Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the condition of financial performance as measured by the financial ratio of telecommunications operator companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, before the pandemic, during the pandemic, and after the Covid-19 pandemic.The type of research is quantitative exploration by utilizing the financial ratio formula: Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turnover, and Debt to Assets Ratio of six telecommunications operator companies on the IDX, namely: Telkomsel, Indosat, Sarana Menara Nusantara, XL Axiata, Smatfren, and First Media. This study will prove the condition of financial performance as measured by the financial ratio, before the pandemic, during the pandemic, and after the Covid 19 pandemic. Nichael. The results of the study show that the average CR (Current Ratio) and TAT (Total Assets Turnover) of telecommunications operator companies on the IDX are relatively low, while NPM (Net Profit Margin) is relatively moderate, as is DAR (Debt to Assets Ratio) which is relatively good or ideal. Telkomsel is a cellular operator company with the best financial performance, followed by Indosat, then the other four operator companies. The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic did not affect the telecommunications operator companies, because these companies actually got a windfall during the pandemic, didn't people communicate more online during the pandemic, so Covid-19 did not affect these companies

Abstract

Employee performance is a measure of organizational progress and development, and is the key to the success of human resource management practices. This study aims to empirically test and prove the mediating role of work engagement on the relationship between meaningfulness of work and ethical climate on employee performance. This study involved the use of Partial Least Square to analyse data collected from 51 employee of Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gresik. The sampling technique used in this research was saturation sampling method. The results of this study indicate that meaningfulness of work and ethical climate have a significant positive effect on work engagement, meaningfulness of work does not have a significant effect on employee performance, ethical climate and work engagement have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The analysis reveals that work engagement fully mediates the relationship between meaningfulness of work and employee performance, and partially mediates the relationship between ethical climate and employee performance. A good understanding of the meaningfulness of work and a positive ethical climate in the organization encourages work engagement among employees. However, the mismatch between skills and employee job descriptions, lack of employee comfort in working and lack of employee experience in the work they do means that employees cannot provide optimal performance. Ethical climate can also encourage employees to act in the best way at work, meanwhile, work engagement can encourage employee spirit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and empirically test the influence of organizational culture and leadership style through competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Gadingrejo District, Pasuruan City, totaling 55 employees. This study used a census to determine the sample. The data analysis technique used in this study was Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS software version 4. The results showed that organizational culture did not directly affect employee performance. Organizational culture directly affected employee competence. Leadership style did not directly affect employee performance. Leadership style directly affected employee competence. Competence directly affected employee performance. Organizational culture affected employee performance through perfect mediation of competence. Leadership style affected employee performance through perfect mediation of competence

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and empirically test the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance and its impact on the quality of public services in the Gadingrejo District, Pasuruan City. This type of research is a correlational study, namely research that aims to identify the relationship between two or more variables. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. In this study, the population is grouped into two categories based on its characteristics, namely: The Gadingrejo District employee group, Pasuruan City, totaling 75 people, and the service user community group in Gadingrejo District, Pasuruan City, which at the time of the study (data collection) the number is not known with certainty (undefined population). Determination of the number of samples for the Gadingrejo District employee group, Pasuruan City used saturated sampling. Determination of the number of samples for the service user community group in Gadingrejo District, Pasuruan City used a sampling quota, which was set at 75 people which was based on the same as the number of samples of the first group (employee group) in order to make it easier to analyze the data. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS software version 4. Research conclusion: Leadership style does not have a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services. Employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services through employee performance as a mediator and is full mediated. Employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services through employee performance as a mediator and is partially mediated.

Abstract

This study aims to test and empirically prove the role of employee engagement and the work environment in improving lecturer performance, as well as explore the intervening role of OCB at ITSK dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The research population of all lecturers was 83 people from 3 faculties. Data collection was carried out through surveys using questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using Smart-PLS software. The results of the study show that: (1) employee engagement triggers intrinsic motivation to provide optimal work results. (2) The work environment has an important role in supporting the productivity and effectiveness of lecturers' work. (3) employee engagement not only encourages lecturer productivity, but also strengthens teamwork dynamics through OCB behavior. (4) adequate facilities, a healthy work climate, and positive interpersonal relationships act as catalysts for the emergence of OCB behavior. (5) Lecturers who have a high OCB level will more easily meet the set indicators. (6) the involvement of lecturers and adequate work facilities can improve OCB behavior which has an impact on improving lecturer performance. The practical implications of this study remind us that the success of educational institutions is not only determined by technical factors such as curriculum or facilities, but also by humanistic factors that encourage lecturers to perform better.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to empirically analyze the influence of quality of work life and work discipline on employee performance which is mediated by work motivation (Study of Bank BPD Bali State Branch Employees). In this research, researchers used a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of Bank BPD Bali State Branch, totaling 76 employees. The researcher chose the sample using a saturated sampling technique because the population was relatively small. So the sample used in this research was 76 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that quality of work life is unable to improve employee performance. Quality of work life is unable to increase work motivation. Work discipline is able to improve employee performance. Work discipline is able to increase work motivation. Work motivation is able to improve employee performance. Work motivation does not play a role in mediating quality of work life in improving employee performance. Work motivation plays a role in mediating work discipline in improving the performance of Bank BPD Bali State branch employees.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian kwalitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskritip yaitu memberikan Gambaran Efikasi Diri Penyandang DM Dalam Melakukan Manajemen Perawatan Diri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan cara trianggulasi atau gabungan. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. analisi data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. dimana tujuanya adalah untuk mengetahui secara sistematis tentang fokus penelitian yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian di Karakteristik partisipan berdasarkan usia menunjukan umur 40-60 tahun atau lansia awal adalah yang paling dominan yaitu sebanyak 4 orang (80%), Karakteristik partisipan berdasarkan lama menderita diabetes menunjukkan lama menderita diabetes paling dominan adalah 5-10 tahun sebanyak 4 orang (80%), Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa rasa sabar pasien diabetes mellitus meliputi hubungan pasien dengan tuhan adalah suatu hal yang sangan penting dimana para partisipan mengaku bahwa Tuhan dan doa sebagai sumber kekuatan, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa diabetes dapat mempengaruhi rasa sabar partisipan meliputi hubungan partisipan dengan lingkungan seperti partisipan menyatakan bahwa diabetes sangat mempengaruhi pekerjaan dan kegiatan aktivitas sehari-hari.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment in the indirect influence of spiritual leadership and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior of teachers at Paiton Islamic Middle School and Insan Terpadu Middle School. The population in this study were all 56 teachers. The sample uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. So the sample used in this research was 56 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that spiritual leadership is unable to improve organizational citizenship behavior. Spiritual leadership is able to increase organizational commitment. Quality of work life is unable to improve organizational citizenship behavior. Quality of work life is able to increase organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is able to increase organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of spiritual leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and social support on subjective well-being and the role of hardiness as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Pasuruan City Transportation Agency, totaling 53 employees. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study was Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS software version 4.0. The results showed that better emotional intelligence was able to encourage an increase in subjective well-being. Better emotional intelligence was able to encourage an increase in hardiness. Although social support was getting stronger, it was not able to encourage an increase in subjective well-being. Better social support was able to encourage an increase in hardiness. Better hardiness was able to encourage an increase in subjective well-being. Emotional intelligence significantly influenced subjective well-being with Hardiness as a partial mediating variable. Social support significantly influenced subjective well- being with Hardiness as a perfect mediating variable
