Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the potential biological agents as a commodity in the era of global agribusiness. The approach method is done with the study of literature, include: collecting data and information on the biological agent as a commodity agribusiness in the global era, the data obtained from scientific journals, seminar proceedings national, international, theses, and dissertations. Analysis of the data processed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that biological agents have an important role in environmentally friendly OPT; Development can be done in a simple laboratory at the farm level so as to enable the development of agro-industries and businesses of biological agents in the group of farmers. Thus biological agents in the future will be used as a commodity in the era of global agribusiness. Keywords: Biological agents, OPT era of globalization

Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian country, one of which produces a chili commodity that can support the economy in this country. Chili is one type of horticulture that cannot be left by the community in everyday life. Besides that, chili farming has very good prospects. The purpose of this study was to determine the revenue, income obtained by farmers in one planting season, and the feasibility of chili farming in one season. The results obtained by the total income obtained by farmers in chili farming with an average income of Rp.35,124,800.-The total income earned by farmers in chili farming with an average income earned is Rp.25,204,800,- Chilli Farming in the Village of Kaligambir is worth the effort by looking at the R/C ratio of 2.54, which means that each expenditure of Rp.100.- will receive Rp.254.

Abstract

Farmers' incomes are strongly influenced by the marketing of their products and the prevailing prices, where marketing that is less efficient is the small part that farmers receive from the price paid by the final consumer. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing channel of Packcoy Mustard (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis) with the Wick Hydroponic System. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The research was conducted in the Regency and City of Kediri, East Java, with 20 hydroponic farmers as respondents. The method of data collection carried out in this study used documentation, interviews and documentation. Method of data analysis with descriptive analysis. The marketing channels run by Guyup Rukun Hydroponics include channel patterns I, II and III so that it is hoped that people's purchasing power will increase and the production scale will be wider.

Abstract

The aim of this studies were to determine the efficiency or feasibility of cabbage farming income, income earned by farmers in one growing season. Research locations in Beji Village, Junrejo Subdistrict, the number of respondents were 30 cabbage farmers which were used as research samples. The data used primary data and secondary data. Method of analysis, namely the analysis of income Pd = TR - TC, analysis of costs TC = FC + VC, analysis of acceptance TR = Py. Y and analysis of the feasibility of R / C farming. The results obtained with a total revenue of Rp. 53,473,500.00; the variable cost is IDR 11,807,025.00; flat fee of IDR. 3,010,000.00; total cost of IDR. 14,817,025.00; the average income earned by cabbage farmers is IDR. 14,817,025.00; and obtained R / C value of 2.61 which means that each expenditure of IDR. 100.- will receive IDR. 261.00. Thus the cabbage farming in Beji Village is feasible to be cultivated because R / C> 1 means that the farming is profitable. Therefore, this farm is worth continuing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dengan judul Penyusunan Indeks Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Tujuan Penelitian ini antara lain agar tersedianya data bagi dinas/instansi terkait untuk mengatur kebijakan ketahanan pangan di wilayah, khususnya di wilayah yang sangat rentan pangan dan memberikan formulasi kebijakan dan program aksi penanggulangan rentan pangan untuk pemantauan standar pelayanan minimal untuk bidang pelayanan kerentanan pangan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, yaitu analisis terhadap data yang bersifat kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang diolah untuk menggambarkan suatu kondisi penelitian tanpa bermaksud menguji hipotesis. Beberapa metode analisis yang akan diterapkan didalamnya yaitu Analisis SWOT,  Analisis manajemen strategis untuk menyusun rencana pengusahaan dan rencana tindak.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Probolinggo tahun 2020 mencapai 71,19 yang menunjukkan sudah melebihi IKP Nasional tahun 2019 yaitu 54,8 dan juga lebih tinggi dari IKP Jawa Timur tahun 2019 yaitu 62,2. Indikator-indikator yang masih rendah (sangat rentan dan di Kabupaten Probolinggo adalah aspek akses pangan yaitu KK miskin. Hasil identifikasi dan pemetaan IKP tingkat Kecamatan Bantaran masuk kategori agak rentan. Hal ini disebabkan rasio luas baku sawah dan lahan yang agak rentan, penyedia sarana dan prasarana pangan yang masih kurang (rentan), rumah tangga miskin (sangat rentan).Kata kunci : Ketahanan Pangan, Kemiskinan, Kebijakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of Arabica coffee consumers who make online transactions and to see how much influence the given factor has on the decision to purchase Arabica coffee online in Blitar Regency. The execution of this exploration action will be carried out in February 2021 – June 2021 in Blitar Regency. The information-checking strategy used in this exploration is a special examination and various direct examinations of recurrence. Autonomous factor in this research include psychological, personal, social, and cultural. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this study is the decision to purchase Arabica coffee at online retailers. The results of data analysis found that the X1 (psychological factor) variable was 0.180, X2 (personal factor) was 0.157, X3 (social factor) was 1.012, and X4 (cultural factor) was 0.121 indicating that all variables have positive values. The results of the t-test show that social factors partially influence the purchase decision of Arabica coffee with the online method as shown by the results of t count > t table, namely 5.721 > 2.059. And the F test shows that the decision to purchase Arabica coffee online can be influenced simultaneously by psychological, personal, social, and cultural factors with the calculated F result that is 57.781 > F table which is 2.98.

Abstract

The research aims to identify business potential, develop and design tourism village business management in Banjarwaru Tourism Village, Lumajang District, Lumajang Regency. This research is a qualitative type with a case study approach. Primary data sources were obtained from interviews and focus group discussions and direct observation as a form of triangulation validity. Data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data analysis, verification and conclusion. The results of mapping the potential of Banjarwaru village and the focus group discussions that have been carried out show that there is potential for village natural resources that are developed in the short term and in the long term including preneur sport-based tourism which is supported by its facilities, namely Mini soccer, white water rafting, culinary tourism, homestay. The development of a tourist village includes four aspects that can be developed and support each other, namely, aspects of attractiveness, accessibility, facilities and institutions. The design of tourism village business management in Banjarwaru Tourism Village, Lumajang District, Lumajang Regency, the management is included in the BUMDES section as a village-owned business based on community services but has the ultimate goal of achieving profit, it should be managed professionally like a business in general, even though the ownership and character of the The organization is based on community service. Professional management includes marketing management, financial management, human resource management and production management.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu buah yang digemari masyarakat Indonesia sebagai campuran minuman adalah jeruk nipis. Jeruk nipis yang memiliki nama latin Citrus aurantifolia, Swingle adalah tanaman yang memiliki efek terapeutik berfungsi sebagai bahan obat penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi pertanian jeruk nipis Desa Srengat. Mengetahui hubungan antara produksi, permintaan dan harga jeruk nipis di perkebunan Bapak Suhirwan di Desa Srengat. Pertanian jeruk nipis di Desa Srengat sangat baik, dari segi permintaan tergolong tinggi yaitu 160 kg sampai 250 kg per minggu, sedangkan produksi atau barang/buah yang dapat disediakan petani 155 kg sampai 235 perminggu. Jadi dapat disimpulkan permintaan selalu diatas produksi, sehingga petani diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Metode penelitian Kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi atau sampel penelitian ini adalah petani jeruk nipis dan Purposive sampel sebagai teknik pengambilan datanya..Pengolahan data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 23. Hasil model adalah permintaan pasar dan produksi adalah variabel yang mempengaruhi harga jeruk nipis. Selain itu diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,334, sehingga variabel terikat yaitu harga jeruk nipis dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas yaitu permintaan pasar dan produksi jeruk nipis senilai 33,4%. Peneliti selanjutnya diharuskan menggunakan variabel tambahan selain permintaan dan produksi pada harga. Kata Kunci : Jeruk Nipis, Produksi, Permintaan, Harga

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of red chili consumers in Blitar Regency with criteria: based on age, gender, education, occupation, income, number of family members, price of red chili. The purpose of the next study is to find out how psychological, personal, social, and cultural factors are based on consumers' decisions in making demand for red chili. The research uses descriptive qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The population used is consumers who have made requests for red chili peppers and the technique used is Non Probabilitiy sampling with the Side Purposivve method. The results showed that independent variables showed that they were valid and reliable and had passed the classical assumption test. Furthermore, social variables have a significant effect on the demand for red pepper. Furthermore, psychological, social, and cultural variables have a significant simultaneous effect on the demand for red pepper.

Abstract

The study aims to determine or measure the results of financial performance in savings and loans cooperatives in 2019-2021 based on the analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency, rentability, activity. The method used during the study is to use quantitative descriptive. Data analysis techniques use healthy or unhealthy ratios. The results of the calculation of the Current Ratio for 2019-2021 of 190.12%, 198.13%, 207.20% are said to be unhealthy. The Dept to Asset Ratio for 2019-2021 of 53.50%, 50.47% 42% is said to be quite healthy. The Debt to Equity Ratio for 2019-2021 11.06%, 101.90%, 82.45% is said to be a fairly healthy category. Return On Asset in 2019-2021 of 3.50%, 2.86%, 3.10% is said to be unhealthy. Return on Equity in 2019-2021 of 7.52%, 5.78%, 6.01% is said to be unhealthy. Receivables turnover in 2019-2021 of 105.56%, 104.30%, 104.14% is said to be healthy. Asset turn Over 0.33, 0.34, 0.38 is said to be healthy.
