Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the condition of financial performance as measured by the financial ratio of telecommunications operator companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, before the pandemic, during the pandemic, and after the Covid-19 pandemic.The type of research is quantitative exploration by utilizing the financial ratio formula: Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turnover, and Debt to Assets Ratio of six telecommunications operator companies on the IDX, namely: Telkomsel, Indosat, Sarana Menara Nusantara, XL Axiata, Smatfren, and First Media. This study will prove the condition of financial performance as measured by the financial ratio, before the pandemic, during the pandemic, and after the Covid 19 pandemic. Nichael. The results of the study show that the average CR (Current Ratio) and TAT (Total Assets Turnover) of telecommunications operator companies on the IDX are relatively low, while NPM (Net Profit Margin) is relatively moderate, as is DAR (Debt to Assets Ratio) which is relatively good or ideal. Telkomsel is a cellular operator company with the best financial performance, followed by Indosat, then the other four operator companies. The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic did not affect the telecommunications operator companies, because these companies actually got a windfall during the pandemic, didn't people communicate more online during the pandemic, so Covid-19 did not affect these companies

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh motivasi. Jika ditinjau dari metode analisis, penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian verifikatif. Dari aspek pendekatan penelitian, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena gejala hasil observasi dikonversi menjadi angka-angka yang dianalisis menggunakan statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Kelurahan di wilayah Kecamatan Panggungrejo Kota Pasuruan yang berjumlah 87 orang karyawan. Peneliti memilih sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh karena jumlah populasinya relatif kecil. Sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 87 responden. Berdasarkan data mentah atau data primer yang terkumpul dari kuesioner, selanjutnya diolah melalui Software SmartPLS versi 4 yang menghasilkan informasi/data untuk keperluan uji statistik parametrik atau pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisis hasil pengujian hipotesis, dapat diambil beberapa simpulan: Kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of product innovation and service innovation in shaping competitive advantage during the introductory phase of a beauty salon business. The introductory phase is a crucial phase in the business life cycle, where differentiation strategies and customer experience creation are crucial for the business's future sustainability. The research method used was a qualitative case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with three beauty experts in Malang City and two active customers who had interacted with Windi Aesthetic Beauty Salon services over a period of time. Data were analyzed systematically through open coding, axial coding, and selective coding to identify relationships between categories and build a deeper understanding of the strategies implemented. Furthermore, thematic coding was conducted, both from the business owner's and customer's perspectives. The results show that product innovations such as the use of natural ingredients and aesthetically pleasing packaging are able to attract customers from the outset. Meanwhile, service innovations such as flexible hours, personalized consultations, and empathetic communication enhance comfort and foster perceptions of professionalism. The combination of these two innovations creates a competitive advantage characterized by responsive service, quality results, and customer loyalty from the early stages of operation. This advantage forms a strong differentiated position and has the potential to become the foundation for long-term growth
