<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap persepsi potensi kecelakaan kerja yang di mediasi dengan burnout pada petugas kebersihan di Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada petugas kebersihan di Instansi XYZ yang berjumlah 125 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap burnout dan persepsi potensi kecelakaan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap burnout dan persepsi potensi kecelakaan kerja, dan juga beban kerja dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi potensi kecelakaan kerja yang di mediasi oleh burnout pada petugas kebersihan di Jakarta Timur.Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Persepsi Potensi Kecelakaan Kerja, Kelelahan Kerja ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the influence of workload and job stress on the perception of potential workplace accidents mediated by burnout among cleaning workers in East Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, targeting cleaning workers in XYZ Institution, totaling 125 respondents. The results of this study indicate that workload does not affect burnout or the perception of potential workplace accidents. However, job stress affects both burnout and the perception of potential workplace accidents.
