Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of buying and selling food with the concept of all-you-can-eat at a Korean cuisine restaurant in the city of Pontianak from the perspective of the Sharia Economic Law Compilation (KHES). Researchers used qualitative research methods with a juridical-empirical approach. Sources of data using primary data in the form of interviews with restaurant managers and customers. While secondary data in the form of books, research, and compilation of sharia economic law applicable and relevant to the purpose of this study. The results showed that the practice of buying and selling food with the all-you-can-eat concept was carried out directly. The sale and purchase of food with the all-you-can-eat concept from the perspective of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law are in accordance with Article 81 of the KHES paragraph (3) regarding the procedures for handing over goods and paragraph (2) concerning the habits and propriety of buying and selling objects. Buying and selling with the concept of all you can eat is not in accordance with Article 4 of the Law 2014, which states that products that enter, circulate, and trade in the territory of Indonesia must be certified halal. Because there are restaurants that are not yet MUI halal certified, it would be better if this concept was adapted by restaurants by prioritizing MUI halal certification. However, buying and selling food with the all-you-can-eat concept can be said to be legal and allowed in its entirety.

Abstract

The Educaplay game-based Team Games Tournament (TGT) model is one of the media or approaches that integrate learning materials using technology. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Team Games Tournament cooperative learning model (TGT) assisted by Educaplay can improve students' cooperative attitudes and activeness in the classroom during the learning process. This study is a literature review study with a descriptive review type. The scientific articles used in this study amounted to 30 scientific articles originating from 2 international articles, 15 articles accredited in national journals, and 13 articles proceedings in the Google Scholar database with a publication range of 2022-2026. The data presentation technique uses a table that lists the scientific publication articles that will be analyzed as research data. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively by analyzing and identifying scientific articles to produce a more informative summary. The results of research based on articles that have been conducted show that the Educaplay-based Team Games Tournament learning model can significantly improve learning outcomes in understanding the concepts of learning Mathematics, Indonesian, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Pancasila Education, Physical Education, and English. By using the Educaplay platform, students can improve their critical thinking skills with the ability to work together in fostering a sense of responsibility in solving problems and understanding learning materials in depth.

Abstract

This study aims to develop, test the feasibility, and analyze the effectiveness of a multimedia-based Digital Module for Learning Resource Management in improving students' independent learning at the Educational Technology Study Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar. This study applies a Research and Development (R&D) approach by adapting a simplified Borg & Gall procedural model, which includes needs analysis, prototype development, as well as product testing and revision. Data collection instruments consist of observation sheets, interview guidelines, validation and practicality questionnaires, and learning outcome tests, which were analyzed using descriptive quantitative percentage techniques. The results showed that: (1) the validity of the module based on the assessment of material and media experts was categorized as very good and feasible to use; (2) the level of practicality based on the responses of lecturers and students indicated highly practical criteria with a user-friendly interface; and (3) the field test proved that the implementation of the digital module was significantly effective in motivating and improving students' independent learning due to its interactive and self-instructional multimedia visualization. It can be concluded that the developed multimedia-based digital module is proven valid, practical, and effective as an independent teaching material innovation in higher education.
