Abstract

This research discusses the evolution of sexual education for children with special needs within Indonesia's educational policies, from the colonial era to the modern era. The primary focus of this study is to examine policy changes and their implementation, the role of NGOs and local initiatives, and the influence of social and cultural changes on sexual education for children with special needs. Historical research methods are used to collect and analyze data from various primary and secondary sources. The results show that although sexual education for children with special needs has seen positive developments, challenges remain in terms of social stigma and resource limitations. Collaboration between the government, NGOs, and local communities is identified as key to the successful implementation of inclusive and effective sexual education. This research offers new contributions by providing a comprehensive historical perspective and policy recommendations that are more responsive to the needs of children with special needs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan modul inovasi berbasis Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Pendidikan bagi mahasiswa disabilitas. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R & D) menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil penilaian kepada ahli media, ahli materi, dan uji coba didapatkan hasil baik dan layak untuk digunakan. Adapun aspek-aspek yang dinilai di antaranya adalah aspek materi/ isi, aspek penyajian, aspek kebahasaan, dan aspek kegrafikan. Adapun data uji ahli media skor 3,65 dan ahli materi 3,8 menyatakan bahwa produk ini layak dan sangat baik untuk diterapkan. Selain itu, respon dalam tahapan uji coba juga menunjukkan data rerata uji coba 3,7 menunjukkan makna sangat baik terhadap produk.
