Abstract

Leadership is the natural potential of each individual which is developed through a process of firmly held values to achieve truth and goodness. The aim of this research is to determine the progress of Syaiful Hadi's leadership while he was Chancellor of IAIN Madura. This research describes 1) Syaiful Hadi's leadership as Chancellor of IAIN Madura in developing information technology (IT), 2) Syaiful Hadi's leadership as Chancellor of IAIN Madura in developing HR (Human Resources). The method in this research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The subject of this research is Syaiful Hadi as Chancellor of IAIN Madura. To achieve maximum results, researchers collected data through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. The results of this research can be concluded 1) Syaiful Hadi's leadership as Chancellor of IAIN Madura in the development of information technology (IT) has the ability to inspire his subordinates by creating a clear vision and motivating them to actively participate in achieving the goals that have been set, such as digitalization and increasing the capabilities of lecturers through the SLDP program, 2) Syaiful Hadi's leadership as Chancellor of IAIN Madura in HR (Human Resources) development is known for treating all campus residents regardless of their background. This shows that he values and cares about the needs and contributions of individuals on campus, creating an inclusive and supportive environment.

Abstract

This research examines the role of ter-ater traditions in the social stability of Madurese society, especially in Blumbungan Village, Pamekasa Regency using Talcott Parsons' functionalist theory approach. The issue raised is how the ter-ater tradition contributes to social balance at the village level and its role in strengthening relations between residents. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of ter- ater traditions on the social structure and stability of village communities. The method used is qualitative research using observation and interview techniques with community leaders, traditional leaders and residents of Blumbungan Village. The results of research on the Ter-Ater tradition have proven effective in maintaining social order in Blumbungan Village. Ter-Ater functions as a medium to strengthen relations between residents, solving social problems. In the perspective of Talcott Parsons' functionalist theory, ter-ater acts as an important element in the social structure of Blumbungan Village which maintains social harmony and balance. Ter-Ater strengthens social ties between citizens and ensures positive interactions that support stability despite the challenges of globalization and modernization.

Abstract

Creativity is an important ability that needs to be developed from an early age. This article aims to explore various strategies used by parents to stimulate the creativity of their young children. The research method involves interviews and literature study to collect data. The results showed that parents adopted a variety of strategies to enhance their children's creativity. Some commonly used strategies include providing free play time, providing creative materials and equipment, and providing positive support and encouragement. Apart from that, parents also often support the exploration of their children's creative interests and talents. This research highlights the important role of parents in stimulating early childhood creativity and provides insight into effective practices in achieving this goal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the learning difficulties of grade 5 students in PAI subjects at SDN Candi Burung 2 Pamekasan. This paper uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The subjects of this research were 5th grade students at SDN Candi Burung 2 Pamekasan. Meanwhile, the results of this research can be concluded that the forms of learning difficulties faced by grade 5 students in PAI subjects at SDN Candi Burung 2 Pamekasan include: difficulty focusing when learning takes place and difficulty absorbing learning material. Learning difficulties are caused by two factors, namely internal and external. Internal factors include: low interest in learning and intelligence of participants. Meanwhile, external factors include lack of parental guidance. The efforts made by PAI teachers to overcome these learning difficulties are by implementing learning innovations and communicating students' learning progress to their parents.
