Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji persepsi masyarakat serta bagaimana persepsi dari aspek ekonomi, konservasi, dan sosial berpengaruh terhadap persepsi masyarakat program Perhutanan Sosial di Desa Salamrejo. Metode yang diterapkan merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data mencangkup observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Data diambil secara purposive sampling dari anggota maupun pengurus LMDH Jati Jaya, termasuk ketua, sekretaris, dan anggota aktif lainnya, dengan total 25 responden. Data dianalisis dengan Skala Likert dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan jika di Desa Salamrejo, mayoritas responden yang merupakan anggota aktif LMDH Jati Jaya memiliki persepsi positif terhadap program ini dengan nilai kategori persepsi sebesar 3,60 yang menunjukkan sikap sangat baik terhadap keberadaan dan manfaat program Perhutanan Sosial bagi kehidupan mereka. Tidak hanya itu, hasil Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda memperlihatkan jika variabel aspek ekonomi secara signifikan mempengaruhi persepsi mereka terhadap program Perhutanan Sosial, menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga.

Abstract

Mina padi is one way to overcome the problem of food security and low farmer income, where they can cultivate agriculture in one land with 2 different types of agricultural commodities, in this case fish and rice. The purpose of this study was first to analyze the income of the mina padi business. The analysis method used was to use the analysis of costs, income and efficiency. The results of the study showed that the income was Rp. 28,760,000, - and income was Rp. 16,035,000, -. While the results of the R / C Ratio were (1.79) > 1. Thus, this mina padi farming business is feasible to be cultivated because it can increase the income and welfare of farmers.

Abstract

The availability of cocoa beans is very large in the Blitar area so that it opens up considerable business opportunities for the people in Blitar. In addition, cocoa plants as a producer of cocoa beans can thrive in the Blitar area, making it easy to obtain raw materials. Processing of basic ingredients of chocolate in the Blitar area is still minimal, so it is very necessary to diversify products from chocolate. One of the products here is chocolate brownies where an effective marketing strategy is needed to increase sales of Chocolate Brownies. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of Chocolate Brownies products with SWOT analysis. The marketing system carried out at UD Dheenok Group uses a direct marketing system, namely sales at industrial sites and indirectly by distributing products to Kampung Chocolate as a working partner in marketing. customers, while the weakness lies in unwritten financial administration, and does not have investors so that it has an impact on business development and the absence of visual promotion media such as advertisements. market due to the lack of similar products in Blitar City. The biggest threat faced in marketing chocolate brownies is the price of raw materials for eggs that fluctuates and the product expiration period is short, which is around 10 days. Abstract

Agriculture is one of the sectors impacted by the Covid 19 pandemic. The Trenggalek area as an agricultural production area is also affected by this. The decline in people's purchasing power towards agricultural production is the cause. This has an impact on the agricultural kiosk business. As a provider of agricultural needs and equipment, the agricultural kiosk business was also affected. Based on problem identification, this study aims to determine (1) the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on income at agricultural kiosks (2) a comparison of profit ratios from agricultural kiosks before, during and after the Covid 19 pandemic. Based on the results of this study, namely by comparing the value of the R/C ratio of the farming business from the agricultural kiosk before, during and after the pandemic slumped, information can be obtained on the impact of the pandemic on the agricultural kiosk business. Based on the value of the R/C ratio, it has decreased, namely 1.33 before the pandemic became 1.26 during the pandemic, and has increased again to 1.32 after the pandemic subsided. This decrease was caused by a decrease in the purchasing power of farmers towards the decreased needs and agricultural equipment. However, this decrease was not significant because the R/C ratio during the pandemic was still > 1, so it was still feasible to work on. The agricultural sector is a potential sector that can be developed after the Covid pandemic. Moreover, the Trenggalek area is currently experiencing an increase in the level of agricultural production. The agricultural kiosk business will be a viable business to be developed in the future in accordance with the development of the agricultural sector.
