Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kendala pembelajaran matriks di SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan melalui implementasi trayek media pembelajaran berbasis visual dan teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan pendekatan deskiptif kualitatif. Trayek media pembelajaran yang dirancang melibatkan penggunaan infografis, papan matriks dan platform interaktif Educaplay untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan trayek ini mampu meningkatkan antusiasme siswa dalam pembelajaan matriks, dengan 95% siswa mencapai ketuntasan. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan trayek media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matriks.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing blended learning on the learning outcomes of Medan State University Business Education students. Using quantitative descriptive methods, this research involved 30 students as respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The research results show that the application of blended learning does not have a significant influence on student learning outcomes, with an R value of 0.231 and an R Square of 5.3%, which means that only 5.3% of the variation in learning outcomes can be explained by blended learning. The calculated T value (-1.256) is also smaller than the T table (2.048) with a significance level of 0.220 (> 0.05). This conclusion indicates that student learning outcomes are more influenced by other factors outside the variables of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the campus environment on student learning motivation. A conducive campus environment is believed to play an important role in encouraging students' enthusiasm, interest, and desire to learn optimally. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving a number of respondents from various study programs. Data were collected through a questionnaire covering aspects of environmental cleanliness, comfort of facilities, academic atmosphere, and social relationships on campus. The results of the study indicate that the campus environment has a positive and significant influence on student learning motivation. The better the condition and atmosphere of the campus, the higher the level of learning motivation of students. This finding emphasizes the important role of educational institutions in creating a comfortable, safe, and supportive learning environment for academic activities.

Abstract

The property and real estate sector is one of the important sectors that contribute to the Indonesian economy, but in the 2021–2024 period, this sector experienced a decline in company value as reflected in market performance. This problem prompted this study, which aims to analyze the effect of capital structure on company value and examine the role of profitability as a mediating variable in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and the sample was determined through a purposive sampling technique on companies that meet the research criteria. The results of the study indicate that capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value and profitability, while profitability has a significant positive effect on company value and is proven to mediate the effect of capital structure on company value; this finding supports the Trade-off Theory regarding the importance of balance in the use of debt, but also shows limitations in the application of Signaling Theory in the property sector. This study concludes that excessive use of debt can reduce profitability and company value, so companies need to establish an optimal capital structure to maintain financial performance and increase investor confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the meanings contained in the novel Aku Tak Membenci Hujan by Sri Puji Hartini using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. One of the benefits of this research is to serve as a reference for future studies, particularly those concerning the application of Barthes' five codes in literary texts. This is a library research supported by primary data from the novel Aku Tak Membenci Hujan and secondary data from relevant literature. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data source of this research is the novel Aku Tak Membenci Hujan by Sri Puji Hartini, published by Akad X Skuad in 2023, consisting of 348 pages. The data are in the form of written excerpts from the novel that contain elements of Barthes semiotic codes. The data were collected using reading and note-taking techniques. Data analysis was carried out using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach through five codes: hermeneutic, proairetic, semic, symbolic, and cultural codes.he results show that these five semiotic codes create a complex web of meaning in the novel's narrative, including mysteries within the story, sequences of actions, character representations, life symbols, and embedded cultural values. Through Barthes' semiotic perspective, readers are invited to uncover the latent meanings hidden beneath the surface of the text.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumer purchase intention at Goto Living Store Curug. The research variables consist of store atmosphere (X1), location (X2), and consumer purchase intention (Y). The method used is probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as part of the sample. The specific technique applied is simple random sampling, in which sample members are selected randomly from the population without considering existing strata. Each element of the population has an equal chance of being chosen as a sample. The data analysis includes descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) using IBM SPSS version 26.0. The results indicate that, simultaneously, store atmosphere and location have a significant and positive effect on consumer purchase intention at Goto Living Store Curug. Partially, store atmosphere has a significant and positive effect on consumer purchase intention at Goto Living Store Curug, and location also has a significant and positive effect on consumer purchase intention at Goto Living Store Curug.

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan keterampilan penting dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Kenyataannya, sebagian siswa kelas IX B Madrasah Tsanawiyah Alkhairaat Biromaru masih mengalami hambatan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bentuk kesulitan membaca Al-Qur’an, strategi yang diterapkan guru Al-Qur’an Hadits, serta faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui studi kasus. Informan penelitian terdiri atas guru Al-Qur’an Hadits, kepala madrasah, dan siswa kelas IX B yang mengalami kesulitan membaca Al-Qur’an. Informan dipilih secara purposive dan dikembangkan dengan teknik snowball sampling. Data diperoleh melalui observasi pembelajaran, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, serta tes kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an. Data dianalisis secara induktif melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan siswa meliputi kesalahan pelafalan huruf, ketidaksesuaian penerapan tajwid, kurangnya kelancaran membaca, serta rendahnya motivasi belajar. Guru mengatasi hal tersebut melalui pendekatan individual, pembiasaan membaca secara rutin, metode demonstrasi, latihan intensif, serta pemberian motivasi. Keberhasilan strategi didukung oleh kompetensi guru dan dukungan sekolah, sementara hambatan berasal dari perbedaan kemampuan siswa dan kurangnya dukungan orang tua. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pembelajaran yang konsisten dan kontekstual dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa.
