Abstract

Delima (Punica granatum L.) merupakan salah satu spesies tanaman anggota dari suku Lythraceae yang memiliki banyak manfaat, antara lain sebagai tanaman obat. Perbanyakan Delima menjadi sulit dikarenakan kulit bijinya yang keras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama pemaparan dan kuat medan elektromagnetik terhadap permatahan dormansi benih Delima Merah (Punica granatum L.). Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental, menggunakan desain rancangan penelitian Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan 16 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan meliputi 2 faktor yakni lama pemaparan medan elektromagnetik (0 menit, 30 menit, 60 menit dan 120 menit) dan kuat medan elektromagnetik (0 mT, 1,5 mT, dan 2 mT). Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Variansi (ANAVA) dan menggunakan Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) taraf 5% apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata terhadap variabel pengamatan, kemudian menggunakan analisis regresi  korelasi untuk mengetahui hasil optimun setiap perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata lama pemaparan dan kuat medan medan elektromagnetik terhadap variabel perkecambahan. Perlakuan terbaik yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah lama pemaparan 60 menit dan kuat medan 1,5 mT yang menghasilkan perkecambahan terbaik. Hasil analisis regresi korelasi menunjukkan lama pemaparan 76,75 menit dan kuat medan 1,29 mT sebagai perlakuan optimum untuk  meningkatkan persentase perkecambahan. Lama pemaparan 63,27 menit dan kuat medan 1,24 mT optimum untuk mempercepat waktu berkecambah. Lama pemaparan 74,31 dan kuat medan 1,61 mT optimum untuk  meningkatkan tinggi tanaman. Lama pemaparan 745,46 menit dan kuat medan 1,71 mT optimum untuk meningkatkan panjang akar. Lama pemaparan 58,11 menit dan kuat medan 1,49 mT optimum meningkatkan jumlah daun.

Abstract

This article has three interconnected objectives. Firstly, it reviews the recent history of technology leadership research to position the definitions used within the current historical context. Secondly, it compiles a list of definitions and summarizes them through content analysis, providing a comprehensive definition of technology leadership. Thirdly, it presents measurements of technology leadership within an organization. By conducting a systematic review, the study compiles definitions and measurements of technology leadership, emphasizing problem-solving, facilitation, human orientation, interpersonal skills, continuous innovation, organizational support, personal attributes, strategic foresight, and ethical practices. The research provides a comprehensive definition and practical tools for assessing technology leadership, serving as a crucial foundation for future research and organizational strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the forms of personal data misuse by fintech lending providers and the legal measures that can be taken when such misuse occurs, within the context of Indonesian cyber law. The background of this research is driven by the rapid development of fintech lending, which is often exploited for criminal activities, including personal data misuse. The method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that personal data misuse by fintech lending providers can take various forms, such as unauthorized data usage, illegal disclosure of personal information, and the use of malware to access data. Such violations can result in criminal penalties under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. The conclusion is that there is a need for stricter supervision of fintech lending providers and increased public awareness of personal data protection. Recommendations include the implementation of stricter regulations by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), more intensive supervision by the Indonesian Fintech Association, and public education on their rights regarding personal data.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology during the periods of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, Society 5.0, and Policing 5.0 has resulted in indistinct shifts that diverge from previously recognized patterns, thus necessitating innovative leadership approaches. A notable deficiency in self-motivation has contributed to subpar performance. As of 2016, a significant number of Indonesian National Police personnel were implicated in disciplinary infringements, breaches of ethical standards, and even criminal transgressions. Specifically, in that year, 6,662 cases of disciplinary infractions were recorded, with 2,772 subsequently addressed. Moreover, transgressions against the professional ethics of the Indonesian National Police saw an escalation from 1,041 cases in 2015 to 1,671 in 2016. The objective of the present research is to discern and evaluate the influences of motivational enhancement and innovative leadership on the performance of the Indonesian National Police. The study employs a qualitative paradigm, drawing insights from a case study-oriented literary analysis. It is discerned that in addressing internal shifts in the Indonesian National Police, there is an imperative to bolster motivation and cultivate innovative leadership in order to attain exceptional, efficacious, and competitive outcomes. Pioneering leaders deploy diverse strategies to guide and inspire their teams, fostering active participation and collaboration towards the realization of organizational goals and peak performance. Given the evolving dynamics within the Indonesian National Police, a leader's role transcends mere adaptation to external innovative trends; truly effective leaders position their institutions as benchmarks for peers. An implication of contemporary advancements is the emergence of more intricate criminal modalities, pressing the Indonesian National Police to evolve in tandem. Concurrent with the digital age, there has been a heightened national cognizance of the need to rectify disparities and rejuvenate standards, driving a transition towards a society that is dynamic, forward-thinking, and technologically proficient.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the character value of liking to read in class IV students at Nanga Nuak 5 Elementary School. The research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. The research was carried out at Nanga Nuak 5 Elementary School. The subjects in this research were fourth grade students, teachers and school principals. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires using research instruments, observation sheets, interview sheets and questionnaires. The steps in presenting data include data processing techniques, data analysis, and data validity testing. The research results showed that the implementation of the character value of a love of reading was carried out by providing special reading time for students, providing reading facilities, creating and implementing programs that foster a love of reading, setting an example through teachers, and giving students the freedom to read as they wish. The implementation of the five indicators of the character of a love of reading can be concluded that the implementation of the character of a love of reading at class IV Nanga Nuak 5 Elementary School has been carried out well and effectively. This is proven by the efforts that have been made by teachers, principals, and student participation in its implementation both in the classroom and the school environment.Keywords: Implementation, Value, Character, and Fond of Reading. Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai karakter gemar membaca pada siswa kelas IV SDN 5 Nanga Nuak. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 5 Nanga Nuak. Subjek pada penelitian ini siswa kela IV, guru, dan kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan obervasi; wawancara; dan angket; menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi; lembar wawancara; dan lembar angket. Langkah-langkah dalam menyajikan data meliputi teknik pengolahan data, analisis data, serta uji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa implementasi nilai karakter gemar membaca dilakukan dengan menyediakan waktu khusus membaca untuk siswa, menyediakan fasilitas membaca, membuat dan menerapkan program yang dapat menumbuhkan kegemaran membaca, memberikan keteladanan melalui guru, serta memberikan kebebasan pada siswa membaca sesuai keinginannya. Terlaksananya kelima indikator gemar membaca tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi karakter gemar membaca di kelas IV SDN 5 Nanga Nuak telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Upaya-upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh guru, kepala sekolah, dan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pelaksanaaan implementasinyan baik di kelas maupun lingkungan sekolah.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Nilai, Karakter dan Gemar Membaca.
