment analysis, with Scenario 3 yielding the highest accuracy rate of 88%.

Abstract

Tomkids Children's Clothing Store Bandung is a store engaged in the sale of children's clothing in Cimenyan-Bandung Regency. So far, activities in the store can be said to be less than optimal, because the transaction process is still carried out conventionally or buyers come directly to the Tomkids Store. This makes it difficult for customers who live far from the Tomkids Store. Customers find it difficult to find out what information is still offered by the Tomkids Store, therefore a website design is needed that can help increase sales at the Tomkids Store. The method used in designing a website at Toko Tomkids is using the Lean UX model based on the website. From the analysis and design process, a UI/UX E-commerce application will be produced at Toko Tomkids which can help in the promotion and sales process, and make it easier for customers to make online children's clothing purchases. And the data analysis and processing techniques use a questionnaire by giving statements to respondents. To reach respondents, 40 people were selected, consisting of two groups, the first is 20 respondents who are lay with e-commerce and experienced in online shopping. Second, there are 20 respondents who have or have a trading business. The results of this study are in the form of a better and optimal User Interface and User Experience design for the e-commerce application at Toko Tomkids Baju Anak Bandung based on the website. The purpose of designing this application is to display the interface and experience pages so that it can provide information to customers, make orders and also be able to make purchases so that customers can make transactions online.

Abstract

Biology learning resources are still largely dominated by thick textbooks that tend to be less engaging, often causing students to feel bored and struggle with understanding the material. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) design based on the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate), but was limited to the Analyze, Design, and Development phases. The purpose of the research was to develop and evaluate the validity and practicality of an environmental literacy-based e-booklet on the topic of environmental changes for 10th-grade students at SMA Islam Al Falah Kota Jambi. Participants consisted of three expert validators, one biology teacher, and 30 students. Data were collected through validation sheets and teacher–student questionnaires. The results indicated an average validation score of 98.82% (very valid) and a practicality score of 92.02% (highly practical). These findings suggest that the developed e-booklet is an appropriate biology learning resource with the potential to enhance students’ environmental awareness, although further testing is needed to evaluate its impact on learning outcomes.

Abstract

Information system security is a crucial aspect in the operation of a company, especially in managing employee data. To support the company's operational processes, PT Dekatama Centra uses a face verification-based attendance application to record employee attendance. However, like any other system, this application has potential security risks that need to be evaluated to ensure optimal data protection. This research aims to analyze the security level of the HRMS attendance application using the COBIT 5 framework, specifically in the APO13 (Manage Security) and DSS05 (Manage Security Service) domains. The research process was conducted through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, which were designed to measure the maturity level of the application security system based on the COBIT 5 assessment model. The audit results show that the maturity level of system security is still at the “Performed” level (Level 1), which means that the security process has been implemented but not well documented. Some aspects that still require improvement include user access management that must be strengthened with double authentication and access rights restrictions based on roles, protection against malware by improving network security systems and endpoint protection, and regular security monitoring by implementing a logging and monitoring system based on Securtiy Information and Event Management (SIEM). To overcome these problems, this research recommends implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, improving data encryption mechanisms, and increasing cybersecurity awareness for employees through continuous training programs. By implementing these recommendations, PT Dekatama Centra is expected to increase system resilience to cyber threats, maintain the confidentiality of employee data, and ensure the continuity of safer and more efficient company operations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of students' cognitive learning outcomes in the learning process by using google sites media. The method used in this study is a preexperimental method with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The sample in this study was class XI IPA in one of the private MA in Bandung with a total of 24 students. The data that has been obtained were analyzed using normality test, paired sample t-test and N-gain test. The results of the data analysis showed that the increase in the N-gain value from the pretest-posttest obtained was 0.67 in the medium category, and the t-count value obtained was -16.353 with a Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000. Therefore, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.05, it can be concluded that H_0 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant increase in student cognitive learning outcomes in excretory system learning using google sites media. Based on the results of this study, the use of google sites media has the potential to be used in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes in thelearning process.
