Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar Mahamahasiswa STKIP Kusumanegara melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang mengikuti model kemmis tanggart. Penelitian ini mencakup 3 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus mencakup 4 tahap yaitu Planing (perencanaan), acting (pelaksanaan), observing (observasi), dan reflecting (refleksi), sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui melalui tes, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar yang signifikan. Hal ini di buktikan dengan hasil rata-rata tes pada setiap siklus mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada sikulus 1 = 69.25; siklus 2 = 79.56; siklus 3 = 84.25. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran audio visual, motivasi belajar mahamahasiswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to comprehend contribution of ISO 9001:2008 in improving school quality management. It is a qualitative research with a case study method conducted in Jakarta State Junior High School.The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study, and recording. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) continuous improvement is a cycle of plan, do, check, and act to achieve quality; (2) work process, teamwork, and communication are needed by team work in achieving the quality; (3) training is held by the school to improve the quality of human resources. Those aspects done effectively since school management of Junior High School implemented ISO 9001:2008. The findings lead to the recommendation that (1) continuous improvement should be done though not monitored by ISO; (2) increasing commitment to team work; (3) monitoring and evaluation on training should be done internally and externally. It is also recommended for education stakeholders to improveaccountability in assessing standard of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi terhadap Kreativitas Guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tambelang Kabupaten Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan dengan menggunakan survei dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi sederhana, regresi linier sederhana. Ukuran populasi sasaran penelitian ini adalah 64 guru. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 55 orang guru dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Berdasarkan data penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan komunikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kreativitas. Kreativitas dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan komunikasi di ligkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on high school principals’ affective commitment. The research employed a quantitative survey. The samples researched were 90 senior high school principals in Jakarta. The data were collected through a series of questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results indicated that: 1) organizational commitment gave a positive direct effect on the principals’ affective commitment; 2) job satisfaction gave a significant direct effect on the principals’ job satisfaction, and 3) organizational commitment gave a positive direct effect on the principals’ job satisfaction. The present research implies that the provincial education board is strongly suggested to keep performing fair procedural justice prescribed by regulations to maintain the principals working satisfactorily and feeling attached to their schools.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the Relationship between Motivation and Job Satisfaction of Principal at The State Junior School in Karawang. In doing the research, it has been conducted by using quantitative approach with the method of survey and corelational technique. The data were collected through participant observation using survey by questionnaires. The data analysis using simple correlation and simple linear regression. The target population size of this research is 85 of Principal. Research samples selected as many as 57 principals using simple random sampling technique. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: The motivation has positive relationship to job satisfaction, the job satisfaction can be improved by increasing the motivation.
