Abstract

AbstractSocial responsibility encompasses implementation activities extension Information Technology Governance at the Institute of Education where implementation in Yayasan Pendidikan Birrul Waalidain (YPBW) Semplak Bogor, to discuss the implementation of information systems and software already in use, and applying the measures recommendations based on the COBIT framework 5. Conducting an assessment of the implementation of information technology governance in educational institutions using Maturity Level contained in COBIT 5 is focused mainly in the domain Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor (EDM) 04:02. The outcome of social responsibility is to provide an overview as well as the conditions of information technology governance in educational institutions, especially in optimizing the utilization of resources both in the brain-ware, software and hardware, to then be analyzed in order to get a plan for use of information systems and or use of software/operating system as well as a standard procedure in the implementation of the use that can be used in the governance of information technology to educational institutions. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah metode kerangka kerja COBIT 5 agar dapat menerapakan langkah-langkah rekomendasi yang dibutuhkan oleh Yayasan Perguruan Birrul Waalidain (YPBW) yaitu dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap pelaksaan tata kelola teknologi informasi pada lembaga pendidikan menggunakan Maturity Level yang terdapat pada COBIT 5 terutama difokuskan di domain Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor (EDM) 04.02. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan gambaran serta kondisi dari tata kelola teknologi informasi di lembaga pendidikan terutama pada optimalisasi pemanfaatan sumber daya baik di sisi brainware, software dan hardware. Alasan kegiatan ini agar dapat dianalisa dan mendapatkan rencana penggunaan sistem informasi atau penggunaan pernagkat lunak/sistem operasi serta standart prosedur pelaksanaan dalam penggunaannya yang bisa digunakan dalam tata kelola teknologi informasi untuk lembaga pendidikan. Hasil ini kemudian dituangkan dalam sebuah makalah yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal pengabdian masyarakat, dan materi pelaksanaan penyuluhan tata kelola teknologi informasi.Kata kunci:  tata kelola teknologi informasi, framework cobit 5, lembaga pendidikan

Abstract

This paper introduces and proposes an approach in goal-oriented requirements elicitation process that using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), in information system enhancement process. KPIs can be used to control and reduce user requirements problems caused by personal interests of users in requirements elicitation process. An information system enhancement project for a distribution company has been used as a case study to demonstrate this approach. The case study shows that the requirements can be elicited from the organization goals and current information system condition rather than from user requirements. This approach also showed that KPIs have been able to control some user requirements that have difference point of view with high level stakeholder requirements. Compared with the previous research, IT goals and KPIs are more easily identified in the enhancement process rather than through development of a brand new information system.

Abstract

Success in competition in a business is related to the development of core competencies, strategic alignment and long-term strategic planning in order to maintain the competitive advantage of a business. A company needs alignment between IT strategy and Business Strategy. Planning IT Strategy is the first step between the processes of a company information system and is a guideline of the company's information system and the basis of implementation. This paper aims to discuss how to make appropriate IT strategic planning. After discussing the Strategic Alignment Model and the relationship between IT strategy and business strategy, it proposes strategic IT planning models based on business strategies, which consist of IT assessment and analysis, IT planning and design as well as IT implementation and design. Then, give an example to illustrate how to make IT strategic planning using the model. Sukses dalam persaingan dalam sebuah bisnis terkait dengan pengembangan kompetensi inti, keselarasan strategi dan perencanaan strategis jangka panjang agar dapat mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif dari sebuah bisnis. Sebuah perusahaan membutuhkan keselarasan antara strategi IT dan Strategi Bisnis. Perencanaan Strategi IT merupakan langkah pertama antara proses dari sebuah sistem informasi perusahaan dan merupakan pedoman dari system informasi perusahaan serta dasar pelaksanaan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas bagaimana membuat perencanaan strategis IT yang tepat. Setelah membahas Model Keselarasan Strategis dan hubungan antara IT strategi dan strategi bisnis, itu mengusulkan IT strategis model perencanaan didasarkan pada strategi bisnis, yang terdiri IT penilaian dan analisis, perencanaan dan desain IT serta implementasi dan desain IT. Kemudian, memberikan contoh untuk menggambarkan bagaimana membuat perencanaan strategis IT dengan menggunakan model tersebut.

Abstract

Perpindahan uang kartal menjadi uang digital, merupakan salah satu dampak dari berkembangnya suatu sistem transaksi online yang didasari oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi, hal ini mengakibatkan para pelaku bisnis khususnya di bidang retail mencoba memanfaat kan kesempatan ini untuk dapat memasarkan produk – produknya agar lebih dekat dengan pelanggannya, fenomena ini merupakan suatu strategi pemasaran yang modern yang pada tahun – tahun terakhir ini, memberikan inovasi instrumen pembayaran elektronis dengan pemasaran pada suatu mesin penjual otomatis produk makan yang akhir – akhir ini sudah banyak muncul keberadaannya. Namun sayangnya penataan produk pada mesin penjual otomatis tidak menarik pembeli, sehingga banyak produk yang tidak terjual. Melihat kasus ini, penggunaan metode algoritma apriori merupakan salah satu algoritma yang dapat memberikan solusi terhadap produk yang dijual pada mesin penjual otomatis.

Abstract

The effectiveness of filling out electronic medical record documents is important in discharge planning that must be observed by every hospital, because the filling of electronic medical record documents can bridge the influence of personal and physical evidence on patient return waiting times. Patients will consider a good health service if the behavior and facilities are going well. The purpose of this study was to analyze the personal influence and physical evidence on waiting times for a patient's return with the effectiveness of filling out electronic medical record documents as an intervening variable in hospitalization installations. XXX Jakarta. This study uses cross-sectional explanatorical causality research methods with structure equation model analysis methods. Calculation of the sample using the formula hair as much as 65. The free variables of this study are personal and physical evidence, the waiting time for the patient's return as a bound variable while the effectiveness of filling out electronic medical record documents as an intervening variable. The study used questionnaires as research instruments with measurements of 5 levels of the Likert scale. Data is analyzed with SEM SmartPLS path analysis version 3. The results of the analysis showed that there was a direct and indirect influence between personal and physical evidence on the waiting time for the return of patients with the effectiveness of filling out electronic medical record documents as intervening variables in hospital inpatient installations. Abstract

PT. Itewe Sarana Konstruksi merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konstuksi dan bahan bangunan. Perusahaan ini memproduksi berbagai jenis perlengkapan yang pada umumnya digunakan saat proses konstruksi sedang dilakukan. Hingga saat ini, PT. Itewe Sarana Konstruksi sudah menggunakan bantuan SI/TI untuk menjalankan proses bisnis mereka, namun dalam penerapannya, SI/TI yang digunakan masih dapat dikatakan kurang dari potensi maksimal yang ada. Maka dari itu, diperlukan sebuah rancangan SI/TI yang dapat membantu proses bisnis perusahaaan yang sedang berjalan serta membantu perusahaan dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi mereka. Enterprise Architecture merupakan sebuah metode yang dapat digunakan untuk merancang, merencanakan dan mengimplementasi sebuah desain yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa jenis framework yang dapat digunakan untuk merancang enterprise architecture tersebut. Framework yang digunakan pada penulisan ini adalah Zachman Framework. Hasil dari penulisan ini merupakan sebuah blueprint aplikasi yang diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Dengan adanya blueprint ini, diharapkan pengembangan SI/TI dapat sejalan dengan visi dan misi yang dijunjung oleh perusahaan. Blueprint yang dihasilkan merupakan sebuah desain bisnis proses bagi perusahaan dan aplikasi-aplikasi dalam jangka waktu dekat yang akan diimplementasikan. Kata kunci: Zachman Framework, Enterprise Architecture, Sistem Informasi, Sistem Enterprise.

Abstract

Hospital management requires fast and accurate data management in order to create quality services. Evaluation of an information system is needed to find out the actual condition of system operation so that the achievement of evaluation activities will improve performance in its application. In this essay, Evaluation using the HOT-Fit method which was developed with elements of knowledge and regulation is effective in evaluating the information system. This study aims to analyze the influence of human, organization, technology, knowledge and regulation on benefits, either simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative research methods with the type of research is causality explanatory. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Respondents in this study were the respondents of RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso who operates SIMRS directly as many as 154 employees. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence from Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge, and Regulations that affect the benefits of 80.9%. Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge, and Regulation partially affect the benefits, with the provisions of the regulation being the variable that has the highest influence benefits. Regulation is the most dominant variable affecting the benefits of using SIMRS. It is necessary to improve the quality of SIMRS services related to regulations so that the hospital remains consistent in using quality developers who understand all business processes in hospitals.

Abstract

 Natural disaster is an event that cannot be avoided, therefore a mapping of occurrence of the natural disaster is needed. In additional to mapping, clustering of natural disaster events is also needed to determine which areas have low to high intensity events. In performing the clustering, a method or algorithm can be used, namely the k-means algorithm.In the research conducter, the scope of natural disasters is West Java Province with the attributes used are floods, landslides and tornadoes. And also from this research, it was conducted to find out how many optimal number of clusters that can be clustered.The method that used  in this study is the K-Means algorithm which is used to perform clustering. The Elbow method is used to determine the optimal K value from the dataset by calculate the SSE (Sum Square Error) of each predetermined cluster.From the result of its application, the K-Means algorithm can cluster datasets of Natural Disaster in West Java with predetermined attributes. Based on the calculation results from the elbow method, the value of K from the dataset is 4. And from the research conducter, the accuracy rate of each cluster is 0,04% to 0,56%.Keywords:  K-Means, Natural Disaster, Elbow Method, Cluster, Machine Learning

Abstract

Memasuki tahun 2022, jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia sudah mencapai angka 204.7 juta pengguna, dimana se-bagian besar penggunaan internet adalah untuk media social. Seiring dengan tingginya pengguna media sosial, Direktorat Tindak Pidana Siber Bareskrim Polri mendapati 89 konten media sosial terverifikasi mengandung ujaran kebencian selama periode Februari-Maret 2021, dimana konten terbanyak berasal dari aplikasi Twitter. Oleh karena itu dilakukanlah penelitian dengan mengimplementasikan Machine learning untuk mendeteksi ujaran kebencian pada ap-likasi Twitter menggunakan metode Long short-term memory. Penyerapan data Twitter dilakukan dengan mengimplemen-tasikan Tweepy Library oleh Muhammad Okky Ibrohim yang diakses melalui Kaggle selama sekitar 7 bulan, mulai 20 Maret 2018 hingga 10 September 2018. Tujuan penyerapan data dengan waktu yang lama adalah untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak pola tulisan twit. Data yang telah melalui text processing kemudian dibuat menjadi token-token yang meru-pakan rangkaian nilai integer. Kemudian model LSTM dibangun dengan mengkompilasikan input layer, LSTM layer, dan output layer, untuk nantinya dilatih dengan data training yang telah dipisahkan dari dataset. Peneliti menemukan hasil dari pelatihan model menunjukan accuracy sebesar 95.74% dan nilai loss 0.3463. Saat model yang telah dilatih digunakan untuk membuat prediksi terhadap data test, peneliti mendapatkan nilai accuracy sebesar 90% yang mengindi-kasikan model telah melakukan prediksi secaara akurat. Berdasarkan performa model dalam mendeteksi ujaran keben-cian, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa deteksi ujaran kebencian pada Twitter dapat dilakukan dengan penggunaan Machine learning dan algoritma Long short-term memory(LSTM) dengan tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi.

For further researchers, it can analyze the influence of other variables on benefits and analyze how the influence of knowledge and regulation variables if they become mediating variables.
