Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has opened up new opportunities in education, one of which is through the implementation of personalized learning. This study aims to investigate the impact of using AI in personalizing education on improving the quality of student learning in schools. The research method used a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The results show that the application of AI in personalized learning can significantly improve student learning outcomes, with an average increase of 15% compared to conventional methods. In addition, students’ learning motivation also increased by 20%, as learning becomes more relevant, interactive, and tailored to individual needs. However, this study also found some challenges, such as gaps in technology access, data privacy concerns, and the need for training for teachers to maximize the potential of AI. Overall, this research shows that personalization-based AI has great potential to revolutionize the education system by creating a more inclusive and effective learning environment. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for the development of future technology-oriented education policies.

Abstract

Creativity is an important ability that needs to be developed from an early age. This article aims to explore various strategies used by parents to stimulate the creativity of their young children. The research method involves interviews and literature study to collect data. The results showed that parents adopted a variety of strategies to enhance their children's creativity. Some commonly used strategies include providing free play time, providing creative materials and equipment, and providing positive support and encouragement. Apart from that, parents also often support the exploration of their children's creative interests and talents. This research highlights the important role of parents in stimulating early childhood creativity and provides insight into effective practices in achieving this goal.

Abstract

The issue of murder (qathlu) remains a serious problem in various countries. Often, a lack of in-depth understanding of Islamic law related to qathlu leads to misunderstandings or even the misuse of the law. Therefore, this article aims to comprehensively explore the concept of qathlu from the perspective of fiqh jinayah (Islamic criminal jurisprudence). The research method used is library research, which is descriptive and analytical in nature. The data collection procedure was carried out through document analysis. Document analysis was performed using literature studies in the form of books and journal articles related to the topics discussed in this article. It can be concluded that qathlu (murder) refers to an act that results in the loss of another individual’s life, whether the act was intentional or unintentional. Based on the perpetrator’s intent in committing the murder, qathlu is divided into three categories: premeditated murder (al-qathlul ‘amdi), semi-premeditated murder (al-qathl syibhul ‘amdi), and unintentional murder (al-qathlul khata’). As for the sanctions imposed on perpetrators of qathlu from the perspective of fiqh jinayah: First, the sanction for premeditated murder (al-qathlul ‘amdi) consists of the primary punishment of qisas (retribution), a substitute punishment in the form of paying diyat (blood money), and an additional punishment involving the revocation of the right to inherit or receive a bequest from the victim. Second, the sanction for semi-premeditated murder (al-qathl syibhul ‘amdi) involves paying diyat mughallazah (a heavy fine). Third, the sanction for unintentional murder (al-qathlul khata’) consists of paying diyat mukhafafah (a lighter fine).

Abstract

Currently, the profession of a presenter is increasingly in demand by many people. To become a professional presenter, theoretical and practical knowledge of this profession is required. So this article aims to explain how a presenter can achieve a high level of professionalism. This research method is a descriptive analytical library research. The procedure for obtaining the data is carried out through document analysis. Document analysis is carried out by studying literature in the form of books and journal articles related to the material discussed in this article. It can be concluded that a presenter has a very crucial role in an event, where he plays a role in guiding the event from beginning to end. The basic techniques that must be mastered by a presenter include: mastery of language and articulation, control of emotions and body gestures, interaction with the audience, and preparation of materials and improvisation. The strategies that can be applied to become a presenter in order to be able to become a successful presenter in every event include: knowing the event and audience, preparing yourself thoroughly, practicing public speaking skills, building chemistry with the audience, controlling time well, self-evaluation after the event. A presenter must understand the role, techniques and strategies of being a presenter so that he/she can be a professional presenter.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the learning difficulties of grade 5 students in PAI subjects at SDN Candi Burung 2 Pamekasan. This paper uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The subjects of this research were 5th grade students at SDN Candi Burung 2 Pamekasan. Meanwhile, the results of this research can be concluded that the forms of learning difficulties faced by grade 5 students in PAI subjects at SDN Candi Burung 2 Pamekasan include: difficulty focusing when learning takes place and difficulty absorbing learning material. Learning difficulties are caused by two factors, namely internal and external. Internal factors include: low interest in learning and intelligence of participants. Meanwhile, external factors include lack of parental guidance. The efforts made by PAI teachers to overcome these learning difficulties are by implementing learning innovations and communicating students' learning progress to their parents.

Abstract

    Education management in Indonesia faces various significant challenges, one of which is conceptual errors in its implementation. This article aims to analyze the misconceptions about educational management that often occur in Indonesia and their impact on the quality of education. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from various related sources, including journals, books and educational reports. The results of the analysis show that errors in the concept of education management in Indonesia include inaccuracies in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. This article concludes that serious efforts are needed to correct misconceptions about educational management through increased understanding, training and continuous evaluation. The recommendations put forward include strengthening the education management curriculum, increasing the capacity of teaching staff and managers, as well as implementing policies that are more relevant and contextual.
